Our second family trip to Phuket and this time to celebrate my husband's birthdat. Obviously I contacted my sweet friend Bee and she exceeded our expectations!! Bee arranged two great outings for us. Started with a visit to Phuket Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. It’s a must visit when in Phuket. We had a wonderful day with the great team and the beautiful elephants. This was an experience that was so special. We also spent a night watching Muay Thai boxing. Bee got us great ringside seats. We availed the service of Being Travels during our Thailand trip during March, 2023. We visited Phuket and Krabi. In our experience, their service was just excellent with reasonable price. The service we availed included Taxi from Phuket airport to Krabi hotel; local trip at Krabi (Hot spring and emerald pool); islands trip of Krabi; Krabi to Phuket by cruise; Phi Phi islands trip; James bond island trip; Phuket local trip and drop from Phuket hotel to airport. The quality of vehicles was very good in every places. We never faced any problem although we travelled with two children.
I especially admire their punctuality and promptness. During our return journey to India, our flight was preponed and we came to know at last moment. We came to know this just 2 hours 30 minutes before departure of flight. However, Being travels arranged vehicle immediately. After informing them, the vehicles reached within 15 minutes. We could board the flight only for their prompt action.

In our recent trip to Phuket, we were searching for an Islands day tour package which would cover the major islands and also be comfortable for my parents who are senior citizens. While searching in Google Maps in Phuket, I came across Being Tours and Travels and was impressed by the awesome reviews they had. When i visited their office, I met Bee; she is so warm, friendly and hospitable. She spoke to us at length about everything and made us feel at home instantaneously. She checked with us on all our requirements and made sure the Islands Tour Day package she booked for us was comfortable for my parents as well. She checked regarding all health conditions and literally treated us as family. My Dad was with me and he enjoyed the experience too as Bee was so kind, nice and friendly and spoke well about travel experiences and memories and all along with her family and their experiences. As it was a last minute booking, Bee made special efforts to make sure we get the tour confirmed for 13th(we visited on 11th) as we were flying out of Phuket on 14th morning. She checked and made sure we were picked up for the tour and checked with us on our experience in the tour which was wonderful. Also, we booked our cab back to Airport through Bee and she sent the best car/SUV for us. Miss Kornwipa, the driver was waiting for us ahead of time and helped us put all our luggages in the car and get them out after we reached the airport. This Tours company is a hidden gem and was such a great find for me. I highly recommend anyone else visiting Phuket and looking for tours or other services to try this tours company, you wont regret it. Also, a big Thanks to Bee for everything she did for us on our trip which made it so memorable.

Being was nice to us from the first day!!! We bump in her travel agency coming back from the restaurant and she toke time to explain us all the options. We end up buying with her the Elephant Sanctuary with No chains or riding, Phuket Tour, Cooking Classes and our final transfer to the airport.
