Went on an amazing tour with with Jenny. Great time to PhiPhi island.

As someone who travelled across the world, I can say that this tour was amazing and one of the best ones. I was shocked by the amount of bad reviews, but you need to realize that tour to Phi Phi island is the cheapest one compared all other companies, don't expect luxury, but expect funny tour guides and many beautiful beaches and islands.
To start: we've got free pickup from our hotel in Patong, after arrival it was quite hectic as we were 3 different groups(russian speaking, english speaking and premium tour), we were in english speaking not premium with other 35 people, our tour guide Ving and his crew (Wing, not sure how to write his name) were absolutely stunning, funny, helpful and I enjoyed every second of this tour. Hey and you also get free buffet lunch, which had so many options. We had access to water and coca cola all the time in the boat and we also got some fresh fruits at the end of the tour. We got to do snorkelling, this was the best part of the tour as I've never done it before and seeing the corals made me so happy. Overall I can highly recommend this tour, but yes be aware that it is not luxurious, if you want luxury pay extra hundreds in different companies. But this tour is on budget.

Wspaniała wycieczka zorganizowana przez firmę Anna Travel. Przyjazna obsługa oraz świetna organizacja. W cenie lunch, napoje na lodzi oraz poczęstunek w formie owoców. Zobaczyłam przepiękna wyspę Phi Phi oraz Maya Bay. Wrażenia niezapomniane. Serdecznie polecam.

I dont recommend to go on boat tour with this company booked via Atlas Tour Phuket. If you have an accident they wont help you. They wont even tell you their address. I was physically threaten by the manager instead. The tourist police is far away and does not focus on tourist rights.

TO ALL CONSIDERING THIS TOUR: DO NOT go with this terrible company. Boat looks overcrowded, we were given sea sikness pills before the start (which is not a good sign), and the staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. PURE MONEY-MAKING BUSINESS... We left the tour before it started luckily and took our own ferry to the islands, which was much better.

As everyone has already mentioned. Customer service is so poor, the tour guide had no idea where any of the islands were located. Despite knowing the swells were 3.5m high they took us on the ride and trust me with kids and family on board it was not fun.
The food was terrible , couldn't swim as they Gave us 5 mins time in the water , 10 minutes to snorkel and 30 mins to Maya bay.
The captain was very rude from the start. Guide was even worst( she got sea sick ) . Not safe for kids but they didn't mention that at the start. The boat was overcrowded. I wouldn't recommend anyone choose this company.

We were stopped just before the pier for one and half hour because anna travels had not paid the boat co payment we were literally used as hostage for payment
After that the car to drop us as hotel broke down amd no arrangements were made instead we had to pay extra money to reach the hotel.
I would not recommend this to anyone else

Had a tour to Phi Phi island with this company. Shuttle was 15 minutes late. The tour itself is dis-organized. The lunch was terrible and disgusting. The trip from Phi Phi Don to Koi island (after the lunch) was dangerous and irresponsible. Waves were 4 meters high. Thanks to the trip I have backpain. On the islands we visited, everything was so commercial. For everything, you need to pay extra.

They are thieves & gangs, we agreed with them on a privet trip to James Bond Island & the required fees were paid, but the trip was postponed more than once by them and according to them due to the weather & in the end the trip was canceled, I've them asked more than once to return the fees but always asking me to wait & in the end I was blocked & the amount has not been returned.
The person who's in charge her name is (Fon), damn her.

Terrible. Bring you boarding areas. Nearly 2 hrs waiting for for get on the boat. Keep trying to selling their swimming shoes, 😡. Bought ticketsaid 15-20 peopleon the boat. Now 43 people, stick eachother😡..

Worst boat trip ever. The captain and guide (wing) were rude and unacceptable. You were treated as cattle being controlled on and off the boat constantly, in a rush, we were given less than an hour to explore any of the islands. the last island we were on of the tour, a storm approached and instead of waiting until it passed they herded everyone on the boats. Literally a school trip. After we were forced on the boat in a rush, (only 20 mins on last island)- the boy controlling the boat put down our anchor and it got caught with three other boats. Pure chaos. Three boats next to us went into either side of us, the captains window smashed. Two parts of the roof of the boat were dismantled in the process and we still left. I have never been so terrified in my life. Genuinely thought I was going to die. they give you sea sick tablets before you leave which isn’t a good sign. The buffet was horrible. In the chaos of the storm our guide (wing) decided to offer around fruit instead of reassuring anyone or even answering anyone’s questions. NEVER EVER book with this tour company. Truly the worst around. I suffer with anxiety and this was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Truly disappointing experience.

Worst tour experience I have ever had in my life. I have been backpacking through Asia in the past 3 months and I have never had something similar!!!!
The boat was unsafe, every spot we stop we stayed for a couple of minutes and everything felt rushing. The worst part was the name of the tour, they called it “Phi Phi Island Tour” but it should be named “A trip to Moscow”.
I was surrounded by russians, the guide was russian and was speaking only with them, every time I had a question for him, he would respond fast and I felt a bit of rudeness from him (I am not russian). Go only if you speak ruski.

My clear advice for who has the intension to deal with this company, don't do, they are unprofessional, unresposible, unrespectable, and unpolite. It's the worst touristic experience in my life.
1.The guide deals with guest as prisoners in unrespectable way.
2.We used a speedboat to visit some islands, the guide didn't give enough TIME to enjoy it was only for HI AND BIE BIE.
3.He didn't follow the program exactly, during boat trip we parked in a spot and left immediately without explaining what's this place, why we came and why we left.
4.The speedboat was overcrowded, around 19-20 passengers in a small speedboat really we were like as sardine tin.
5.The big crime was during our arriving way by speedboat, after 20 min. in the last island a storm started, they assembled us as prisoners and guided us to boat on hurry instead to keep us in a secure place on island, the boat had two hard caches with other boats and the left side window broke, later the guide started to collect the company bracelets from our wrists in boat with aggressive way, in the sea during bad weather before arriving the port or the office who gave us these bracelets to clear/avoid himself and his company from any responsibility for us if a catastrophe happened.
6. I gave them only one star to have the authority to put my comment, but they deserve -10.

They care only for money and they deal with the clients like livestock! Why doesn't the tourist police intervene?This company destroy the touristic image in Pukhet!!!
I will give you only some key words about them, otherwise I have to write a bedshit!
1) No buffet for breakfast and awful lunch
2) Bad behaviour during talking
3)overcrowded boat
4)No understatable English language
5)Over speed although the bad weather.
6)It was wham, bam, thank you, sam.!!!
It doesn't deserve any star!!! 🤮🤮🤮

The boat was overcrowded. Some people ended up sitting on the cooling box. There were life jackets at the beginning of the trip but they weren't available on our way back. The food was actually the highlight of the whole trip.

2 things — ASSAULT AND NO REGARDS FOR HEALTH

They sent three young girls on a boat tour where they were assaulted by two Australian aged men. NOTHING was done to solve the matter.

FURTHERMORE, One of us has chronic migraines and we had to beg on our knees and pay 500 bhat in cash for the agency to show us to a pharmacy. My friend was seriously ill at that time and the staff was laughing at her and acting as if they did not understand english or anything.

The boat was overcrowded and nobody could see the sea, there was no food or water and the only food available was from a rotten buffet. In the boat you can’t even stand up.

The worst company ever. They are rude, they don’t provide enough complementary to everybody and if you complain they start speaking in Thai language. I will never get their service again. Don’t get their services if you want a happy day tour

Phi phi tour- buffet spread served on the island was bad!!! Do not consider this tour. Very very bad!
