Mercure Bangkok Makkasan

Enjoyed my stay here.

Tip: If you come from airport train, go over the road and down to the lower level. You can cross back over by going down the escalator into the underground metro. Cross strait out to the first exit (exit 3), and you will be on the same block as the hotel. This way, you don't have to cross the busy roads.

The room was very clean and very quite.

Great 3 night stay, the hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value. The breakfast was good too. Location is very close to Makkasan but it's not very walkable - you'll need to use the included hotel tuktuk or use Grab.

Super comfortable beds! Great service. A little far from where we spend most of our time but every other aspect is good. The staff go to length to provide us breakfast suitable for our dietary requirements and we really appreciate it.

Very nice hotel. From the rooms to breakfast everything is awesome. And the customer service is excellent. A special thanks to Poopae who assisted us so well to check in and also with other room services through my stay. Thou the area around the hotel is not that developed but it has nothing to do with the hotel once you in the hotel its nice. Workers here provide service with a smile. Highly recommended

Nice hotel, pool is very cold(I liked it). Room is very nice, good a decent view at the room 16th floor. Metro not far away. Our electricity didn’t work for 1-2 hours. We stayed for 2 days

Great location, new hotel. Good service nice room with view. Room is small but layout makes it very comfortable. Has a nice pool area.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location with not much around, making it a good choice if you want to relax and stay near the hotel. However, I found it a bit inconvenient, even though it is close to the Makkasan Airport link, as it's still quite a distance to walk from the station with lots of luggage. Nevertheless, the hotel provides a tuk-tuk service that can take you to the center of Bangkok, Makkasan Airport link and Phetchaburi MRT for free. We were fortunate to receive a free upgrade and a late check-out, which was really awesome, it seems they have more rooms available on weekdays. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are still new and up to date.

Good rooms
Not happy with Checkin. Had to wait upto 3:45pm for Check-in, when the Check-in time was 3pm and we arrived at 2pm.
Location is good.

Lovely stay at the Mercure, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was really comfortable. The food was nice. Definitely recommend.

excellent neat and clean rooms with a breathtaking City view room overlooking the city of Bangkok... all rooms are kept well clean... washrooms are good.. on the main road near makkasan metro station.... easily accessible...

Very nice room, spacious and the ammenities were completed.its has tea and cofge, the coffe machine and nice sofa.

No supermarket around.

Excellent service and polite staff. We are very glad that we got an early check in after our overnight flight.

The beds were nice and rooms are kept clean everyday. The reception & cleaning service was very good and we got a view from the upper floor. The concierge, Boy, was very friendly and helpful with carrying our bags off and to the taxi, also helped us in hiring a large car to the airport.

Rooms were basic, clean, spacious and comfortable, the mattress was 5 star. Breakfast spread was generous and the staff is very helpful. There’s a nice pool with good view and even a posh wine bar. Excellent hotel.

The location could be as the hotel is located on a busy road. Taxis took approximately 20-30 minutes to arrive. We all were encouraged by staff to took GrabBikes, which were much faster.

Thanks for the awesome service. The hotel could well be 5 stars. Everything is very clean, the room was cleaned every day as if it was a new visit. the bed for sleep is just perfect, got enough sleep and woke up with wonderful sensations. The breakfast was perfect, as in a restaurant, the serving, the size allows you to enjoy breakfast to the fullest. At the entrance you will be greeted by excellent staff who will help you call a taxi. Special thanks to the receptionist Luna and Nett, and the night shift Zom. Who assisted at a high level, I felt respect and a cool positive vibe from them. Their smile and bow can really be noted as a representation of the culture of Thailand. Thanks a thousand times.

A great place to stay for sure! Really good location, rooms very cleaned and with nice smell plus comfortable.
And staffs super friendly.. I came on my birthday and they prepared a surprise in my room with decoration on bed and a cake delivered at my door with the staffs coming to sing happy bday to me.. priceless experience :) also all staffs knew it was my bday and came to talk to me during the day.. it made it very special!

Great stay at the Mercure Bangkok Makkasan. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Aon was really nice and helped me with some great local knowledge!
Room was amazing, food was great, close to train.
