I loved the place and the good treatment from the spa staff. The cleanliness of the place is very excellent and the prices are also excellent. I also liked that they explain everything before you enter the massage room🤍🧡😍 ،، although thy give us a cookie 😉🤍🤍🤍🤍

This hidden gem is a must do while in Pa Tong Phuket! It's right off the beach side walk, as you walk down their steps, you know you're in for a treat. From the moment you walk in the staff gives such fabulous welcoming and service. They provide perfect snacks and tea. And OMG the 180 minute spa day was everything to me. I had a body scrub, massage, and facial and it felt like I was being pampered all day!!! If you're able to go get spoiled go here!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! the whole spa experience was amazing!!! the front desk was super friendly, patient and detailed in explaining the different massage and scrub services so that we can choose the best for us (since different massage services are slightly different). I love the body scrub!! the whole place smells really nice too!! they are very detailed in the small things also, like they would even turn on the warm shower water for us first before they called us to wash off the scrub! the massage bed and headrest were really comfortable also!!! will certainly come back again :)

Recommended! The ambience clean, calm and relaxing. I had the organic coconut aromatics massage and ayurvedic head massage, it was really goood! The massage technique is what u have to experience. They served cool tea before massage and hot tea with scrumptious passion /lime fruit tart. What to gram? The tea and tart 🫶🏻

Wendy greeted us with a cheerful face and in a very excellent English language. They welcomed us with a refreshing tea and a towel for the face, then she began to explain the massage that they will do. According to the pains we suffer from, she nominated the coconut massage. We chose the couple's room, me and my husband, It was the best massage I've ever done this year. I definitely recommend it to you.

Everything about this spa was so luxurious, we only wish we found it sooner! We did package for 3 hours of a body scrub, massage and facial - amazing! From the moment you enter the receptionist greets you with a cold facecloth and tea. When seated, she explains the menu to you and helps you with your selections. You meet your masseuse and are lead to your room with shower inside. 3 hours flew by! The treatment was so relaxing, the massage was one of the best I’ve ever received, masseuse knew where to apply pressure and where to ease off. She had very fluid motions, never taking one hand off your body so that it felt quite relaxing, definitely trained very well. Afterward you are allowed to sit and enjoy a warm cup of tea and 2 pastries, one lemon meringue and one taro (so good). We bough so many essential oils, facial mists and shoulder pads from the spa. Amazing place and will visit again!

Absolutely amazing service! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience from start to end, even providing complementary pastries and taking care of our luggage when we wanted to travel around afterwards. Therapist was incredible, this had to have been one of the most relaxing experiences of my life 😌 Highly recommend!!

This is the best spa in Patong maybe even Phuket! The receptionist was very informative and extremely professional and was fluent in English.

The spa itself is immaculate, very clean, relaxing and calming.

They began my treatment with a foot bath and scrub and the massage was great! I got a Swedish massage and the pressure was perfect and I left feeling super fresh.

I got a couples massage with my boyfriend and we were sceptical because we’d tried other places in the area and all of the ladies would speak to each other which was not only unprofessional but also unpleasant, but not at this spa! Super quiet, and relaxing.

They end your treatment with complimentary cakes and tea and they place you in an indoor/ outdoor setting which was nice to ease out of the treatment instead of paying and leaving like most places.

It’s priced pretty expensive considering it’s in Patong BUT it it’s worth every cent, and reminded me of the quality salons we have in Australia.

Would 100% recommend, it is definitely worth the extra cash!

An absolutely beautiful experience!! I treated myself to the signature aromatherapy massage and it was incredibly relaxing. The beautiful staff treated me like royalty and even provided herbal tea and a sweet treat in the relaxation room post-massage.

Moontree Elemental Spa is wonderful! The best place to have a massage in Phuket. They are very accommodating and detailed. They listen to you.

I’m impressed with the service here. Starting from the reception. Welcoming and informative. Angie the receptionist who took care of us did her best to provide us the information about spa details. And really took notes on everything we requested. Very attentive to details! We did body scrub and Kudo to our therapists Amp and Nongnang. They are very polite, professional, attention to details. Always try to ask us is everything alright. (They also speak good English) Made us feel like we’re taken good care of. Greeting us when we arrived and don’t forget to say goodbye when we leave. Very impressive. Oh, they also served you some drinks and little cake before and after treatment. I’ll absolutely come back to this lovely place 🥰

Very nice luxury spa. Service was top notch. The receptionists Tina and latte were very friendly and helpful. Many packages were available on the menu. My therapist Ou was great. Strong pressure as I requested, she was excellent and gave me a very good Thai massage. Would love to go back again.

Highly recommend Moontree spa for a relaxing treatment. I did a 3hr session including facial, massage and body scrub. Very reasonably priced. Staff very professional and covid safe measures in place. I was very relaxed when treatment was finished.

If only I could add more than 5 stars! Completely perfect from the beginning to the end. The staff is so adorable and the decoration/atmosphere of the massage room is just in line with the quality of the service. I totally recommend this place for a quality and relaxing massage at Phuket.
