Patong Beach Bangla Walking Street

You've probably heard a lot about this infamous street and maybe even watched a few videos to get a feel for what it's like. It's impossible to describe. The noise and hustle cause an overwhelming feeling the first time. It'll make you unsure if it's best to keep going or walk away.

The main highlights in my option are simply; the night market for food, Suzy Wong's for a strip club, Illuzion for a megaclubbing experience and Miami for the ping pong show.

Beyond these key venues there are dozens others like them, some better, some mediocre.

The competitive music blazing from each venue creates an aural chaos that makes entering just one noisy venue feel like a haven.

We felt save the times we walked through and if you politely let hustlers know you're not interested they seem to respect that and not give you any hassle.

Immerse yourself and let your senses guide you through. I would advise a pair of earplugs too!

Typical walking street at night in Thailand. But this one looks more organized for tourists than only the lady's show houses and bar girl places.

Night is intense if you’re not used to BUSY crowds or night life. The Night is Alive with energy and people. With that said, it’s very loud and a lot is going on. Great people watching experiences. Lots of vendors and entertainment clubs.

Daytime it’s completely different. A little quieter with several vendors and shops open.

I enjoy both vibes. It’s definitely a place I want to get back too.

Bring comfortable shoes to walk in.

I used to buy an ice cream and watch the crowds.

You can find many activities and foods around the beach.

Paradise for night life lovers. The best place to visit during night time in Phuket. It has every type of shops. Most of them are bars or night clubs. I was in Phuket for 9 days on all 9 days I visited this place during night for drinks & dance & music.. Just one suggestion if you are going to go go bar make sure you have enough money to top the bar girls & for their lady drinks. Refrain from going to Russian bars.. They will loot you & rip. Off your pockets..

A very special and mystical atmosphere at the same time. Many local shops, bars, and places to dance. I was struck by the fact that, despite many girls dancing semi-nude, there were so many families with young children passing by during the early morning 😅

Bangla Road is close to the beach. During the day, you find beer bars and shops. In the evening, it turns into a Walking Street with no vehicles allowed after 6 p.m. I can't quite put my feelings into words, but experiencing nightlife here in Patong is a must. Every visit is different, but always something to remember! 😃

I'd recommend coming here twice: during the day and at night. Lots of bars and more.

There is a lot of activity in Patong beach 🏝
You can rent chairs and relax and order mix fruit to enjoy the views.

Such a fun time! Went all over to clubs, shows and enjoyed the nightlife of the street. Highly recommend for any party night life advocate!

if you're ever in patong/phuket then you have to go to the mega mile, bangla walking street. a lot of bars, clubs and street food here. something for everyone. it's just a party mile. I like it better than in pattaya. nothing for every day.
the new york bar is recommendable, the live music there is really good🤘🤘

Very lively walking street, full of art - dance & music. There are a lot of restaurants serving food and alcohol. We had fun!

Bangla road is one of the best night life experience anyone could get in Phuket.
Lots of restaurants, Bar, Pub, Cannabis Shop, Pole dancers etc..

This is another night market you can find in Phuket.

Rather than lots of locals, you will find many foreigners walking down the streets. There are lots of bars on the side of the road and a lot of shops selling weed. And not to mention the street food huts with mouth-watering items. You also can enjoy food at good restaurants as well, and the prices are fair for the portion they serve.

Crazy street where you can find all kind of entertainment. Still everyone is very respectful, families with kids can walk there with no problem.

Bangla walking street is the heart of night life of Phuket. It is an extremely popular & crowded street with a lot of open clubs on either sides. It’s a must visit destination of Phuket for the one who loves the night life & partying.

Still as lively, vibrant and loud :p

A wild place at night but serene in daytime. Excellent place for buying stuff at a cheap price.
