The Crystal Beach

This quaint hotel (with elevator) may not be on the beachfront, but it's location is actually perfect: short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pubs, and OTOP market.
The staff are super friendly and are willing to help with whatever they can (we asked for extra pillows and a mattress topper).
They also have scooters for rent.
We sat on the veranda outside the entrance of the hotel every day, enjoying a beer or two and watching the people go by.
The spacious rooms are cleaned and services every day (water, toilet paper, coffee etc).
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and we'll be back for sure!

Excellent location 4 minutes walking distance from the beach. Not loud like Bangla road. Good staff. They provide beach towels. The room was clean and neat with a balcony but no good view. There is a rooftop swimming pool and a nice sea view from the rooftop. Overall excellent value for the price. I will recommend it as a good choice for a budget traveler.

During my recent stay at this 3-star gem in Patong, Phuket, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service that rivaled that of a four-star establishment. Despite not having an on-site restaurant, the hotel made up for it with its convenient location near fantastic dining options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, displaying impeccable customer service throughout my stay.

One of the highlights of my experience was the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline and a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby beach. Speaking of the beach, its proximity to the hotel was a definite plus, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea without hassle.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its combination of great service, convenient location, and excellent amenities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Patong, Phuket

My wife and I have been coming to Phuket for many many years and always stayed in a resort next door to the Crystal Beach Hotel. Unfortunately management at this resort didn’t care about repeating guests so we thought we would try the Crystal beach hotel after friends recommended it.

We have been here for two weeks and still have another week remaining and I can only say positive things about this hotel in every aspect.

The rooms are fantastic for the price you pay. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bedding and fantastic air conditioning. My wife and I are so happy.

The staff are truly amazing . So professional and friendly. Always with a huge smile. Khun Mint, Khun Pui, Khun Great, Khun Tar and Khun Chai are absolutely awesome. These staff members go above and beyond to ensure that our stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This service these staff members provide are far better than that we received at the 4 star resort we have been staying previously. Thank you so much to all these staff and the wonderful housekeeping staff . You are all AMAZING

Honestly you cannot fault this hotel for the price you pay and believe me it is better in many aspects than a lot of the four star resorts in patong and we have stayed at few of them over the past 15 years.

Clean and neat. No helpers or room boys. We can manage all things. No help from Crystal beach .

The hotel is perfect, friendly staff, friendly price. There is a very nice view for the pool on the rooftop. You can rent a motorcycle from the hotel. I would definitely come back again.

Clean and nice room, the service is good. Near the beach and Bangla street. The only thing we didn't like was that our balcony faced south, which was scorching hot during day time.

Rooms are clean and the staff doesn't wear shoes into your room during service. We booked for 8ngt but extended our stay another 2ngt. Location is great near the beach, plenty of massage & food options; plus a 14min walk to the big grocery store. 3 minute walk to night food market. Pool is clean with good city views

Very good hotel for tourists. Very friendly staff. Close to Bangla Road and night market which is very fun to be. Rooms are clean. Did have a very plesent time. Good food options are there in close proximity. Tour packages are also available near the hotel and you can ask from hotel it self as well.

A great central hotel close to Bangla Rd in the heart of Patong. Down a side street, so it's quiet at night. Very clean and good service.

Rented a motorcycle from there and its one of the best places, usually you are asked to leave ur passport but since this is already a hotel it was completely safe and secure to leave the passport there. They even have extra petrol for extra charge

Nice staff. Very clean rooms. Surprisingly quite, if we keep in mid that it's downtown. Very active night life around.

For a 3 star hotel this place punches far above its weight class, good location and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Patong.
