DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort

Stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its fantastic location. Situated right in the heart of the city's vibrant nightlife scene, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city's entertainment options. Despite being close to all the action, the hotel itself was tucked away in a peaceful and quiet location, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend for those looking for the best of both worlds.

Excellent property! The truth be told, it’s superior to other respectful local hotels as it has great and professional staff. The staff was incredibly helpful and experienced, especially Ms. Annie, the receptionist. She was awesome and high qualified employee. Honestly, she has a very good communication skills and an ability to make her customers comfortable and satisfied! Please, motivate Ms. Annie by rewarding her since she has been contributing to make this property more convenient and success :)

I really like the hotel and the location. The rooms are very nice and clean and so are the pools. We ate at the hotel restaurants and the food was very good. Also the bars offered many happy hours etc. The staff at the bars are especially friendly. As an example I would like to mention the staff member Fang. She remembered my favourite drink order everytime and also my name. Furthermore her english was amazing and she had a very professional but warm way to treat guests. To be honest i think she would be better at the receoption as she is one of the reasons I will be comming back to this hotel ! Very well done ! The only thing i was not really a fan of was the breakfast. The staff was yet again amazing but there was a lack of fresh food and not just processed premade. Also some guests always used their hands to take things from the buffet. This is not very pleasant and I believe they should be told off

Stayed 2 nights for family time. Easy to access from the beach and staffs were all friendly and professional. Really love their welcome cookies! Ordered room service and foods were great.
Nice atmosphere in the restaurant for breakfast. Digital key was so convenient. If I have a chance I’ll always book Hilton double tree in all over the world.

Overall we had a great stay and hotel stay are very friendly and courteous. They kept checking on us via whatsapp if our rooms and stay is comfortable
LK at front desk reception was super helpful and kind enough to extend our checkout time as our flight was late at night.
Ploy at front desk is also quite polite, friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade

The hotel has such an amazing atmosphere, very elegant and classy. Positioned conveniently near a range of restaurants, its prime location adds to the overall appeal. However, the true highlight of our stay, making our trip memorable, was undeniably the exceptional service rendered by the staff, with a special mention to Timmy. Timmy's dedication consistently ensured our well-being, always ready to assist with anything we required. He truely has set the standards high for customer service.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Large room, great pool, excellent breakfast. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Really enjoyed the restaurant and bars. The Mojito and Beer bars are a great place to watch the world go by. The location is also excellent situated on the beach but the with the rooms set back enough to be quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Very central but quite location in Patong. Super friendly and nice staff, very good breakfast with big choice. Food at the restaurant was great as well. Overall, great experience.

Best place to stay right on the main drag of Patong beach within walking distance to everything staff are very friendly and do a thorough job on cleaning your room. Timmy’s bar is Great buy one get one free happy hour Timmy is so friendly willing to help anyone highly recommend and will definitely come back.

We didn't stay. So, I cannot comment on the rooms and accommodation services. We went to this hotel to eat the breakfast buffet, which was very good and catered for all tastes. A variety of eastern and western food (there was even Arabic food). Plenty of cheese, bread, cold cuts, bacon, eggs, fruit, pastries, sweets, cakes, nutella, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, as well as western foods (curry, rice, pasta, soups, salads...). To drink there are a variety of juices, milk, hot chocolate, tea and a coffee machine that prepares all types of coffee. There is an egg station, where you can choose how you want your egg to be prepared. The value is fair (530 bath /USD 16). Worth knowing. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is comfortable, air-conditioned and clean. The breakfast buffet is open every day from 7am-10:30am. I recommend starting your day with a beautiful breakfast like this!

Fantastic hotel, Super close to everything. Staff are amazing and always available to help. You have to spend some time with Timmy at Timmy's pool bar, Great for local info and makes amazing drinks.

Location location location! Love it is so near to evwrything. Its so convenient where you have access to stores, foods, salon, massage centre, spas and beach just minutes away from the lobby. Really love that about the hotel. Since its not right by the roadside so surrounding is quiet and peaceful at night which is a pluspoint. Bangla road is just few minutes walk away. From street to fancy restaurants you name it, its all around the corner. Tuk tuk? No problem at all. A lot waiting by the roadside. You can also get the reception or hotel staff at the lobby to call a taxi for you.

Pool is nice. Note that there are few pools located at each side of the building. This is just great.

Breakfast selection meanwhile is just okay for me, not much of selections to choose from, maybe you can put more local selections to help promote whee we are at but anyways I enjoyed it.

I was skeptical about the private cooking class they offered at the hotel but it was very much worth it and what an amazing experience right there at the hotel! I'm no chef but my food looked and tasted like it! The green curry was magnificent and the chef was extremely kind! 10/10, do recommend.

We came from the US stayed 2 nights during 6 -8 April with my friends. We really impressive with the service when we did checkin one of receptionist her name is "Nook" she really helpful and professional and service mind. She willing to answer all the questions we would like to know and give an information related about hotel and attractions nearby. The welcoming cookies is delicious. The hotel is easy to access from the beach and room are clean.

Beside that, Timmy bar the bartender is awesome he is very friendly, unique and and the drinks are nice we did order Maitai, Pina Colada and Long Island. Most of them are good.

WE DEFINITELY WILL REVISIT AGAIN!!

We got deluxe room it’s was just okey. We feel drain smells 3-4 times a day which was really disappointing. Besides that everything was okey. Location of this hotel is great for who look to close by nightlife in Phuket. You could hear people who party by side of hotels pool over night.

We were here 13 nights. Great location, tasty breakfasts, staff is ready to assist you in any issues. We recommend to book room with pool access.

Great hotel at a great location with great staff.
Stayed in a renovated premium room with pool access. These rooms have a 2p tub and a shower, the normal premium rooms just a shower.
Odd however is that there are no closets to put your clothes in.
Staff here knows your name after a few days and management is very professional.
Breakfast is extensive but not conductive to a diet. If i had to choose an improvement then i would like to add high protein low carb items.

Posting this review after 2 visits to the double tree by Hilton, services and hospitality upgraded was wonderful. The staff (security, Receptionist and service) all are too good. Best thing is , they greet guests as per their traditions.

From Check in to Check out, the hotel is the best. The staff were so helpful, nothing a problem.

The newly renovated rooms, 1 of which we stayed in, were so nicely done, great job and quality finish,
Check In: quick, easy, organised. So polite, and always have a smile on their face.
Check Out: Staff were intent on you getting checked out and not leave you late, or missing transport.
Breakfast Room: The food is awesme, freash, plentiful. Cooked to how you want it. And visit Egg Station, unbelievable. The breakfast staff are helpful, making sure you get your breakfast on time no problems.
House Keeping: They keep the rooms so fresh and clean. They work hard doing this, and are much appreciate dfor their deication to their job. Thank You, awesome job.
The whole complex is well looked after, and it shows. Management down to all staff. Great job folks. Will be back again soon. Highly recommend Double Tree by Hilton Phuker Ban Thai. Beautiful people, beautiful hotel. And right on the ebach too, absolute great location.
