Rayaburi Hotel

It’s a nice hotel in moderate price. Near beach and Bangla Street. The bathroom/toilet has no Lock system. Which is kind of weird for south Asian like us. No View from room. FYI The receptionist is cute.

Very good hotel, swimming pool clean, juste near the pharmacy and 7 eleven.
Night market, and 10 minutes at the diabolical Bangla road …

Stayed for 3 nights in this property. Initially I was concerned about cleanliness, comfort and security. But when i walked into the hotel and into my room, all my concerns are dispersed!
The lady at reception is so friendly and able to help me check in easily and show me where to go and where to find good food and massage. Room was basic and it was CLEAN!!! Really clean! that is my priority number 1 and it has been fulfilled. Everything is clean!!! well... not only was the room clean, everywhere you walked within the hotel is clean! the property is within walking distance to Bangla street and less than 2 minutes from the beach. Plenty of food and massage that is within 60 seconds walking time! a super convenient hotel! The toilet does not provide shampoo and shower gel, but that is not an issue as there is a 7-11 and family mart just next to the hotel. There is no food provided in the hotel and again... not an issue... plenty of cafes and restaurants that cater to breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper at attractive prices.strongly recommend this hotel if you need something basic and intend to spend most of your time outdoors.

Last minute hotel for one evening. If pre-booked would have been far cheaper but fantastic spot. Close to beach, bars, massage etc.

A lot of people have too high expectations. I saw the reviews which are off putting, but there isn't anything wrong with it. It's a great place. Jacuzzi on the roof, 7-11 next door and opposite food.
The 1 star reviews are from people that stay at 5 star joints and compare that to this. It's great for what it is 👍

Great hotel for this price. Just a minute Walt to the beach and across the street from the open air food marked.24 hour 7/11 is next door neighbor. You don't hear any noise from the street even though it's close to Bangla road.
The tip floor has a little jacuzzi and a few sun beds you can use.

Stayed here for a night. Budget hotel in center Patong. Close to the beach and most of the places. Food market opposite hotel and 7-11 just right next to entrance.
Building looks a bit old but the room inside looks pretty new (except AC. It’s a bit noisy) Comfy bed and very nice shower.

Rooms are quite spacious and interior is good. For me it was a great experience. I got my room cleaned ymost of the time and in room amenities were ok. They didn’t have a phone in the room for any room service, which was ok for me because I didn’t need to call them for anything. Hotel is very near to the beach and Bangla street. The road itself has many great places to eat including Indian, Thai and street food. Hotel has swimming pool, jacuzzi and my room had a bath tub and a balcony. Everything was great. It was a pleasant experience. Staff was very helpful specially aira. Restaurant doesn’t have a kitchen so no reviews for food. I got water and a mini fridge for drinks which is reasonable. +no laundry service (in case you want it). The road is quite happening. Most of the stores are near like mart, pharmacy, weed shops, massage/spa and market. Overall it was pretty safe and good for me.

Great hotel for the price. Spacious comfortable clean rooms. Staff are helpful and excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants, massage and all within a short 🚶‍♂ walk. I would stay here again.

Stayed there during Nov 2017. This was my second visit to Phuket and also my second stay at Rayaburi. Our first experience was wonderful here, so there was no looking at any other place. Very hospitable staff. This time we book a Loft wing room with balconies, so it is not in the main building. It's the next building within the premises, but a little isolated. For the reception or restaurant you need to come to the main building. Your taxi or tour guy would be waiting in the main reception, so that may be a bit of a problem for a few. But we never had any issues as we were up on time. The loft building had a swimming pool on the roof top. The main building has a Jacuzzi on the top. All in all, next time I would book rooms in the main building itself. But it's a sure return to this hotel again, because it's affordable for the quality you get. Cheers!

Great place. Very close to the beach. Staff was excellent. I was in the wing which is a separate building and where the good breakfast is served. The building is not much to look at on the outside but the room was totally fine. Clean, bright and I had a balcony. Would stay here again. Great value

Great value for what you get. Good location only a couple of mins walk from the beach and a 7 eleven right next to the entrance which is very convenient. Very friendly staff always willing to help. Decent breakfast selection. Air conditioning could be a bit noisy but worked efficiently.

I am a patron of the weed shop, which is the best in phuket 👌 for quality and customer service. As for the hotel, I can not comment as I have never stayed.

Excellent budget hotel. Have all the facilities of a 5 star. Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. 100 mtrs from Patong Beach. Indian restaurants, foreign exchange, street food, 7 Eleven shop all within 50 mtrs from the hotel. Can't ask for anything better.

A decent place to stay. Good ambience and extremely well maintained pools. Don't forget to include breakfast while you reserve the rooms. Breakfast is worth every penny!

Room is good as compare to price. Just 1 minite walk to patong beach and 7 minite walk to bangla road. Stayed from 13 august 19 to 16 august 19 at deluxe room. Breakfast can be more rich but it is good. Good customer service. I will stay here again.

Excellent location excellent staff Raya Buri the place to stay for vaccation! Totally enjoed my stay and the staff were definately 5 star! My compliments to the resturant for there authentic Thai meals and euro breakfast! Well done ! Thankyou to all staff from reception resturant cleaning staff to house keeping totally awsome! Best budget 3 star hotel. Very near to patong beach. I would say yes to this hotel. All facilities near by... Breakfast is very delicious with lots of variety. Jacuzzi, swimming pool, 7 11 facilities in hotel premise

Really nice hotel not as dated as some reviews would have you believe , cheap checked in decided to stay extra two nights no problem at all ,close to everything as described and food was ok for breakfast no different to other buffet style breakfasts . I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we came back to Patong as staff where very helpful and friendly and enhanced our stay visiting Thailand
