Nice hotel, rooms are not very big but clean and neat, everyone is very friendly and kind.
Both pools are clean and in good condition, so I can recommend this place.
Downstairs there is a travel agency kiosk, that I can fully recommend as well.

This is a superb hotel with all the modern facilities. We took the breakfast included plan and trust me it was one of the most enjoyable decisions of my life. Their breakfast was just AWESOME.

One of the best budget 4 star hotels in the area! The breakfast needs some improvement but all in all it is a really good value hotel.

This hotel looks very nice and cleanliness I came to Patong, Phuket twice a year and I still came to stay here in this hotel. Lovely stuffs and nice service.

No mini bar. 15 min walk distance to bangela st. 5 min walk to local food market, and it is located in a main street.

I am staying here for 49 days. The staff here are amazingly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Check in was quick and effortless. The room is always well maintained and stocked with basics like clean towels and drinking water every day. Both pools are in pristine condition, they look even better than any photos I saw before arriving. Linens are clean and fresh. Bathroom is clean and shower is Separate from the toilet. Airconditioning is in good working order and the room cools down very fast when it is needed. Any pests I've seen have only been outside, where they are expected to be seen in this climate.
I would return here over and over again if I'm staying in Patong Beach, Phuket. You will not regret staying at the lovely accommodation!!!

We stayed 8 days and it was very very clean and comfortable. Staff was always nice , we have had no problem. Pools are nice if you don’t want to go to sea and Patong beach is 7 min by walking.

Location is good, being only one block from the beach, and an easy walk to anywhere in Pa Tong. The rooms are very clean. Staff are delightful! There are two pools, one on ground level, and the other is rooftop. The front desk is staffed 24 hours per day.
Room price is very affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised at the value we received for the cost.

It's very nice hotel and good price. I received room access pool it's a nice and relaxing. Very lovely staff and very helpful for everything. The staff are good and they make you come back again to this hotel. Location is good it's near beach and near of everything. Not have restaurants in hotel but no problem have a many restaurants near the hotel. Thanks for staff in hotel, I am enjoying in hotel.
