Crest Resort

Had a great start here in Jan 24, we stayed in a deluxe room. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The pool is really nice with great pool bar. Very relaxing with some breathtaking views of Patong. The staff could not do enough throughout our stay, so welcoming and friendly. It is some distance from Patong, but they do provide a free shuttle bus and the taxi home at night isn't so expensive. Good choice at breakfast. Probably the biggest bed I have slept in and very comfortably too. If you have a look on our YouTube channel "The Chatter Guys" you will see a video review. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! We stayed in a pool villa and it was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food was amazing as well as the breakfast buffet.

We had an incredible first-time experience in Thailand at The Crest Resort in Patong. Reception staff and specifically Noon's exceptional service and attentiveness made our stay truly memorable. The hotel's ambiance, amenities, and stunning location added to the overall charm. A fantastic choice for a delightful vacation.

I stayed in a beautiful premium pool villa, it was the most amazing villa I’ve stayed in. The bed was comfortable, the pool was huge and immaculate.
Check in process was smooth and staff at reception were friendly. The bell boys who helped with luggages and the staff that drove the golf cart are all friendly and helpful.
I had a floating breakfast in my pool, it was the most amazing breakfast experience. Make sure to pre book this on the day of check in. You won’t be disappointed! They have halal breakfast option which is what I chose.
I didn’t use the main pool but it looked good.
I had food at their rooftop restaurant which was okay but not the best food.
If you’re looking for a relaxed and peaceful time then the Crest resort is the one. The villa I stayed in, I had completely privacy and could not see other people from their villas. My friends stayed in villa 203 and I stayed in 201. We could not see other villas next to us which was amazing. But I’m not sure if this is the case with other villas as I read previous reviews stating they don’t have privacy and can see their neighbours villa. If you do book the premium room villa, request for room villa 201 or 203.
Overall I Highly recommend Crest resort!

We had a wonderful stay at Crest resort. We stayed in the deluxe sea view with pool access room and it was just stunning. The hotel staff were so kind, always smiles and trying to assist. We were greeted kindly each day. Luck was very helpful and her smile made my days. Another staff member at reception whom I can’t remember her name (she helped us with check out and chatted with us about our new Sak Yant tattoos, hopefully the hotel can identify her so she can receive the good credit and praise) was so kind and truly thoughtful of our experiences. A lot of reviews complain of the location, it is on a VERY steep hill. We love to walk and this hill was very daunting, but we did it again and again and lived lol. if you have bad knees, out of shape, or are older (we are 30, active older folks can do it), I wouldn’t recommend going down the hill. The hotel is maybe 5-10 minutes by car to Patong area. Longer to walk which we did not do. We walked everyday about 20 minutes to the restaurants with beautiful views of the water and small beach that was in our area. This was much more quiet and not many people which we would not have experienced had we stayed in the downtown Patong area (loud and many people). The hotel does offer a shuttle on a schedule along with taxi services, but we used the “Bolt” app which was cheaper. The pool was great and the breakfast was plentiful. We would stay again!

Excellent hotel, the hotel is spotless clean. The rooms are very spacious and have great facilities. The reception staff were very nice and friendly, they always had a smile one their faces and always said hello. There was a great variety of Breakfast. There is a shuttle bus to patong which is very handy but a taxi on bolt is only 200 Baht. Our cleaner Saw was just spectacular and was so lovely. All the staff from service staff to bar staff to the reception staff were a pleasure to deal with and made our stay so special.The views from this hotel were spectacular. We even booked an extra night and stayed in one of the deluxe bungalows/villas with private pool which was just amazing. We can't wait to return to this hotel, by far our best stay in Thailand. Great value for money.

"Crest Resort and Pool Villas in Phuket offers fantastic service and a delicious buffet breakfast. The only downside is that some food items might not be refilled after 1000am (breakfast time until 1030am), so it's best to go to breakfast earlier. On a brighter note, don't miss the beautiful tea time from 12:00 to 4:00 pm, adding an extra touch of delight to your stay.

Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay with excellent amenities and hospitality.

It was perfect. Amazing location 7/11 nearby and 5 mins away from the beach. An amazing infinity pool and huge rooms. The WiFi was also great and the staff was very helpful. There were many activities like table tennis a gym and a kids club.

I enjoyed my stay here with my daughter .. the privacy , cleanliness and the villa ♥

the spa and the massage was amazing .. they took care of my daughter while I'm in the massage room ..
the reception staff were super friendly and funny ..

Staying at Crest Resort & Pool Villas - SHA Extra Plus in Patong Beach was an absolute delight! The resort's luxurious amenities, stunning pool villas, and impeccable service truly exceeded our expectations. The breathtaking views of Patong Beach from our villa were unforgettable. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The resort's restaurant offered a fantastic selection of delicious food and drinks. We cannot wait to return for another amazing experience !

Had an amazing experience staying at Crest!
The room infrastructure, amenities and services provided are simply awesome.
Especially being a pure vegetarian, finding food for breakfast was difficult but Chef Pete made it easy for us and prepared tasty food that too eggless!

Away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. Great place to unwind and relax. Jung was phenomenal and had to make a mention, excellent at reading the room, problem solving and making things nicer and easier for all.

I sit here on my last night at Crest and writing this review at the roof top.

Stayed in another hotel for 4 nights and concluded my stay here for 2 nights and it’s literally not enough. I regret not coming here before. From the moment you enter this hotel you can’t stop saying “Wow”

Such a warm welcome by the lovely friendly staff. You’re attended not just by one but 3 or 4 staff who helps you through your check in till you get to your room.

The best room you can ever get. Absolutely immaculate. So spacious. Large kitchen & dining with dining table & chairs. 2 living areas with lounge & another dining table. Swimming pool where you can actually swim from one end to another. Everything is so clean, modern and welcoming. Can’t praise enough!

Free shuttle to Pattong. When we got back from shopping the lobby staff just knew our names and villa number and had the buggy ready for us to get to our villa.

Mr Rum is amazing who looks after the roof top bar where we spent all our evenings. My husband arranged a secret surprise table with him for our anniversary at the roof which was incredible. We also have Mo who’s at the roof top. She’s so lovely and bonding.

It was absolutely stunning and best anniversary ever at Crest.

I’m definitely coming back to Crest. So worth it. Kapun Ka

1st day was not 5-star experience. Late pick up at airport, over an hour wait. Then room did not have the partial water view as what I booked. The next day and on everything were made right. I would like to personally thank Rum, Cindy, Elle, Jul and Jojo who made my vacation exceptional and memorable. I hope management will all recognize you all hard work and dedication. See you all again soon.

Everything was pefect, we found the highest level of relaxation and services.
My best regarding and appreciation to Ms. Lula who has taking care of us during any difficult issues or needs with her patience and supportive way. Also to Ms. Luck the front desk assisstant manager for her support and positive suggestions and her smile in front of
all guests during our stay
Also my best regarding to Mr. Dein who took us everyday from the lobby to our villa and vice versa
In short, my advice to anyone thinking, to got there, please go ahead and you will never forget your stay over there

What can I say, our stay at Crest was incredible. Stayed recently for over a week and could not ask for a better location. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very accomodating.

Great facilities and amenities including free shuttle taking you into the heart of Patong. No wasting money on Taxi’s and Tuktuks to journey into town. Perfect location and overlooking the beautiful bay and mountain.

Crest offered complimentary fitness lessons and my partner and I tried the Muay Thai classes. Our instructors Nice and Dee are fantastic and taught legitimate techniques, perfect for first timers. Special shoutout to Nice and Dee! Would definitely recommend Crest to friends and family.
