Muay Thai Aek gym

This place is awesome. I traveled to Phuket specifically to get my first taste Muay Thai training. I can not stress enough that anyone regardless of fitness level traveling to Phuket go train with Aek (owner and trainer). It is an absolute must do while traveling to this area. The facilities are great and easy to get to. Aek is a great person and true professional. His English skills are very good. He was able to taylor my secession to fit my skill and fitness level. He made it fun and exciting. I had was fortunate to accompany him to a fight and see him in action. I was so impressed, and have enormous respect for him. Of course he won. Muay Thai is such an important part of Thai culture and should be experienced by everyone traveling to Thailand. He got me hooked, and I will continue to travel to the area for additional training as often as I can. He made a friend for life with me.

Best muay thai gym in Thailand! Reasonable price, great coaches , good atmosphere and really valuable lessons! If you book a 1 on 1 training you wont regret it! Really good!

If you are in Patong area this is probably the best gym you can choose. Because business is slow I had 1 on 1 training for the price of standard classes. Head coach was very technical which I liked a lot. Helped me change my boxing stance to Muay Thai :). Will come back.

Love this gym, Aek is a beast! Very critical on the technique and precision. He will teach you all things muay thai, he is not there to teach to you how to run or do push ups like many other gyms. Make sure you book a one on one with him you won't be disappointed.

Very good training. Aek has excellent English and sessions are enjoyable and challenging.

Also, there is a sweet dog there who needs head scratches, so you must go and give them to her.

Authentic gym, trainers were experienced, very knowledgeable and they spoke English. The session focused on pad work, technique and involved fitness training for 90 mins. Small class sizes so more personalised. I had great sessions there, well worth visiting!!!

Habe vor 3 Jahren dort trainiert . Die Trainer nehmen sich Zeit , sind sehr professionell . Leider ist das Studio im Moment geschlossen . Es wurde abgerissen . In Instagram schreiben sie , es sind Renovierungsarbeiten. Siehe Foto
