The House Patong

The hotel is located very close to the happening places in Patong and at the same time it is far enough to escape the noise when one requires some rest
The rooms are neat and clean and the bed comfortable. The rooms were big with a lovely balcony
Dew the manager/owner is a wonderful lady and she will help you out when required. Check in and check out was absolutely hassle free.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here if we visit Patong/ Phuket again

Very good service from reception. Staff is very friendly. Good location the hotel is near almost everything. Good price for low season. It’s all good! Enjoyed staying there!!

The staff here is really nice. Unsure if I'd recommend - I found the rooms rather dark and lots of mosquitos (especially after they'd clean the rooms). It was good value for the cost. Not a bad location, close to the two major malls and a short walk to the beach.

Clean. Has Thai charm, maybe not perfect. But for price very good. no smell or dirty. They do need to fix locks. I had to ask for key at 2am but they come very quickly with key so no problem.

Very nice near to everything. Perfect to if you want rent a bike. Good price, only i miss in my room was a place to hang my clothes and hang my wet towel from the beach on the balcony. Maybe a chair on balcony too to sit. Else a good choice. / Best regards Tom . Norway

Centrally located within an easy 10 minute walk to everything Patong is famous for but not right in the middle of it. There is a night market across the road for a taste of local food. The rooms are exactly as shown and there are no hidden catches ... everything just works. During my 3.5 week stay I hit some catches with the water in the bathroom and mattresses that are so new the plastic is still on them and rustles .. but what's important is any problems are quickly dealt with via Line or phone (I think I saw someone at the reception once in nearly a month). Room service was great and always helpful. Air conditioning works a treat. Heavy curtains block out the neon nights. WiFi is solid although I was only streaming music. Highly recommended (except for their pillows... I had to go buy one they were so bad).

Probably booked with them at an inopprtune time, but I'll call it out for what it is now.
- Looked unlike Google Maps photos. Bar area is down, removing the option to dine in the hotel.
- Poor to no service. Staff were absent between 10pm and 10am. There's an option to message them, but they didn't even read messages, let alone respond to or address my requests. Host looked irritable the few times I saw her interacting with other guests.
+ Daily housekeeping in the afternoon with towels, bedsheets, water and toiletries restocked.
- Lacked some amenities. The sink area looked nice, but was too dimly lit and too far into the basin area to be practical. No slippers. Chair was only available upon request. Request for a table was refused despite a few of them sitting pretty in the defunct bar.
+ Cheap. I suppose 1000 THB/night gets you the 2-3 star service that is touted on Google Maps.
+ Good location (a minute's walk from the market at Ban Zaan, another to Jungceylon) but this isn't saying much, seeing how small Pa Tong is.
All in all, it was hard to stay productive and I wouldn't come here again if I was on a work trip.

It's different from the picture they put in commercial and the price is pretty high. When I came, they building something close to the hotel and it made noise in the morning. And The service is kidda not good , how can the women come inside my room for cleaning while I was dressing up 🥲 that crazy and I didn't put any sign at the door.

Very disappointed. No one to do check in, had call a number, waited 40mins… rooms not maintained well with PowerPoint and lights not working. Air con sounds like a truck engine. Again with checkout no staff and no answer on the phone number at reception. Will not return.
