Indochine Resort & Villas

The hotel is set on the side of a tree lined hill, overlooking the sea, with golf carts, available day and night, to take you from the reception area, to your apartment. Our apartment, set on 2 floors, with 3 double bedrooms ( all ensuite) ground floor and 2 very large bedrooms to the 1st floor, opening onto a large swim up pool. The staff were genuinely so helpful, in all matters. I cannot rate this hotel complex highly enough, for large families

Perfect location, perfect room, perfect in room service. We booked a pool villa and the view is just fantastic from atop the hill. One thing that could be improved is their restaurant should have centralized air conditioning as it gets quite hot while grabbing the breakfast buffet.

Rooms are great. We got a premium deluxe room with plunge pool. We paid 20000 THB for 4 nights. Service was great. Breakfast buffet was good. They had good variety of food and vegetarian options. Room service was good. Location and views are great.

Great hotel on hillside over looking ocean. Brilliant buffet breakfast offered. With many options for all. Different items offered each day, giving plenty of variety. Location is just out of patong but close enough to be apart of the action but still quiet enough to enjoy your relaxation. Private rooms, large sized. BED IS AWFUL THOUGH, concrete slabs could be more comfortable. Over great place. Would stay again even if I have to purchase a mattress topper. Loved it.

This is a beautiful resort with a great location. We had booked the 4 bedroom villa with a pool which had a great view of Patong Beach. There was a long steep walk from the reception to our villa, however there is a shuttle service which was always available. The staff was very welcoming and the overall service was excellent. The rooms in the villa were very spacious and clean. We ordered food via room service a couple of times which was nice and had a good portion size. You would need to take a cab or a tuk-tuk to the local vibrant night life places in Patong area but it isn't difficult. Would definitely recommend this place for a luxurious outing in Phuket.

It's 10min by car from walking street of the Phuket . But hotel provides car for that. They will drop you nd pic up you. Every 2hour. The hotel is so good accomodation no doubt spellbound. We book the jacuzzi room. The breakfast spread is very good. I really like the hotel hospitality.

I really wanna give more than 5 stars for the service. I stayed in their outdoor jacuzzi room and also in the sky suite.
The view, the amenities, everything was perfect.
The shuttle ride to patong beach could have been more comfortable.
Also, for Indian guests, they have a good variety of vegetarian food in breakfast buffet.
Overall, one of the best places to stay in Phuket.

We booked a sky suite room with a plunge pool.

Bads:

1. Pool bar was missing. For some drinks and music around the pool.
2. No gazebo in the pool for shaded seating in the pool.
3. No direct view of sunset. Good view anyways.
4. A little far from patong beach.
5. Glass railing in front of personal plunge pool wasn't clean due to salt water spots thus hindering the view from the pool.
6. No temperature control in the personal plunge pool.

Goods:
1. Very much hospitable. Polite staff.
2. Staff makes sure that your issue is resolved or in other words they put in good amount of effort trying to solve your problem.
3. Rooms: spacious, well ventilated, neat and clean.
4. Washroom: good enough with sufficient toiletries, towels, napkin and doormat.
5. Balcony and pool: comfortable and ergonomic pool with a good view. It is a mini jacuzzi with water outlets and a shower on the wall.
6.Internal Shuttle service: Superfast. A minute away. They know how to use walkie talkies.
7. Patong beach shuttle: they have a free to and fro shuttle to patong beach every two hours. This shuttle is pretty much on time.
8. Welcome drink: it steals your heart after you come from the hotel weather outside.
9. Breakfast: amazing variety, good Indian food options and nice vibe.
10. Wifi: superfast.

Overall experience : it was a very comfy stay. They made sure that they do everything they can for their guest. We had no hot water in the shower, I called for assistance to the reception at 10:30 PM and the electrician and plumber both came, kept solving the issue until it was solved. They even sent a person to hold the luggage in the shuttle from rolling. I booked a private taxi to patong beach and driver has to be paid in cash seperately but he had no change, he smilingly agreed to bill it at reception desk.

Recommendation: value for money. (only if you stay and enjoy from your own plunge pool). We planned to spend the day in the plunge pool and relax.

We stayed in the family room which had its private balcony and it was the best stay in phuket Ive had so far!
The staff is super helpful 24x7 and the shuttle takes you to the patong beach every two hours so even in the rain if you cant get a cab this is always a great backup

An absolute beautiful oasis set back on the cliff side . Tremendous views over the beaches of Kalim & Patong . You would have no reason to even leave your room . Everything you need is on hand . We are staying in a sky suite at the very top . So have our own plunge pool & jacuzzi .
The staff are also amazing . They cannot do enough for the guests . Definitely 10 out of 10 .

My husband and I had the best experience here at Indochine! It was great value for money, had the sky suite and it was such an amazing view. Room was clean, food was great and staff were amazing, quick and very nice and helpful. Looking forward to coming back here! :)

This was an amazing resort to stay in. Our view of Patong was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also really nice and friendly.

Just a bit away from the main Phuket active area. This is compensated with frequent shuttle service and sapticilar view from the rooms. Really enjoyed 😉

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING.

This resort really embodies what a vacation resort should be. With an affordable price, convenient location by the beach, I cannot recommend anywhere better than Indochine. Their service, quality of food, and beautiful atmosphere was truly amazing. The only downside might be the outdated furniture but it’s not a huge deal compared to the overall experience.

Looking forward to coming back to this beauty resort again soon!!

What a beautiful resort, with amazing view of the ocean. We had a Deluxe studio apartment. It's a beautiful modern apartment with a plunge pool. The staff are very polite and extremely friendly. They treat everyone with the utmost respect. It's closely situated to Patong beach you get a drive as they have a shuttle every few hours to drop off and collect from Patong Beach. I will definitely go back to IndoChine.
