From the reception to the dining area and around the pool, there are wonderful, skilled employees. With my extensive experience in the industry, I understand and appreciate excellent personnel as the greatest asset for a successful business.

Location and service is excellent. Able to access to Bangla Road, beach, Shopping centres, Banzaan Market and food. Room is spacious and clean.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay, the staff were phenomenal. S was the most attentive pool bar staff member and he made pur stay 5 Star! Thank you S and also Bryce and Toon. Ni on front desk and the delightful Auan rounded out the impeccable service from the staff. 5 stars!

A modern hotel is located inside the shopping center and the center of Patong. Its central location is excellent and there is no noise in the room. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

If you want to enjoy the main patong market stay at the beach side of this hotel you'll definitely love it. Its just a 2-3 minute walk from hotel to main market.

Absolutely loved this hotel, we took a Cabana room which looked out onto the swimming pool, with our own private jacuzzi.

Service is excellent, they seem to love changing towels twice a day for whatever reason. But all staff amazingly friendly.

Gym is well equipped and the pool is massive, so you can get plenty of exercise.

Breakfast choices are well stocked and more than enough to fill up the biggest of bellies.

Right in the heart of things, ten minute from the beach, even less for the notorious nightlife.

Attached to Jungceylon shopping centre, so never far from a shopping experience.

We stayed there for 5 days. Awesome location, great hospitality from the all the staff. Veg breakfast options very limited. But good spread available on continental cusinie. Swimming pool is awesome ! Rooms are neat and tidy. Booking and check-in / out process were smooth. Lift are clean, passage , corridor are kept extremely clean. Kudos to all the staff and the management !

Best places I have ever stayed

Superb... they obliged for a early check in without much fuss... clean an spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the pool n hills... gr8 breakfast... ever smiling staff... concierge always obliged for the buggy drop to main road... wonder 5 nights spent... close to Bangla road and otop market... attached to jungceylon mall... what else do you need? Highly recommended...

The rooms are good. Location is good. There are a lot of local vendors infront to book the packages who offer multiple good deals. Beach road, bangla road are walking from here. The food in particular offered has a huge spread and is of very good quality.

The location is perfect, right in the centre with everything within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. They have two properties - Beachside and lakeside. Beachside is easier to access. Lakeside is little further down however they have a free shuttle between the two properties which is a big help.

Super King size beds very comfy and firm. The only thing is the room curtains cannot fully block out the morning sunlight at both sides of the windows. There is two shopping mall one attached to it and a new one just across the road from the beach wing.

Nice and convenient place when you are travel at Phuket Patong it have a shopping center nearby also you can experience the Patong nightlife and Patong beach just few step away, after clubbing at midnight you also can find the 24hr restaurants before sleep.
Inside the hotel they have a very nice staffs cozy swimming pool and gym room in Lakeside building must book the room in there 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 after swim you can enjoy the spa or Thai massage in same level with a reasonable price.

Beautiful hotel, absolutely clean and an amazingly hospitable staff. It is centrally located and accessible to everything around. 10/10 to the hospitality by staff. One of the kindest and warmest people on earth. God Bless

Stayed there for 3 days, location is superb, staff was really helpful including mark at reception. special thanks to 'motu'(I am not sure of correct spelling 😅) for helping me out at odd hours. Only problem is for Indian vegetarian food but it's same everywhere, hopefully will visit again 😊

Excellent hotel which is located perfectly downtown. The rooms are average size and the breakfast is average size too. Nothing too fancy but it is really nice just to be able to have the luxury to be downtown at a 5 star hotel.

Just checked in Front Desk named Beauty was very helpful and caring, my flight arrived early I arrived at the hotel 9.30am

At 10am I am very lucky to get my room ready on early check in

I felt warm and happy at this property, easy check in and the room is fantastic wi h balcony and huge soft bed and pillows

Location it's just at Junceylon and opposite of Bangla Road, this hotel is highly recommended
