Seven Seas Hotel

I noticed this hotel 10 years ago - living opposite.
It seemed to me that there was nothing superfluous in it.
In December I lived there for almost two weeks.
Everything was easy and comfortable.
The rooms are quite large.
There was no unnecessary noise, day or night.
Everything is nearby.
Hope to come back again.

Small hotel with small swimming pool but very well located 2 minutes from the beach.
Impeccable cleanliness, top team, kind, helpful and smiling.

I liked this hotel. In spite of the fact there are 4 floors, it's a pretty quiet place. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was just enough. A very cozy atmosphere and super friendly and helpful staff (I've not met so friendly staff in hotels for a long time).
It's a quiet area, a little bit far from the main road, but just 2 minutes to a Patong beach.
My room has not a bad view – a beautiful sky and a piece of the sea.
I faced only one problem – a way to some shops like 7/11 or others takes a long time. They are really far away.
As for a swimming pool, it's not too big and cold – but some people like to swim in cold water. Just for me, it was freezing.
Anyway I totally recommend this hotel if you like quiet and small hotels with good customer service.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is great. Despite the affordable price, it is very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The bed is perfect, the mattress and the pillows are soft, it was very quiet and I had the best sleep ever 😀. They provide a kettle, tea, coffee, water, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste, everything you might need. And the best part of this hotel is it’s staff. They are very nice, friendly and helpful.

At the north end of Patong beach, out of the way of a lot of the city noise.
Good food, free breakfast if you book for three nights. Close enough to walk into the town.

This place is a hidden gem. Clean facilities, great pool, super friendly staff, well priced and very close to the beach. I came back and stayed another 5 nights after my trip to Karon it was so great. Breakfast is also cooked fresh for you every morning. Highly recommend.

I just stayed 4 nights at the "Seven Seas Hotel". Nice little calm hotel in the North of Patong Beach. Located in a quiet, little side-street and only 5 mins away from the Beach where it's not so crowded (unlike the mid and southern part of the beach).
The staff is very friendly, helpful and 24/7 there for you. The rooms are well equipped.
My breakfast was not included, but for just 180 Baht you'll get a full breakfast +1 coffee +1 orange juice (see pic). I also joined dinner (Thai and international) at the seven seas which was also very tasty.
I would recommend this hotel if you don't want to stay in the middle of crowded places

We've been staying at this beautiful little hotel for almost 15 years. This tine we stayed for 3 weeks and we felt like home. Very clean and spacious rooms. Small but very relaxing pool and pool side. Just across the best part of the Patong beach. Calm and quiet area. 7Eleven near by. Delicious food. Nice staff. Florian was so helpful with everything. Highly recommended.

Checked in yesterday for 3 days with my family. Been staying before in a far more expensive room, but cannot tip the welcoming staff and very hospitable vibe of this hotel which cannot be found in a five star hotel. My daughter became seven years and the staff surprised us with cupcakes and candles. This describes the considering way they treat the guests. Highly recommend.

While I was there I had a bad sickness bug ,the staff were brilliant got me a doctor were very attentive calling at my room all times to make sure I was ok they even brought me breakfast in bed ,I only wanted tea +toast but believe me it was very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel perfect for quiet at night and just off the road to get a taxi anywhere, it's very clean ,fresh towels every day and bed changed every other day doesn't look much at first site but it's a little gem ,

Perfect location,just walk down the road and you are at Patong Beach. Excellent staff who are always willing to help with anything you need. Features a small swimming pool which is perfect if you wanna cool down coming back from the beach or having a breakfast which they also serve (180b). Lots of food options low budget and fancy restaurants within 100m from the hotel

Rooms are great value. Comfortable beds. Spacious balcony, clean and well maintained. Dont look further if you want to stay near Patong beach

The hotel is located in a good location - less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel staffs are very good, polite and helpful. Rooms are big enough and clean. The swimming pool is bit small but it looks awesome during night with all the lights on. The hotel is bit old compared to the other hotels and located at one end of the Patong beach. So, you might need to walk for 10-15 minutes to reach the Bangla Road area. But the quietness of the area will make your holiday pleasant with great staffs.

Don't judge a book by its cover.. in this case.. the location.. arrival entrance.. stairs..courtyard swimming pool, al fresco dining area, groundfloor rooms and reception... The moment you enter the lift, things start changing.. the view beyond your room perhaps not so much.. but as far as the room itself goes. Spot on budget, value for money. Large, clean, wifi, flat screen TV, hair-dryer, in room safe.. even a free toothbrush. My room checked all the boxes. The bathroom was Thai style.. but still spotless and contemporary. Aircon working at fully blast, coffee making and bottled water taken care of.
The hotel is located at the north end of Patong Beach and 3 minutes walk from the beach. Convenience stores and restaurants all round. Good choice all round.

Absolutely loved this hotel it is so close to the beach only about a 3 min walk to the good part of Patong beach. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfy!! The service was outstanding also!! The only downfall was that the internet wasn’t that great but that’s really all. The food downstairs is also at a good price and it’s good food I really recommend the spring rolls 😍😍😍

For the price at which I got this accommodation, I have no reasons to be fussy about anything. Location of the hotel is very good next to Novotel Phuket and very near to Hyatt Phuket. Its Quit and Calms. its a small property with 24rooms if not less. They have small pool and a restaurant as well. Please do not expect great things but you find at this hotel for the price they offer, it’s really great. I cannot comment much on the restaurant as I did not taste their food as I preferred to go to Indian Restaurant, but, i am confident they will keep your taste buds happy. Staff is cooperative, nothing great to mention here. Person at the reception will be able to help book all your sightseeing tours be it to the Phi Phi Islands or James bond Island or any of the other 12 or 14 options that you have.  My room was very very clean and neat. There was a 165 ltr refrigerator which had 2 complimentary 500ml mineral water bottles. A/C was working awesome. Bathroom has all the basic things that you need. I was a little disappointed with the shower as it was not a free flow, there was blockage due to salt crystal formation and shower was not a good experience for me. There as a 32 inch television which was working just fine although i did not use it much. there is a wardrobe with a safe and few hangers in it, but, the safe was not working as it was locked by someone who had used it in the past and this was not checked by their house keeping. All rooms have balcony with 2 plastic chairs and small table. There was a big lizard in the room to accompany me during my stay and we did not bother each other and hence no issues with that - I have a strong live and let other live policy, you know what I mean. There is a lift which can accommodate may be max 3 people with baggage otherwise 4 people, still it was good enough. there was a family mart store where i preferred to buy fruits and other grocery requirements. Hotel is very close and right in the corner of the Patong beach, which is a very good beach in Phuket. it is very nice to spend time at the patong beach or just walk along the beach shore. Bangla Street which is the main location for night life in Phuket is at about 1km distance from this hotel and definitely walk-able. There are plenty of Indian Restaurants and make sure to check for their ratings before you go into any restaurants. Booze is cheap at 7eleven or family mart stores. If you are staying or longer time as in 3 or 4 days, then please pick up 5ltr water bottles which will work out cheaper. Finally, I recommend this hotel for people who are traveling alone and need to keep your cost, but, want to stay in a hotel that provides you all basic amenities in the room. It’s no doubt good for families too. Enjoy your stay and have fun.

After lot of online research I decided to book this hotel.
This is really great hotel and very near to beach. We walked all days to visit patong beach and nearby area.
Lady(who can speak English) interacted with us most of time and is very courteous and polite.
Everything was walkable for us.
They clean room daily and change towel and add toiletries etc.
They never pushed us to buy anything (food or tour activities).
If you are interested you can enquire with them and have many options outside also. Our tours were pre-booked online.
Room is spacious and clean.
They have electric kettle and fridge also.
Wi-Fi was very good.
Food and drinks are at reasonable prices and good. Since we were out most of time and so had Thai food outside. They have small pool with jacuzzi.
There is a shop named no. 8 Thai massage next to nearby 7 11 store and is very good.
I would like to stay here again during my next visit.

Quite, peaceful location. Amazing staff, great facility. Large room, comfortable bed. A short walk to the beach. The meals were great. I cannot think of one negative thing about this place.
