Palmyra Patong Resort

Our rooms were free upgraded to Deluxe Rooms. Rooms are spacious n clean and with balcony. The staff are very friendly n helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Environment is quiet as a bit far from busy Main Road. Nearby a lot of good restaurants. Buffet breakfast is good although not many choices. Internet speed is quite fast. Will come back again if we plan to visit Phuket again.

One of the best resort to stay in patong (phuket). The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very generous and friendly and helps you with all the queries. Swimming pool is good and clean and is maintained very well. They have a gym with decent equipments to do workouts. The breakfast buffet is a wide spread of english, indian and Thai cuisines, limited food items are there for vegetarian people but the quality of food is really good and satisfying. Overall a good stay!

Please read this review in context. This is not a luxury escape by any means. However, the location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla road and in a quiet location to ensure peaceful sleep! The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are excellent! Loved the pool area and poolside food options.
A special mention to Ms Vina who went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with everything. She also accorded me a late 3pm check out as I had a late flight back. If you’re looking for a decent budget hotel, then I could not rec the Palmyra more!

Good location as walking distance 5-7 minutes to Patong Beach and Bangla Street. Very polite staff and helpful to do their level best, good customer service experience from the hotel staff. I have made 3 rooms booking and we managed to get early checking for 1 room. Very closed to convenient store and massage centres. Overall, is a very pleasant stay in this hotel.

Our villa experience was great, morning shift staff was really helpful to fix the AC noise. Relax, Cosy, And Quite place. The villa price was reasonable for 8 nights. Laundry service was great. FREE breakfast 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Our visits back in late October 2023

Great location to enjoy the area. As well as a wonderful morning breakfast and pool to cool off in as you will need it for sure. Staff were very helpful and very pleasant The room was wonderful with a small balcony to look over the pool. A wonderful experience!

Stayed during my phuket trip. Got a free upgrade also. Rooms are big and comfortable. Views you get according to your choice of which type of room you select. Situated very near to patong beach. Every stores, 7- eleven everything is two steps away. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and will stay next if i come again phuket.

Amazing resort to stay. Close to all the action but still a quite place. Got an upgrade to grand delux pool view room and it was a really good room. Staff was very warm and friendly. Kept my request for late checkout also for an additional fee

Honestly if you are going to complain about this hotel. I don’t think you should be in Thailand. This hotel is very convenient walking distance to the beach walking distance to the main road and for the price I highly recommend I will be back again. very clean excellent service housekeeping are very nice

Very good, quiet and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day.The restaurant is particularly noteworthy. The breakfast is rich and very good. A big compliment to the staff in the restaurant. It is very friendly and always attentive without exception. I have only very rarely experienced something like this.
I would love to come back!

I recently stayed at the Palmyra Hotel in Phuket with my husband for a week, and I must say we were extremely satisfied with our choice. While the hotel may be a bit older, it was impeccably clean and conveniently located just 400 meters from Patong Beach. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by LJ at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Despite her absence on our departure day, I left a heartfelt letter expressing our gratitude for her outstanding hospitality. If we have the opportunity to visit Phuket again, there's no doubt we'll be choosing the Palmyra Hotel for our stay.

We stayed at Palmyra for 9 nights in a two bed family villa. Only two complaints, the beds were very hard (although I believe this is common across Asia), and the air conditioner was very noisy. Other than that, we were very happy. The buffet breakfast was lovely each day. A la carte meals for lunch and dinner were also excellent! The hotel was walking distance to a number of attractions in Patong including; Patong beach, Bangla Road, Otop Market, Patong hospital. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. We would definitely come back!

Loved our stay at this beautiful resort. Even though it's not on the beach, the Deluxe Pool View Rooms are so beautiful and relaxing. The hotel staff are also very warm and help in every way they can. Loved the pool area, which is quite decent for a nice swim or to frolick about. 10/10 recommend this property!

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Thailand. We LOVED it!! Close to beach and shopping and lots of restaurants. The rooms were spacious and modern, but the only thing that was not good was the wi-fi. The pool was huge and it was a lot of fun. The staff was welcoming. We had free breakfast included and the food was very good with lots of choices. I will definitely come back here if I ever visit Phuket again.

I stayed here for a month and really enjoyed my stay. I chose just a basic room and only paid 500 baht/day during the time I was there. Even though I had the lowest price available; the house keeping and staff were extremely welcoming and over exceeded my expectations. For example house keeping would give me extra coffee and water when they saw I drank a lot of coffee and was using local ground water for the pot; and the staff always said hello, greeting me, made small conversation and looked after me. The hotel does not charge for over night guests and they will hold onto your guests ID until they leave which will help in case someone allows one into their room they don't trust and they take something. The restaurant is priced accordingly to local restaurants but I found the portions were larger in most cases. I really enjoyed the Thai dishes they served over the European options. Pool was always clean, you can relax and drink a beverage of choice (coconut, shake or beer) while you relax. The gym was small but if you're creative you have enough there to get a workout in. Right down the street on the first corner is a noodle stand that serves the best noodles ever. My room had a small balcony that didn't have a view but that was expected for the price. Anything that was lacking was made up 10 fold by the attentive, nice staff. They made me want to return and stay longer. I thought the property was beautiful and I never cared to stay in my room other than to sleep or shower throughout the day so the room was okay for me. It was always clean. I recommend going with a view or pool side room though if you want something a step up.

Friendly staff, right down the road from the beach the drive way to the hotel really helps not being to loud. Amazing place would book here again
