ibis Phuket Patong

We had a family room booked for 2 nights. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and pool facing. When we checked into room my daughter had read about the play station gaming console being available but it wasn’t there. Once we checked in the reception this was quickly setup by Ram and his team. Unfortunately due to non availability of the family room we had to shift to another hotel. We would have loved to stay in the hotel for longer.

As a fellow traveler I have to admit that the service I received in this place was top notch. Massive thanks to my dear friends working at the bar. Specially Jame, who served us during our stay and was very kind to us. Would definitely recommend this place, and I will be returning in the near future. 5 stars!

Restaurant, reception and cleaning service team provided excellent service, especially AXE. I like the hotel, small but fine, they have everything I need. As solo traveler, I feel safe here. Suggestions: improve room maintenance and definitely WIFI. A wall picture has fallen down at late night and was a bit scary for me. In toilets put some hanging facility for clothes and toiletries.

We have been staying at this hotel in Patong for a few days now and the service is wonderful the staff is friendly and very respectful really great people, breakfast is really good too with multiple food items and they all taste good one of the staff a young lady name Tik is doing a wonderful job she’s very attentive and pleasant we really appreciate their service. The lady that cleans our room is really sweet as well we highly recommend this hotel.

Tik was a great serving us today and the housekeepers are amazing. Easy check in and check out they do require a $100 deposit holding fee upon checking in. Thank you for having us.

Food was good with a wide variety of courses
Simple but tasty food.
Mr. Yord did a very good job in delivering the right food what we demanded in good quality and helped us with our doubts.

Positives:
The location is excellent.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
The room is nice.
The early check in and late check out was available.

Negatives:
You can hear the other room smashing their door and talking loudly.
Good breakfast food, but with limited options.

Small and quite hotel. It is 5 min from the ⛱. But there is a Muslim cemetery 🪦 by the way.
Rooms are clean. ⭐
There is not big swimming pool. But it is not big and there is no shower nearby.
Tasty breakfasts.
Staff is very gentle.
Mook does her work well!

Mr.SE. Hotel very well, staff is greater than anywhere. Nice location, close to Patong beach. We are happy!

I stayed for 4 days and it was excellent experience.The staff was very cooperative especially Miss FAI at the reception.The breakfast was good for Indian also.Location is very close to market

I am vegetarian and I am from Russia it was difficult especially my friend to please, because in our country has very good service but you are the BEST ! I would like to say thank you SO MUCH to everyone who worked at the hotel during our stay, especially TRAI and ELIZA at the reception, and JERN at the restaurant, because it is you who create this loyalty without you the hotel would be different, I am grateful to each of you! The room is clean and pretty. The staff is friendly and polite. Chon is perfect. We asked for iron he brought in five seconds. A nice guy. Thanks for your service 🙏

We checked in and found that the toilet had a leak. We called the receptionist and a technical staff "Ram" came to check immediately. He knew it would take long to fix it so he asked to change the room for us. He walked us to the new room and check everything for us. Very nice and polite guy!! After that, the hotel sent us fruits for compensation!
Besides, the hotel is nice. Parking is very easy as well. 😊
