Safari Beach Hotel

So this isn't a 5star hotel but for value and location it's fantastic. Beds not hard, pillows good, shower hot and complementary toothbrush shaver and other toiletries. Room also with safe towels for pool umbrella and robe/slippers. The fridge is small and stocked but prices good with Chang only 60bht. Now Wi-Fi not great sometimes and found if leaving wet clothes on balcony can attract mosquito's. Will definitely stay again. Try a Maitai & club sandwich at the pool WOW.

I had read some reviews that weren’t so good about this hotel but booked it mainly due to its great location
I was pleasantly surprised how good this hotel was.
The staff were exceptional especially the reception ladies.
Rooms were a great size with easy access to reception, the pool & restaurant
Due to the weather, I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but everything else about this hotel was excellent & great value in a perfect location

The location was the best part of staying in Patong Was near the beach and shopping and restaurants. Also great customer service from the staff.

Best location in Patong, at the beach and Bangla road, but surprising quiet. The room is a little bit old, but large and very clean.

For the money spent for this location it is nothing less than awesome. 20 second (!) walk from the beach and just next to Bangla Road less than 100 meters away. You can hear Bangla road rocking all night, but neither myself nor my wife was disturbed and slept well, so no problem there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning 🧹perfect. Restaurants, shops, laundry, massage, tour operators etc literally just around the corner.
Excellent for party animals BUT also for me and my wife who are going to bed around 21.00 but want to have all the daytime fun in walking distance (actually/literally right outside the door).
Highly recommended for party dwellers as well as for us older people looking for relaxation, sunbathing, swimming 🏊‍♀ in the sea, shopping and eating etc etc.
And do not miss the excellent Savoey Seafood Restaurant on the hotel’s 🏨 frontside. In my own opinion best in Patong (and I have tried many).

I had wonderful 3 nights here.
Central location; bar street starts just at the left corner, beach is behind the street. Hotel has a small place at the beach where you can use sunbeds and the pool - you can leave your bags safely because there is a security man. The breakfast was good and enough for me. 2 kinds of cheeses, olives,tomato, croissant, milk, cornflakes, very tasty fresh fruits... They offer different type of eggs bir that is extra. The hotel's pool is not that big, but i haven t been there- so i can not comment...
Room 322: very clean room, good shower, big and comfortable bed, nice balcony with an amazing green view. The only down side of my holiday was the noise coming from bar street... and this room gets all the noise!

The hotel is a really good place to stay in Patong. Very convenient for walking around the area. Just one block from bangala street and the beach.

We did not have any problems in our stay for 9 days. The room was very clean, they provide all the necessary amenities, and the housekeeping was very friendly, she organizes our personal shopping in the little fridge to keep cold and fresh.

We enjoy our beers at the pool, the staff provided ice with no extra cost. They let us enjoy our drinks and often asked if we need anything. Pool gets both sun and shade all day which is a rarity.

Patong Beach is close, clean and good for seeing the sunset.

We stayed in a safari deluxe room which was perfect and actually was a very nice room. I would stay again. (I can’t comment on the more basic rooms that other reviewers commented negatively about, but the deluxe rooms are great).

There was minimal noise from the bars nearby, but I always travel with earplugs in case I need.

Amazing amazing amazing! Peaceful getaway in the heart of patong beach and a block from Bangla road. Only issue I had that has nothing to do with the resort is Bangla road is really loud at night until about 2 am. Other that that this place has wonderful staff, a wonderful restaurant with fresh seafood daily and a laid back tropical jungle vibe 👌 I will definitely return

This is one of the best hotels in Patong. The staff are absolutely splendid and extremely helpful and friendly. The location is ideal, very vibrant and lively. It is situated right in the center of Patong at the side of Bangla Road and a stone's throw from Patong Beach.
The rooms need a bit of facelift but the staff are incredibly helpful and try to make their guests as comfortable as possible. The Savoy Seafood Restaurant located in the vicinity of the hotel is a must try. If its Patong then its got to be Safari Beach Hotel !!!

Safari Beach Hotel is awesome!
We stayed in 3 different hotels in Phuket (2 along the beach) but Safari was by far the best and will definitely stay here again.

Good one , you can go any where from here , central but its old, Beach 1 min, Bangla road 1 min heaven for me actually. Clean big rooms.

Good hotel located close to the beach and the walking street. Hospitality of the staff is also up to the mark.

I loved this hotel. Full green with a lot kind of tree, like in a jungle. The staff very very friendly.
