Andaman Embrace Patong

We had an amazing stay at the Andaman Embrace! The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The resort was perfectly designed for families with both relaxation and fun in mind. The separate pools with dedicated play areas for the kids were a lifesaver, and the fact that there was a pool bar at each location made it even better (adult beverages for Mom and Dad after a long day of poolside fun!).

The food was delicious with a good variety to suit everyone's taste. Our room was fantastic, especially since we opted for the pool access room – it was a real treat to be able to just step right out onto the pool deck whenever we wanted.

Overall, we can't recommend the Andaman Embrace highly enough. It's a fantastic resort for a family vacation!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were immaculate, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in service was remarkable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit – this will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the area!

We have stayed at a lot of hotels in Phuket and it's definitly the best. The hotel has a prime location. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach, which is perfect for those who love the sun, sand, and sea.
Plus, being close to everything you need, like restaurants, shops, and entertainment, is super convenient. And here's the cherry on top: despite being in the heart of it all, the hotel manages to maintain a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.The rooms are huge, clean, and comfy. It's also nice that they have two pools with bars where you can chill and enjoy some refreshing drinks. And the staff?
They're top-notch! Always friendly, helpful, and making sure you have a fantastic stay. The breakfast is also very good and various.

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Phuket, great location! Half block from beach, 3 blocks to Bangla bar street. Two huge pools(one have a kids water park), kids indoor play area, air conditioned breakfast buffet.

Pro tip: pay the extra $10 for premier room with balcony, the cheaper rooms are in the old non-renovated building. The premier rooms are recently renovated and much nicer.

Breakfast buffet was ok, but lacking vs say Ramada up the street. Receptions desk service has a lot of room to improve as others have mentioned. Other than that this was a great stay!

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. A value for money hotel in Patong beach. The beach , shopping mall, Bangla street are within walking distance. There are a lot of good restaurants around this place.The room is quite spacious having all the amenities like an umbrella and a beach bag. Nice pool. Breakfast is out of the world. So many options in a breakfast you will ever see. Staff are really nice, welcoming and helpful. Shout-out to Mr., Wut (a really hard working person) and Ms., Ann who made my stay memorable. Taking a very good memories from this place that will last for a long time. A BIG BIG THUMPS UP to this hotel.

We stayed for 9 nights. Staff were lovely, the hotel was clean, toiletries and hairdryer in the room. A small fridge and a safe was also in the room. I could also request a small stand to hang clothes that may have been wet. The view from our window was of the pool. However, we were on the 6th floor facing the beach and could see a marvelous sunset from our room and the paragliding. The entrance is very grand. There is ongoing building work, but it did not offend us. These things have to be done at some point. Having looked at older photos, Andaman Embrace hotel is definitely improving their hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It is close to anything you might need. We could also arrange excursions in the hotel with Jenny. She was so lovely and helpful.

Great hotel with very good value for money…
I liked this hotel a lot; rooms were very clean and spacious, pool is very nice and also location is very close to patong beach. Its price was less than lots of other fours stars hotel so I thought there could definitely be sth fishy, but I really enjoyed the stay in there.

Just had a great experience! Staff were lovely and accommodating. There was a birthday cake made of towels and flowers on our bed for me when we checked in. Place is close to everything without being too close. Housekeeping staff were wonderful and very honest and could always find a taxi or tuktuk right outside if we wanted to venture further away. Would definitely stay again! Thankyou!

We stayed at the Embrace Andaman Patong hotel for 4 nights this time round because we wanted to experience life in Patong, Phuket and we were impressed with this hotel. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities you'd want for a vacation. This hotel is only a few minutes walk from Patong ⛱ beach, which is a plus. The hotel is also very close to the buzzing night-life you'd get on the very busy Bangla Street. You have everything you want near you- pubs, cafes, restaurants, night-life, bars, shisha-bars, etc.
The hotel has 2 pools with a pool-side bar that has some incredible happy-hour deals. So if you wanna have a swim and order some cocktails and a pizza, fries or something Thai, you are in the right place.

This hotel has a fitness centre too but it is small and doesn't have much equipment but it's not bad for a.qucik workout with selective exercises and training machines.

The staff are very polite and respectful. The Thai people are lovely people and their service is exemplary.

Their breakfast is A star and has a zillion options- coffees, juices, bread and toast with butter and different flavoured jams, omelettes, cereal and milk, fresh fruit, curries, noodles, green veggies, yoghurt, olives, etc etc.

Great hotel and amazing experience. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in Patong to experience the amazing night-life that Phuket has to offer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andaman Embrace Patong, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The service was good, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide range of options to suit all tastes.

The new building of the hotel is simply stunning, and the amenities are fantastic. Whether you're looking for a relaxing day by the pool or a workout in the gym, the Andaman Embrace has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. Plus, the hotel is super clean, which is always a plus.

Overall, I had an amazing time at the Andaman Embrace Patong and can't recommend it enough. I will definitely be back in the future and can't wait to experience their fantastic service and amenities once again!

The itself is adequate and the pool access is nice
Buffet breakfast is fair to medium

The room is nice lighting design but the air-condition is quite not cool. The swimming pools are incredible

Really nice hotel set in a good location, we loved our swim up pool room and cannot fault the staff especially Nen and Boy who were so helpful. Housekeeping were amazing too. (Only criticism would be) they need to place hand towels and have a water station in the gym) I did raise this & was told to get a towel from the pool!) your a 5 star hotel (all hotels with guns have towels available normally) also stop using small plastic bottles for shower gel and shampoo- not eco friendly- Breakfast was good but was a little hectic at times! apart from that excellent.

At 20 mts walk there's a beach, most happening night life places, pubs, street shops.
Surrounded by hotels, good restaurants and massage parlours.
My room was in the new building of the hotel, which is spacious & has a pool view.
Some of the ground floor rooms balconies open or connected to swimming pool, which is very interesting.
Didn't have food or any other service in the hotel.

The rooms we had were nice. Nothing fancy but more than adequate. Breakfast was very decent. Staff...more than excellent. Very friendly and accomodating. Jenny was a great addition in the hotel foyer She helped a lot with booking of transport and tours. Mostly the location of the hotel was excellent. Close to the beach and local shops. Overall it was the best of stays we've had in Phuket. Highly recommended.

It's pretty near to patong beach and market, about 10mins walk max. There are three 7-11 convenience stores within 5-10mins walk. They have a kids pool with a small water play area that has slides inside it. This little touch made a big difference to our kid :)
We had a pool facing room so the view was pleasant.
The only thing we felt missing was indian cuisine from the breakfast menu. This was a big downer for us in an overall amazing experience otherwise.
Will definitely give this one another visit simply because of the kid's pool area.
