Rested with friends in March - April 2018. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Patong Beach. The central entrance faces a fairly busy street, but the rooms are in a quiet dormitory. They took a car for rent (car rental - Orange car phuket, a large serious company, good cars), a lot of things looked.
Booked a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The rooms are large, clean and bright. Cleaning every day. In the refrigerator constantly two bottles of water. Breakfast is pretty decent, always in the presence of fruit - guava, dragon fruit, melon, watermelon, papaya. The hotel has a swimming pool, mainly for children. From some inconvenience - from reception to five minutes, and under it, on three elevators. The rest is quiet and peaceful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived earlier than check in time and was told to wait 2 hours but ended up waiting 40 minutes which was great. Our room was spotless and we were given 2 complimentary bottles of water everyday which was great! Our private pool was shared with 5 other rooms next to us but we didn't mind. The restaurant has great breakfast lunch and dinner with a nice view and a pool with a cocktail bar and live music on some nights. Although Banglar road wasn't too close (about a 30 minute walk) and the view from our room wasn't the best, the hotel was great. Just be prepared that this hotel is very big with about 3 or 4 different buildings so you could be walking around 5 minutes to get to your room.

Lovely place and location is near everything, just makw sure to confirm the check in time prior visiting as we arrived early and had to wait for 4 hours until checing in

This is the best resort I have visited till date. We got the best package and best room. The staffs are well behaved. Breakfast was good enough (even if you are vegan). They host an amazing swimming pool , bar and restaurant. I will surely visit and stay again.

We stayed there for 3 days! Simply awesome... morning buffet was really good! Rooms were spacious, rooms with private pool access was neat enough! We stayed 2 nights in the room with private pool access ... only one issue was u dont feel the pool to be so private enough... people from the opposite building and and breakfast area can easily get a view of ur pool! Service was quick and efficient!

Awesome resort, ample facilities... Looks very average from outside but it's a monster place inside. Huge one. Sea view hotel rooms, picturesque locations, lots of photo points to take. Very friendly reception staffs, very polite and immediate in responding. Good at speaking English as well. They were looking to cheat us with money for tours, always had answers best for the tourists. Breakfast was tasty, limited options if ur a vegan. Free shuttle service to jungceylon mall which is also very nearby to patong beach. Overall, it was wonderful experience staying in this place. Will recommend it for everyone visiting Phuket. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Cannot express in words how grateful I am to the hotel staff. Excellent service, thanks a lot for helping by sending my mobile phone. We had a great trip and all my memories are back with me, I would have lost all precious photographs and memories of Phuket. Love you all god bless.

I stayed here for 3 days.... Very neat and clean rooms.... Wide varities of food available for breakfast..... All shops and Indian restaurant is by walkable distance.... Wonderful sea view to enjoy the moments...... Thank you for the beautiful service made by the management....happy for selecting this beach resort😊

AWESOME.
We stayed at the Premium Room with Sea view for 3 nights and that was just amazing. Its in Patong Prabaramee Road so theres NOT that much crowd(different than other places in patong) the beach is just 2 mins walk. The Staff they are so friendly and all of them Speaks english. The Pools are amazing my daughter (2 yrs old) enjoyed alot, ther are 3 sections in the pool so great option. Plus we had booked the room with Breakfast INCLUDED (i highly recommend you that) and its was amazing, and all the food were HALAL too.
So my suggesion is if you are planning your trip to PATONG then you SHOULD book this hotel for your trip👍

A nice budget place to be at.

Beautiful scenes from all the rooms. Suggest if you are staying , prefer the rooms of E BLOCK.

It's a huge complex and so many rooms around. Apart from this they have a beautiful swimming pool which has an inbuilt JaQUZI!

Breakfast has a huge variety both for Vegetarians & others.

Approximately 1.3 km from the Bangla Street (most happening street of Phuket with strip clubs & Ping Pong shows)

Had visited Sea Sun Sand Resort & Spa in late December. It's near Patong Beach. Wonderful ambience and very nice service. So my room had a good sea view and it was so mesmerising to see sunset in the evening from your gallery and that feeling is really awesome. Njoyed my stay at the resort and the vacation at phuket Thailand was awesome. Service provided by the staff at the hotel was really good. Recommend any1 reading this post to visit this resort and you will not regret your stay at this place.

They decorated my room for my honeymoon trip.

Only drawbacks i could see probably was dim light i guess.. and very less of drinking water for personal use..
And surprisingly, no slippers there..

But the location and the hotel in toto...is as amazing as phuket :)

Best place to stay. Nice swimming pool. Take rooms in c and d block. Breakfast was good. Nearby lot of shops, paid laundry(hour basis washing machine rental/ kg 40 baht) ,massage centre available

Amazing hotel. i stayed here for 3 days and i loved it. My room was on 5th floor. Pool view. Beach is nearby and staff is very co-operative. Nice ambience. Must recommend

Location was perfect, just 5 mins walking from patong beach. Everything was super nice in the stay. You can book it without any doubt.

This is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in phuket !
In budget - family friendly - AWESOME FOOD ! Just dont miss that if staying here.
Plus the views from super deluxe rooms are worth enjoying !

Amazing place , the view to the sea from Deluxe sea view room balcony is awesome specially the evening .. the hotel also have the sunset bar for the alcohol lovers .. they do have the variety in mocktails too ..

Best holidays trip
Just visited thailand phuket krabi bangkok . Sea sun sand sea view room was awsome . We stayed 4nights with sea view room . Amazing pool hotel is near the beach walking distance . We loved that location . and we rent a scooter in the Orange Car Phuket. Great experience . We ll visit again soon thanks for the hospitality .

It's a nice resort to be in. It's clean, the facilities are good and food was nice as well... The best thing it's near the patong beach... And the neighborhood is full of small shops, local restaurants.
