This hotel we could not fault. First time visiting Thailand. Very welcoming, check-in easy. Rooms clean and cleaning service every day. Helpful desk staff re issue and concerns on transfer to following hotel. Helpful day trip excursion team. We were bed, and breakfast and breakfast had all you needed.
Would we stay again.... most certainly, we would return.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location is excellent, within walking distance to some really great attractions. Patong beach and Bangla Road easily accessible by foot. Lots of eateries close by. The staff were great and very hospitable.

The room was very clean and overall the facilities were nice and beautiful.
This have two swimming pool, each has different depth.
I want to come back this place and stay another days in patong.

I spent three nights in this hotel, December 2023. I was happy with location, room, food etc. the best part was swimming pool. Really enjoyable. The lady working in pool bar was special. Always smiling and fast service. Her name is Noc👍

My stay at Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa on Sainamyen Road in Phuket was a delightful experience marked by exceptional service. From reception to housekeeping, the staff's hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness were outstanding. Throughout our extended stay, the team consistently ensured a pleasant environment. The resort's location in Patong offers convenience with a 15-minute walk to Patong Beach and a 10-minute walk to Bangla Road. Nearby hawker stalls, eateries, and shops enhance the overall accessibility. Our rooms were cozy, well-maintained, and the bathrooms consistently clean. However, the breakfast buffet, while modest, posed a slight letdown due to its limited selection and occasionally under-seasoned dishes. Despite this, Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa stands out for its excellent service and convenient location.

This resort is very welcoming. First I had doubt about this place. But when I arrived, it was different. The resort has many buildings with many facilities. 2 mains swimming pools. The room is so clean and huge bed.
The ground floor also has a bar and the play area for pool table and games. Only the parking area is at the back of the hotel. The rest are very happy. The price is good.

Nice rooms. Many restaurants nearby. Beach is 15 minutes walk. Breakfast OK, if included its fine, not worth paying extra for.

Nice very clean hotel. Good food options, and very Nice staff. Worth the money for sure.

You get 30 baht everytime you dont want cleaning, but the staff dont write this down, so you have to tell them yourself.
Wifi didnt work in room 3334.

Room is clean, big and spacious. Location is near to patong and bangla road, the only downside is the aircond not that cold, other than that all good

Second time staying at this amazing resort, staff are a delight, rooms spacious and comfortable, buffet breakfast is delicious, choice of 2 pools. Will definitely be back next year. ขอบคุณมาก

The distance is 3 Kms. From Bangla road, 60 THB by motorcycle riding, 200THB for car or tuk tuk

The family trip of the stay. The room here is nice, it is suitable for the price.

The service are great, staff at night is helpful and security is active.

The pool is clean and Nok is serving great service at the bar others department are great as well

As the impression here for late CO, they immediately provide which is excellent.

The foods that we ordered , such as Spaghetti tomatoes, fried rice, and etc. were delicious.

Highly recommend for chilling hotel that is not far away, this hotel are not located in beach front anyway.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sawaddi and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the attention to detail and hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. I looked forward to breakfast every morning!

The pool area was also a great place to relax and unwind. It was beautifully designed and had a very chill vibe. I spent a lot of time lounging by the pool, reading my book and soaking up the sun. The pool party they hosted during my stay was loads of fun, with great music, drinks, and lots of laughter.

The rooms themselves were spacious and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The AC was also very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room, from the complimentary bottled water to the plush bathrobes and slippers.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Sawaddi was fantastic. The staff, the breakfast, the pool area, and the comfortable rooms all exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Liked this place. We got a great deal by UK standards that included the great breakfast buffet. The two pool areas were nice - one was a bit quieter than the other. The rooms were well equipped with a kettle and fridge. Great location right at the centre of Patong and only 5 mins from the beach.

Great hotel with amazing facilities. It is in a convenient location for exploring patong. I would stay here again.

Our seven days stay in this resort was unforgettable, we enjoyed every moment, it was captivating. The large room on G-floor facing pool had great view, it was like living in our own home. Housekeeping Ms.Mai kept our room, bathroom, bedding spotlessly clean. Their buffet breakfast was commendable with plenty to choose and Mr.Chatz at the restaurant always served us with a great smile, he's a lovely human being. Reception staff were too good. I wish we get another opportunity to come back. I will recommend my friends and relatives too..

from January 14 to January 20 for the 2nd time in this hotel and it was fantastic again we had now booked a suite and the room was fantastic. the breakfast buffet again delicious but slightly less than in 2020 but no problem. the service of the staff top helpful and very friendly. just an extra compliment to the bar man at the pool named Nu thanks friendly nice man because of you these days were extra memorable

Exceptional stay! Management and front office went extra miles to make our stay comfortable as we traveled as a group of 5 (4 adults including one elderly and also one toddler). Tried to juggle their inventory to arrange all the rooms on the same floor / side by side despite being 95% full upon our stay period. Friendly team and comfortable environment! Highly recommend for families to visit.

Very very helpful staff, absolutely great spacious room and big bed, nice to have a balcony, views over the pool, 2 big buildings/“wings” in the hotels, 2 pools, one more calm and one more social. Off the main party roads, so it’s about a 15-25 min walk to the big big things but many options around and little shops and restaurants and massage parlors. Worth it. Good AC. Nice breakfast and dinner spaces.

Well priced hotel. Staff are excellent and very friendly. The location is about a 15 minute stroll from the beach, with many well priced restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, modern and a good size. The pool area has a great vibe too.
