Beautiful manicured grounds, fantastic pools & super friendly staff.

This resort is fantastic for families boasting a huge oasis pool with swim up bar as well as a smaller beach front pool perfect for adults.

Staff were extremely attentive & offered a shuttle service from reception to your door until 11:30pm.

Had a great time & will be back in future!

The hotel and property is beautifully kept! The minute we pulled up I knew it was out type of place. Great views of Phuket and the attention to detail on the property was great. Both pools were beautiful and relaxing and food and drinks were available for purchase. A little pricey, but expected in a luxury hotel.We opted for the larger honeymoon room, although not on honeymoon, to experience the rain wall, swing, and larger room. There were a few water issues causing a small puddle after each shower, but nothing bad enough for me to complain about. We only spoke American so there was a little language barrier asking for extra washcloths and towels so we just showed them what we needed :) Customer service was great and everyone was very friendly. Definitely opt for the breakfast package. It was delicious and if you timed it right, you could really get breakfast and lunch and just have to buy dinner each night. It was an overall great experience!

What a beautiful resort this place is. I booked a regular sea facing room but they upgraded me to a jacuzzi suite😍.
There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Food is great, room service is prompt and the place is clean.
They do take a 2000 baht deposit but it seems like a norm in Phuket hotels. The resort is on a hill and there's a quite frequent free shuttle service.
Patong beach is a 10 min down hill walk from the resort. Had a great anniversary here.

I loved the hotel and I would visit it again if I come back to Thailand. Rooms are wide, views are amazing, the waterfall swimming pool is sooo lovely for adults and children and the waterfall is sooo good for message. Breakfast is so good and so variant and every day is different and has Halal food. Staff are super friendly specially Firas he was a great help to us upon checking out and when my child car toy needed fixing. It is always good to find someone who speaks Arabic. The security man was also very nice and helpful. They have shuttle cars like toktoks inside the hotel to move around since it is a cliff. The spa is lovely but expensive Compared to spas outside. They have free shuttle at 2 pm and 4 pm to patong Town. It is also very close to Joncylon shopping mall. They give u free fruit voucher upon checking in from their fruit shop. I loved every thing about the resort to be honest. They had nice activities for the kids and gifts. The resort is right opposite to the beach across the street. The AC is very good. The kids club is OK but the staff can be nicer. The man who we met the first day was very nice and played football with my son. The girl there was not kind to the kids and asks them not to come again if they made a little mess with the colors but all still on the table. The fire show is amazing. The other activities for kids could be better I think or easier booking wise. But still one of staff was nice enough to do the nail activity with my daughter.

Great hotel, located centrally in Pa Tong. Friendly and quick service. Great breakfast with a wide variety of options. Easy walk to a 7/11, laundromat, beach and other food stalls on the beach front. The shuttles are extremely convenient as there are many hills and stairs on the hotel grounds. The stairs and incline might be a problem for the elderly or people with limited mobility, just take this into consideration when booking. Overall recommended. Had an amazing and relaxing stay.

This hotel has the wow factor. We stayed in room 6302 with fabulous views of the sea and resort. The room has lovely touches - USB sockets - light switches either side of the bed, fluffy slippers, towels and soft dressing gowns. The reception porters are helpful and efficient. There is a staff member to stop traffic on the zebra crossing outside the hotel so don't worry about the busy road, also you can't hear the traffic noise. Breakfast choice was extensive and all food was tasty. We stayed here for 2 nights on a multi resort holiday and this was our favourite hotel.

The room is a bit old. The location is convenient but it’s a bit close to the patong which could be overwhelming. Not the relaxing beach hotel if you are looking for that but still wait better than the hotels right by the street. My favorite part is their amenities. I got to book a tennis hitting in their tennis court. The breakfast was great too.

We have had a great stay here. Spent one week and had the all inclusive package which was nice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and our room had a great view too. Beds are really big and comfortable. Hotel is well situated close to the beach and Patong is in walking distance for most otherwise a short tuktuk ride. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful. Check in was a little longer than I expected but also no real issue.

Highly recommend. We loved our stay here. Great location across the road from the ocean, close to central Patong by scooter. Beautiful friendly staff and lovely comfortable room, resort facilities where clean and modern with a touch of luxury. The 2 pool areas are perfect to relax by the pool with a drink from the bar or a book. Breakfast was also great with plenty of choices. We will definately be back.

Stayed here for 6 days,it it pretty good. Good location,very friendly staff,good breakfast (lunch could be bit better) great swimming pools.
A room we stayed was a bit old (Bathroom and toilet need renovation) but clean linen and very comfortable bad. You could walk to Patong or take Tuk Tuk from reception costing 200-300BHT
They should have a baby change room and would be nice to be able to get drinkable water at the pool at no cost as some other resorts.

It is amazing place that I never get it. Well service-mind, various food, and fusion style Thai-international. I had stayed in short time but gained a lot of good experiences. Nice people as well. The style in room was gorgeous and enjoy with any amenities in hotel as well.

Best reception i ever seen in Phuket, i had complimentary upgrade to suite and it is really luxury. Mr Fares helped us a lot during our stay and i really appreciate his support ❤

The rooms are large and spacious we got upgraded to a sea view room and the views were amazing. The staff are really polite and helpful the security guard even helps you cross the busy road outside. The hotel is starting to show wear and tear in places but is generally well maintained.

Amazing paradise! This hotel and its surroundings really earn 5 stars! Away from dirty crowded Patong beach in peace and guiet, great seaview, excellent service, lovely clean rooms, beautiful pools with enough sunbeds. Love it all💎❤

I had spent 3 days and I really enjoyed to stay in Diamond Cliff, at the reception people always smiling and very friendly. And the buffet breakfast is very delicious and when I checked out I still can use the facilities in the hotel and they have a lounge that I can shower and sleep on sofa bed.

The property located at the tip of Patong Beach and thus making its location very favourable. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast layout is great. Considering the price range staying here is worth every penny. Just 100mtrs walk and your are on Patong Beach.

We had the most magical, romantic holiday at this resort. Everyone was absolutely lovely and made sure we always felt completely taken care of. We had a suite overlooking the sea. it was so amazing.
