Naina Resort & Spa

What a fine stay and it was made possible by 1 lady named Oil. Every day she works in the morning and afternoon hours. You always get a friendly greeting with a big smile from this sweet lady Oil. At the airport they had forgotten my suitcase and Oil managed to find it and it was brought to the hotel. What a great service. The rest of the staff is also helpful, asking every time what they can help us with. Every day the room the bed was nicely made and cleaned.

Only disadvantage is, the restaurant. Being a Thai myself, I know how the food tastes. They try to make the flavors targeted for the vacationers. As a result, it just doesn't taste right. A real shame if you are hungry. Fortunately, you can eat anywhere in any streets of Phuket.

Look no further. A great place to get a room and relax when on vacation. Affordable rooms with excellent and efficient service. If I do ever visit phuket again, this is where I'll stay again. The location of the resort make it easy to commute to other parts of phuket. They provide guests with vehicles/bikes on rent that make it better to travel around. Overall loved it.

We appreciated that the location of the resort was away from the bustling areas of town, but still within walking distance (15 minutes to the beach & to Jungceylon mall & Banzaan Fresh Market).
Receptionists were very helpful!

Good hotel . Drawback no Lift . Difficult with kids to climb every time. Rooms not sufficiently Lit only 2 LED s , Toilet No Lock system .

Location of this hotel is good. 10 mins walking from pating beach. Room is spacious. Restaurant food is awesome, though it's costly. There are lot of restaurants nearby

We stayed for just under 2 weeks / close to lots of amenities. Our only wish was if the pool had a bit more shade … it had shade after 2:00 pm..

Peaceful oasis
Just 100 m off busy Patong - charming, well-kept Hotel. If you want, you are very close to the action - but you can also relax within the hotel - pool and gardens are wonderful - great breakfast and nice (priced) evening meals 😊

Good place to chill down, really peacefully and calm. With a good breakfast spread as well.

Have a location for photoshoots as well.

My stay was excellent, they have friendly staff and their breakfast as a variety of options.

Place is quite simple but to us its elegant, affordable and memorable treated my wife its her first time out of the country and as a family of 3 so its memorable and always be remembered in addition May 13 is her birthday so what else can I say. Happy Family. Things I dont like compare to Malaysia because its a tourist destination Thailand should teach more and locals need to at least learn basic ENGLISH since its a tourist destination.

I would recommend this place but with some advice . Guys be very careful with the things in the room because the hotel takes deposit money and their is a detailed list of items with the amount they would charge if you break or lose any single item. Wifi is weak. Resort is beautiful and well located 👍. Staff's are helpful. Breakfast is average.

We had an amazing and relaxing time at this hotel! The spa was brilliant and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the air conditioning, it was quite loud and found it difficult sleeping with the noise - a small manual on how to use the air conditioning remote would’ve been helpful.

One of the best resorts near Patong Beach,
Room was clean and Spacious and we got a free upgrade to the room.
Swimming pool was also nice.
And we also liked the Breakfast and there were many varieties.
Restaurant was also good and food was tasty.
Staff was also friendly.
Patong Bangla road is about 1.5km.
Overall good stay, great staff, tasty food and nearby to many places

Very pretty rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice. It is pretty conveniently located so you only need walk like 10 mins to get party place and night street foods.

Very good accommodation with all facilities, located near to the beach side area. It has a nearby restaurant with many stores such as a family store and 7eleven. Better to buy water bottles and drinks from here which saves lots of Money as compared to outside.

This resort was great for a week in Phuket. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and Bangla rd.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. They also have a nice Cannabis Clinic on site that offers spa treatments in addition to weed.

They clean daily which is nice, but don't always clean very deep.

Definitely recommend to any solo or couple travelers.

Very nice staff, cleanly maintained property. But for vegetarians breakfast menu options can be improved. We enjoyed the stay, worth it.

This resort is situated in more secluded areas where there is an abundance of greenery, scenic views … just loved the outdoor ambience … with great pool side, restaurant and aesthetic night views … loved the experience here of 3 days staycation! 💗

Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff is polite. Special suggestion for vegitarian -> just talk to the chef, he and his wife will cook yumm vegitarian dishes for you. I had an amazing experience.

This place is set in a gorgeous backdrop of mountains, lotus flowers, rice paddies, evening lights and orchids. The room is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Very good value for the room and breakfast was included.

The spa at the resort provides an excellent service. I had a 3 hour spa package which included a massage, foot massage, body scrub plus facial and facial massage. It was amazing and so relaxing plus good value for the 3 hours. They had a special where if you bought a second package, you got it for 50% off the second one. Khae was a lovely lady and her spa treatment was spectacular. I would highly recommend staying at Naina Resort and Spa.
