Halfway Inn (Thai Restaurant), Patong

Great restaurant with friendly owners.
She is Thai and does cooking classes with no notice (hard to find in Patong)
He is a scuba instructor. Food is amazing and accommodated for our gluten allergy

I had Googled best places to eat I patong before we came away and this came up I must admit we had a look and walked past as it was empty and that's not a good sign for a restaurant. But after another Google at the end of the street we walked back....
And I'm glad we did the food Is out of this world, the staff are really friendly, the owner came over for a chat. It's one of those places you find on your last night on holiday and wish you had found on your first night and for the first time ever we found one our first night..

I ate a little bit of heaven at Halfway Inn. Nan is a magician. The photo doesn’t do it justice. It was far and away the best meal I’ve had so far in Thailand. The place is a bit of a hole in the wall and not in a tourist area but it is well worth the trip. Nan is Possibly Thailand’s best kept secret.

Great bar. The owner makes everyone welcome. Join him for a game of Killer Pool. The best fun you can have with a table and bunch of balls. Food delicious. Staff great fun. When in the area give it a visit will become your favourite bar in Patong.

This is a bit off the beaten path but was worth finding. Had a local bar vibe with amazing food. Try the papaya salad!

It's my second time at Halfway Inn.
I ordered Fried rice with chicken. It was an awesome super delicious meal. I will most definitely always go back for an awesome meal all the time. I would recommend all their meals.
Staff are very friendly and super helpful. I give them 10/10

Fantastic thai restaurant / British sport's bar with warm AMAZING atmosphere as British owner Dave welcomes everyone personaly and gives great first impresion, that all your wishes can be satisfied, just say if you need to prepare meal anyhow special for you.
And mainly you can watch sports and eat delishes thai cousine all together.
IMHO hidden jewel in Patong with amazing British/Thailand vibe and atmosphere. Strongly recomend to visit during stay in Patong and if some sports matches happens...:-)

Was stuck for a bite to eat and decided to pop in see nan and Dave and get some food. I ordered some fresh raw prawns - massive plate arrived I was full even with no rice or anything else. I was charged 200thb paid 300thb and told P Nan she should charge 400thb it's was such a large serve of prawns. I loved I'm sorry I didn't take a photos. Was pleased Dave popped in as well and had a frosty cold beer at 70thb. Tipped my waiter Dan do yourself a favour and go there

Great food and service and the prices were great.

Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious! We had the veggie spring rolls and the pineapple pork fried rice! Best spring rolls we’ve had and the sauce had a good spice to it!

First time trying the breakfast here and best I have tried in Patong. The black pudding is good which is a very rare find here. 190 baht + 30 baht for black pudding if required. Comes with hot and cold drink. Great value.

Definitely a great place for food and drinks near Patong!!! The Thai food is great and the price is really reasonable. The owner is super nice and serve us a free buffet during the dinner. You can also join the pool game at 8pm. Please try it when you are staying near Patong!

From the moment you walk in, Dave and Nan make you feel like family members here. The food is fantastic and Nan has been super helpful with her recommendations to make sure we find the perfect dish. It's a must-visit for us every time we're in Patong.

Food taste and quality are awesome. Affordable and excellent service too. Met the chef (or might be the owner), she looks like a very passionate cook.

The food here is amazing and big servings. Nice owners. Live sport on multiple tvs. Cold beer and the cutest dog named Harry!

Favourite place to go for a full English breakfast, pie and roast!

The place is further in away from the road and it's a nice place to hang out. Friendly staff, so much that they became friends 😄

If I had to choose only one place to eat all my meals in whilst in Pa Tong, this would be my choise. Friendly owners, great food, no loud music, pool, even has lots of parking spaces which is very rare around the area.

Great food! Delicious green and Thai spicy red curry. Good prices and portions. I had a Mai Tai that was also the bomb! The woman working was very nice and explained the differences in the dishes to us. Want to come back to try other things!
