Wassa homemade Bar

Really good spot to chill and see the sunset in Patong area.
It little bit a hike to reach this place, with bike, car or walk you have to be ready. But once you arrive you will be welcomed by a nice and friendly lady, and then she will show you a good spot to sit.
The toilet located little bit far from the sitting area and looks quite not well maintained, but it still do it's function.
The price of beer is little bit more expensive even compare to the price in Patong, most probably because of the whole hike up hill thingy to transfer everything including the water.

Overall, it's recommended especially because not so many people know the place yet.

Came to the Wassa homemade bar around sunset time trying Thai whisky. The place is up the hill but no worries, car also can make it. Such a great moment in Phuket! Whisky, sunset, with beloved one, nothing better than that!

The best bar in the world is Wassa... For the price of a few drinks and a simple meal you can take in one of the most dramatic sunsets of your life. All you need to do is contact the owner via Facebook to book a table, order drinks and or a meal on arrival and then sit back drink and relax...it is so simple.

If you do not follow the advice above you will be told to go away and because it is private land, the owner is the final word on the matter, don't bother complaining to the Police because they will tell you the same and if you write a poor review online about Wassa just know that it will not make one ounce of difference.

What a breath taking view of Patong beach! The food was great, definitely try the pancake (roti) with massaman curry. The portions are quite small however it's fairly inexpensive, and the view! Bit of a hill to climb to get here, we managed to get our scooter up but if you're not confident definitely park down the bottom and take the short walk up the driveway.

If you’re looking for fancy western food and cocktails this isn’t your place. This is the place to go to for some cheap ice cold singhas from the local esky with the sounds of nature all around while the sunsets.

Unlike in Europe, the sunset in the tropics does not last long, yet it is a unique experience that can be enjoyed alone, as a couple or in a group of friends. For a few minutes, the Andaman Sea appears to be consumed in fiery red colors, before the darkness of the night settles over the sea, city and hills. The special feature of the Wassa Homemade Bar is and remains the exclusive view and the sunset!

The best views of Phuket. They serve nice drinks at an affordable price while you can enjoy the best sunset in the island.

Beautiful view, but steep climb getting up. The waitress is so delightful even while being over worked.

View and staff are the best. Poi was an absolute gentleman. Had an amazing time with him and his doggos. Defo recommend!

BEST BAR AND VIEW EVER ! One of those must do's while your staying in Patong. The mist incredible view and the most amazing sunset I've ever seen. It was definitely a moment. The owner is super nice and so good to have a chat with which made it even better. The food was amazing along with the other staff. Just handsdown a great vibe. We came here twice, and on the last night of our stay just to top it off.

Probably the best view of Patong! Among the best sundown bars in Patong as well.

A great bar with great food and drinks at good prices. Obviously, the view is just breath taking.

Only task is how to get down, if you’ve stayed until nightfall.

I suggest you bring your own car or motorbike and not rely on a taxi - they’ll charge you much more and sometimes not even come to pick you up.

This place is by far the best view, and best drinks and food for the price! Food and drinks all between 100 and 200 baht. Well worth the trip. Just use the Grab App, (Asia's Uber /Lyft) for about 250 Baht. Not dangerous like other 1 star review said, its just a steep hill. Similar hills in United States, but we have snow. No snow here. So your are completely safe.

Great place with fantastic atmosphere. The view over Patong is top notch. Lots of seating to enjoy it too. Couple local dishes on the food menu, which was nice. Great prices. Would definitely return!
