Fantastic service and great quality of work. I've been to several nail salons in the nimman area and this is my new favorite! For a regular manicure + pedicure with polish I paid 550 baht which is very reasonable especially for such a nice salon in an upscale area. Highly recommend.

Very clean and hygienic. The decor is nice too. I got a basic pedicure plus gel removal. The manicurist was very thorough and gentle. The basic pedi includes a relaxing foot soak to soften the cuticles but other treatments like scrubs and massage are extra.

Clean salon with lots of polish / gel color selections. The girls are really thorough and did a great job on my mani & pedi!

UPDATED: So I went back for a second visit to Rainbow Nails. I got a gel polish manicure only. The color I wanted was running low, so the technician mixed two polishes. I should have stopped her. Within a day, three of my nails had totally peeled and by three days all of my nails had peeled off. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it back to the salon until today -- which was 5 days after my original manicure. The technician remembered me, but offered no discount or apology for my nails peeling. I didn't have a lot of time, so I just asked for her to only polish my nails, not a full manicure. I thought she would only charge me for a polish change or even a discount since my nails peeled -- but NOPE -- she charged me for a FULL manicure, which I didn't even get. I was so annoyed. I get my nails done regularly and I don't mind paying for good service, and I don't mind paying if I mess up my nails -- but having all of my gel nails totally peel when 3-days is unacceptable. I won't be returning. There are too many other nail salons in Chiang Mai for bad service.

ORIGINAL POST: Very wide selection of polish. I walked in and was immediately helped, no waiting at all!! They do charge for gel polish removal, but they did a great job. Saved your receipt and they will do a polish removal free for your next visit! They also accept Visa, which was nice.
