At this bank, they have Western Union services, which is why I went. But I ended up not using it because it was too slow! In 40 minutes, only one of the five people ahead of me was served, so I just left. It was incredibly slow!

Only exchange this money. Say "they exchange international money". They clearly don't have the same definition of international as must of us. They don't even have Malaysian Ringgit... the money of their neighbor country.

And worst service from the exchange currency guy. We calmly ask him questions to understand the situation and he litterally avoid us to go smoke... leaving us in the hands of the doormen who felt sorry for us.

Went there around 7 PM and the cashier was saying they cannot make transactions at that hour, saying they close at 6 even though the office was still open and the schedule was until 8 PM. Very impolite and rude cashier.

This is the worst bank I have ever been to (and I know the industry 😕).
Bad customer service and they want 20k for insurance even after I got my visa (not tourist)

All the banks are on the lower level of the mall. They are open on Saturday, but they have a terrible exchange rate and they won't deposit a check from a bank in USA. Doh!

I highly recommend to the all foreigners don't open account in Bangkok bank specially in jungceylun ...the bank staff is unprofessional.. behavior very bad with foreigners
