I came to Phuket with no plan - Andrew repeatedly helped me book tours , cars etc at the last minute as well as offering good advice. Took the tour to phi phi island , maya beach so beautiful!

Super reliable tour operator. Andrew answers all your questions and arranges everything for you. Booked the Phi Phi Island tour, the booking was made very quickly and conveniently. The pick up was by very comfortable Mini-Van and right on time, other pick ups where in the same street so we were on the way to the boat in no time! When arriving the crew was super welcoming / we had breakfast / instructions. After that we boarded the boat, the crew on the boat was just amazing. They made the day unforgettable. The food during the lunch was also nice and enough for everyone. The boat was also superb!! very fast and nice.

If I could give this company more than 5* I would! Andrew was so patient and amazing with my 1000+ questions. We booked the phi phi island tour and was truly the most amazing day. The taxi pick up and drop off was so smooth and the tour itself was a once in a lifetime! If you do the Phi Phi island pay extra at Pi Leh Lagoon for the long boat as it’s the best way to get the true experience (300 baht extra pp)

However the main reason I would urge anyone to book with them is for their honesty! We unfortunately left my boyfriend’s expensive shoes in the taxi on the way back. I messaged Andrew on the off chance they would be there. I got a phone call 7am the next morning saying the driver had found them and would drop them off at the hotel (we have now received them).

First time in phuket I was very overwhelmed by heaps and heaps of travel shops and brochures, Andrew was great, listening to what wanted and recommended a great program. When I come to phuket next time will definitely book with the again!

Booked phi phi tour and half day city tour via Phuket Travel Shop. Initially was hesitant to book online as didnot know the company but saw the Google reviews and went along with it .

In November and December 2019 I purchased 3 trips online. Great contact with the Andrew - Offices Owner, professional approach to the client, quick and efficient completion of all formalities and competitive prices. Immediately after paying for the trips, I received confirmation and vouchers for the programs I purchased. I recommend 1 Day Trip in the Khao Lak Jungle with bamboo rafting, short trekking and elephant bathing and a visit to the temple in the Wat Suwan Kuha Cave and a spectacular cruise on a large boat on Phang Nga Bay with canoeing around the Panak Island with the Bat Cave and then around the spectacular Hong Island, a visit to Panyee Island in The Muslim Fishing Village and the finally on Khao Phing Kan, the popular James Bond Island - it was a great time spent in nature. At the end of our vacation, we chose a Half-day Private Tour of Phuket with Kata Viewpoints, Chalong Bay and a visit to the temple complex of Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, finally a walk through the streets of the Old City of Phuket. On all trips we had nice and friendly service. I recommend the Phuket Travel Shop to everyone! :)
