I think there are individual differences, but I think the management of the greens and the cleanliness of the facilities are top-level. There is also a large driving range nearby, which was convenient.

Open, flat course. Water on most of the holes, but not very intimidating. Fairways and greens are firm and in good condition. Caddies are knowledgeable ! Nice restaurant an lockers too.

Last I player here was about 10 years ago. Beautiful course with some difficult holes. Par 3s are long off the white. There's not much elevation change but the course is still challenging. Course is well taken care of and the changing rooms are sizable and clean. Definitely worth coming back again to play at this course.

First time to play, very fun and open. Good amount of water but only on the sides. Some greens are more pitched than others. Great caddies with experience

Very nice course close to the motorway 7 and only 55 minutes away from Pattaya.
It makes a change when used to play only all the courses around Pattaya.
The fairways are flat and wide so there is no issue regarding the lie and no obstacle due to dramatic angle with the slopes.
The greens are in good condition and slightly fast but can be played within 2 putts most of the time.
The only issue would be the length of the holes for the average length player who cannot hit more than 220 yards on a drive or 200 yards with a wood 3.
The lockers are really nice and the restaurant has yummy Thai and Japanese food. Excellent.

Great golf course. Wide fairways and long holes. Well worth the drive and has amazing promotions. Definitely one of my favourite golf courses near Bangkok

Huge fairway with a little bit of wind blows in the morning til noon. Superb green, nice speed. Caddies helpful to read the line. Food also nice.

Perfect - yes its flat - due to the location - it is surprisingly wide and in immaculate condition - large true greens that are not elevated - clubhouse and locker top - reasonably priced these days

update 2023-08-07: in good condition - even the bunker are in good shape - not compacted but soft and always raked - greens are true - but the best thing is how the starter and marshall control gameflow and pace of players - outstanding - big recommendation

Course is in really good condition, greens were a little uneven but they will come good. Caddies are knowledgeable, course savy, helpful & friendly. An enjoyable course, mainly flat, long but not too testing.

Play here several times .Course condition is good and well maintenance. Restaurant is good too. Good taste most menu with reasonable price.
