This market has a variety of food, drinks and stuff that may let you stay awhile and check on the items. It happens to be one of the oldest markets around. Some of the walking spaces can be a bit tight.

This is amazing market because it was over 100 years. It was located at Chachoensao province and not far from Bangkok if you drive car take only 2 hours. In this market I would like to recommend you to try Thai local food with 3 grandmas it was delicious and they still using stove to cook all food. Need to be patient for amazing foods. If you love shopping especially local products or fresh fruits this market can be one of your choice.

Great old days market right on the river. Weather is nice and not to crowded even on weekends. Good food with lots of varieties to choose from in decent prices. Spend half a day here to learn about local lives in this area. It is worth your time!

Colorful and authentic riverside market.

The market is small. I get my 25 baht coffee from a stand when I walk in. There’s a restaurant very well known for corn som Tom. It’s my favorite corn som tom place so far. I went almost every Sunday for some and fried rice, also very delicious. There is also a very famous pad Thai restaurant!!

Meet local people and food. I love it! It is located not too far from Bangkok, only 1.5 hours by driving. You can take the boat to go alongside Bang-Pra Kong river to enjoy lovely view. Also, you can try tasty local food in the market. Heaps of them! I would recommend to come.

Variety of local food visiting on the Morning is the best time

Good to spend the time with your family members for exotic sightings of the old market place. One of the few that still survives. Not many choices for lunch but plenty of delicious sweets to buy back home.

It is an ancient market, ancient since the reign of Rama 5 or over 100 years ago. But nowadays, there are still places like this ancient. This market has a lot of delicious food. It feels like walking down an alley and there are Chinese aunts selling things like Yaowarat.

Great place to visit and see the old SIAM now Thailand. Old style food and sweet creation and life style by the river. Just a 30-45 minutes boat ride to Wat Saman. Only down side is the restroom, very few and inconvenient but for the locals I guest is on. I'm still giving it 5 stars for over all experience. Will return and recommend.

Lots of rare traditional food. Nice river vibe.

Even the market is not so big, but it is the nice place to visit. Food in there is good. It has Thai traditional dancing show there.
