Hotel Swissôtel Resort Phuket Patong Beach

My wife and I were there in 2019, we spent 4-5 days there and we are very satisfied with the service and personnel there. The rooms were also very nice and clean, the equipment was also very good, we are completely satisfied! They are very happy to go back at any time, and have a very nice trip like back then! I can only congratulate everyone for everything!

Very good visit to this hotel, it was first time staying at Swissotel but have visited many accor properties and this did not disappoint. Very personal service at this hotel, at the checkin counter after paperwork was complete, the girl working at front desk personally escorted us to our rooms and explained every detail of the hotel and waited for our luggage to arrive. Location is amazing, very close to everything and no noise at all so can get a very good nights sleep. Two swimming pools I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool on level 7. This hotel has a lounge for members and can also be accessed by everyone if paid, I have to give a special mention to everyone involved in this lounge as it is absolutely amazing. Free water, tea and coffee all day and 5-7pm canapés, beers, cocktails and wine. Roxane and Maria from the lounge greeted us everyday with a big smile and by our names. All the staff in the hotel extremely nice and polite, very good service. Breakfast has a very good selection and many choices for everyone. I was a bit disappointed to see many people taking food with their hands and not using utensils although this is no fault of the hotel, there are many signs asking people to follow this basic common courtesy. I have read some previous reviews complaining about towels missing and room service, to be honest I did experience this also on one day, I mentioned it to a member of the team and within 2 minutes I had a fresh delivery of all towels. Overall if there was an option for 6 stars I would give all 6, thanks to all members for the Swissotel team Patong.

I found the hotel to be very nice. I had a beautiful studio suite and the cleaners done a great job. I like the Club lounge on the 7th floor with cocktails and canape's in the evening. Breakfast up there was very good as well. Thanks to Lekki for being a great host. The kids club is an awesome area for the kids so the adults can at least get a few hours chilling by the pool on the 3rd floor or up on the roof. Thanks to John at the pool bar for great service and food was exceptional. Will definitely be staying there next time.

Had a great time rooms were nice and the cleaners did a great job.
The staff are very organised and helpful.
The breakfast was great and the food was good. The pool area was nice clean relaxing.
The pool bar guy named jhon was very helpful and courteous he was always polite and went the extra mile from mixing drinks looking after people while also being a good mentor for the otger staff while being chilled and relaxed. I would go back there and stay. For sure.

The Swissotel in Patong was very nice indeed.
We had a one Bedroom Suite with VIP Access to the Lounge.
The rooms were well presented and optioned with 2 TVs one huge TV in the Bedroom, fridge, safe, sofa & a desk to work on . The Bathroom was Beautifull and there is lots of storage area.
The location is next to Hard Rock Cafe and The Holiday Inn and could not here any noise.
The VIP Lounge was great....private Breakfast in the morning and Cocktails and Yummy Finger Food in the late afternoon. You have to pace yourself otherwise you wont feel like going out at 7pm.
Best of all were the Staff at the Hotel from the checkin to Room Service to the wonderful Staff that took care of us in the VIP Lounge.

I loved the rooms and the breakfast had many options too!
It has 2 swimming pools and both are really very good. The roof top bar is also a must to do thing for all! The staff here was very co-operative and friendly and welcoming too!
The location was really very nice.... 7-11 is really close and the currency exchange too.... Paong beach and the bangla road might be few meters from here.

Stayed here for 8 nights last month. It was my third stay at this fantastic hotel. Booked the pool access room which is spacious and so convenient to go for a quick dip in the pool on the 2nd floor. The staff here are fantastic. Room attendants are always very professional and friendly. From check in to check out thia hotel makes you feel like a vip. Great location and the club lounge breakfast is superb. Thw foyer always smells good and the overall experience staying here is simply superb.

Fantastic location. Very near to all amenities. Great breakfast with varieties of food. All the staff @ the reception, restaurant n at the door entrance all were so friendly warm welcoming. We were given complimentary coupons too for free drinks. Staff Alisa was really great she was obliging in giving us connecting room as requested. Staff Miw was gd too in assisting us in direction. Overall it was a great stay. We really enjoyed ourselves...will b back next yr.☺👌

I had a great stay at the Swissotel. The staff are very friendly, and they invited guests to a lovely evening of drinks and canopes on the rooftop with an amazing view. There are two amazing pools, both with a bar and there is a gym. The room we had was big with a nice balcony. The bathroom is modern, the door could be cleaned better or painted maybe. But they are currently renovating they said. The set of black out curtains were very dusty and old, maybe they could be replaced. The breakfast was fantastic! So much to choose from! Just some items were not very hot. Very central location, right beside the beach.

The hotel staff was always so happy and helpful. The room was great and breakfast was very tasty. Room service was not overly expensive and service was good. This hotel was amazing. The location was also very close to the beach and numerous restaurants. They also have a spa in the hotel which is not expensive at all. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing vacation here. Beautiful pools and great location near the beaches. The staff tries very hard and the breakfast buffet is great. If you are on a pool access floor you will definitely have more humidity than on other floors. But it’s amazing because you can step off your balcony and jump into the pool.

If we go back to Patong we will be headed there again!

It was a fablous hotel and staff. Special thanks to bonus and girls in lounge and finance director. All of them are really nice and professionally and with personal touch handled the guests. They deserve to be in top 10 world class hostels for their service and special touches which makes it special hotel. Now about a Hotel its very near to beach hardly few meters and near to market. But the facility they provide like kids room, swimming pool you actually dont feel like to go out much.

The Swissotel Resort in Patong Beach is something special. The Staff are so friendly& welcoming right from the moment you arrive & look after you everyday they can to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms are a great size always clean, the pool and facilities are excellent & the food is awesome. It's quiet, and just far away enough from the busy nightlife. Highly recommended

It's a lovely setting here. Good views. Though too is just average. For the uninformed travelers, please check names you see on the menu with pictures online before your order food here at any of it's restaurants. Do check ingredients especially if you are a strict vegetarian.

Rooms are pretty alright. Not extremely well maintained. Must be the huge gole of guests that they usually are struggling to manage. Booking a trip to Phoenix ohi from the travel desk below is not very expensive so don't waste your time looking for local vendors. The travel desk is quite effecient.

I stayed in a newly renovated room. Bed was super comfortable and I loved the huge bath.
Where this place really does well is with their customer service. Without exception, all staff members I had contact with were fantastic.
I'll 100% choose to stay here again next time I'm in Patong.

Stayed at the Swissotel in Patong Beach a week ago, May 14 - May 19 2018.
Absolutely superb service. Friendly staff, immaculate rooms, and bathrooms.
The breakfast was delicious.
The staff go out of their way to help in whatever way.
As for the pool and bar area, breathtaking.
This hotel is not 4 star, it is worth 5 star.
And if you tired of street food, pls try their pastas and burgers.
If I ever travel to anywhere else I will be asking my travel agent if there is a Swissotel around.

Although the hotel is rather old, the service of staffs provided is as excellent as 5 Star ranking hotel. The location is near at Patong beach just a few minutes walk. Hooters and Hard Rock Cafe restaurant is just round the hotel corner. Many Sea food restaurants. Beware of price and you belongings. I had s pleasant stay in Swissotel.

Great location, Staff is incredible, problems with booking and suite availability. But Staff handled everything professionally and upgraded. The problem is. ..... when you first arrive they are hospitable. After you have been here for a few days the service and Hospitality dies off.
Restaurant breakfast is perfect example for the first day fantastic. I think then a new cooks. Now second day ordered omlete and was not made correctly at all. Bacon always soggy and under cooked. Did not have any coffee at 08:30 am, also make you pay extra if you wish a special coffee. Not happy and did not eat breakfast that day. But it was ok. I will be back again and again. This is the place you want to stay in Phuket. Close to a lot of shopping and beach and other things to see. Many restaurants near by. Very close to the big nightlife area. If you do not mind a little walking and enjoying finding things. This place is perfect.

I would give 5 stars. But still need some corrections. I few additional conveniences (NOT TOO HIGH PRICE! ..... Wine and Cigar Bar THAT HAS Black and Mild brand cigars among others) and nightlife on site would make this perfect.

Nice hotel with a great location, 1 minute away from the beach. Variety of restaurants including Hooters, and Hard Rock cafe, where you can get live music every night. The hotel is family oriented. Rooms are spacious, one of the biggest in the Patong area. Multiple swimming pools including a roof swimming pool.

We stayed for two nights.
Excellent stay at a prime location. All facilities of a 5 star are available. Staffs are courteous and quick in serving guests. Spread of breakfast was also decent with good veg options. Hotel has a seperate floor dedicated to kids ...so it's equally good for families. Patong beach is two minutes from the hotel. Bangla Road and Central Mall are also in 15 minutes walk. Many options of food massage ...shopping just outside the hotel...
