Ganesha Himal Museum

2024 is the 20th anniversary since the establishment of this excellent exhibition.

It is now large and takes one or two hours to stroll through all the different buildings and take in all the details.

There is much to see.

There are different entrances where you can park, and in some buildings you can take photos and some others you can’t.

Very nice place for one day trip from Chiang Mai.

This is my 3 visit here. Stunning a art, superb building architecture, luscious garden scape. Its a out a 40 minutes drive south of Chiang Mai's ancient city. The drive there is lovely, with two route options, for departure, and return. Definitely a recommendation.........

Beautifull tranquil museum dedicated to Ganesh. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and its free to get in.

Interesting collection, I was definitely impressed to see the mixture of other religions. Definitely worth the trip, especially since it's free.

Good Ganesh Mesuem. You will find many Ganesh idols, statues, and Hindu gods here.

Souvenirs are beautifully, holy and reasonable prices.

Staff very nice, good Hindu knowledge sharing.

My favourite place of Chiang Mai, for sure💞 it's Magical and the garden outside it's stunning... I recommend it, mostly of loves Ganesha.
It's just 45min driving scooter from the city.
It's free entry.

Very interesting museum and well worth a visit. Filled with interesting statues and depictions.

Knowledgeable & helpful staff, coffee bar & an excellent souvenir come ornament shop with items for sell from 30.00 - 50,000.00 Bhat. I visited on 19/01/16 & contrary to what Google Maps says it is very much open. Although about 500M to the left of the position shown.
A great way to while away a couple of hours.

Very nice place. If you are Indian, must visit here once. Quite place. One can pray all India gods here. Best place for photo session as well.
