สุดยอดกำลังออกมาจากห้องผ่าตัดเลย คุณหมอ(ยุทธการ)มือเบาสุดๆๆ ฉีดยาชายังไม่รู้สึกเลย ใช้เวลาผ่ายังไม่ถึง 20 นาทีเลยเร็วมาก เก็บฟันคุดมาสิบกว่าปีจนฟันโยกเพราะกลัว รู้งี้มาผ่านานละ เก่งสุดยอด😍👍👍น้อง พนง.ก็น่ารัก บริการดีพูดเพราะ

1st visit: I had x-rays. No negative issues with the visit or the staff. Scheduled 2nd visit for a filling replacement the following day.
2nd visit: Another doctor asks ME why I am visiting today. He also cannot read the x-rays that another doctor took the previous day, i.e. he has no idea which tooth is an issue. After a few minutes of negotiation (I tell him which tooth) I proceed and filling is completed. I schedule filling #2 for the next day.
3rd visit: Another filling replacement with Dr. June. No issues. Very professional.
4th visit: Over a week later I schedule a root canal with Dr. June as I have pain in one of the before-mentioned teeth. When I arrive in the doctor's area Dr June is nowhere around and a new doctor asks ME why I am visiting today. THIS TIME it really shook me as this was for a root canal treatment. I calmly told him I would go to another dentist. When I arrived out in the lobby I heard him laughing with the assistant back in the working area. Very unprofessional behavior.
2 stars off for being unprepared and 1 star off for laughing so obviously about me or the incident.
Not recommended.
Solution: Respect your patients by being prepared with the information that is already in the system. Tone down the laughing.

ไม่ประทับใจและแปลกใจเอามากๆกับคลีนิคนี้
พนงรับลูกค้า ไม่เป็นมิตร เหมือนทำงานขอไปที
เราโทรมาที่คลีนิควันที่28/6/66 แต่ได้รับคิววันที่2/7/66 เมื่อพบหมอๆหมอบอกเคสยาก อาจใช้เวลานานประมานชั่วโมงขึ้น หมอรีบไป งง!!!แล้วอิฉันละค่ะ กลับมาเชียงใหม่ไม่เกิน3อาทิตย์ แล้วให้รอนัดตั้ง6วัน พอเจอแบบนี้ เสียความรู้สึก เสียเวลามาก เพราะเรามีเวลาน้อยอยากทำให้เสร็จก่อนเดินทางกลับประเทศ ทำให้คิดได้ว่า เลือกร้านผิด!!!แบบนี้ได้ด้วยหราว่ะ!!!ควรต้องคำนึงถึงความจำเป็นของลูกค้าที่คุณนัดมาด้วย
แล้วนัดเรา11:15 นัดทำไม!!!+รออีก6วัน
สรุปคือ ได้แค่x-ray ฟัน 600บาท(3ซี่)ค่าตรวจดีนะที่หมอไม่คิดไม่งั้น คงได้คิด!!!
อยากจะถามว่า..ทุกร้านที่นัดคือนัดตรวจ(ตามที่หมอบอก)จริงหรือไม่เพราะพึ่งเคยเจอ เสียเวลา!!!
แอบคิดว่า…แบบนี้?!?!
