We recently came back from Thailand and we stayed in Chiang mai for a few nights. Initially,we were meant to stay in this hotel for 2 nights, but with only one little welcoming conversation with the receptionist and a first sight of the place we made the decision to spend here another night. This place was an absolute win. Food was nice, people was outstanding and the rooms and garden were the peace and quiet we were looking for. Thank you so much to make our stay so nice. I totally recommend.

It is a paradise on earth. The garden is absolutely amazing, rooms are good and staff extremely helpful and lovely.
If I come back to Thailand one day, this hotel will be my first destination.

This place is paradise! The location is a bit far from city center but it was perfect for us. The gardens on the river and the pool is where you can really feel the nature of Chiang Mai. June from the hotel staff is the best! Very helpful and kind.
The room amenities are nice. Food at the hotel is good. Highly recommended

It's relaxing to sit by the river, the pool was amazing and the staff was super helpful. There is a 7- Eleven nearby and a local market at 10 min walking distance. You can also buy food from outside and use the plates and cutlery from the hotel.

Love this place. The rooms were really big and the beds so comfortable. The views and the pool were amazing.The service was amazing. They have Thai and oil massage room service for 300 Baht each. They provide a lot of tours that you don't have to pay on the spot, but can be added to the tab. They also provide kayaks, bikes, and fishing gear for rent free. They also provide 2 daily shuttles to downtown for free in the morning and evening. This location is surrounded by local markets and 5 Michelin recommend restaurants. There are also two 7eleven at walking distance. And the Central Plaza mall is close by car. I really recommend this hotel for couples and families traveling to Chiang Mai.

Thank you so much Team Villa SPS! We absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful hotel. The riverside location, in one of the peaceful suburbs outside the city, was a real oasis for our family, with one of the most picturesque swimming pools around and delicious food too!

But the stand-out feature of the hotel has to be the top-quality service offered by the whole team. No request was too difficult, all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We particularly appreciated all the help you provided with organizing a private tour guide and recommending the excellent cookery school we attended during our stay.

We just love this place! It has everything that we need for a holiday: the vibe, the river, nature, rural area, swimming pool, lovely and helpful staff,… I’ve stayed in many hotels before but this olace is truly a place-to-enjoy in Chiang Mai. Getting a cab from here takes quite long but it shouldn’t be a problem.

Incredible hotel, the best place I stayed in Thailand and maybe the best place ever. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay and every single member of staff took such great care of me and were always super helpful each and every day.

The location is cool, the pool is cool, and the setting is stunning. Amazing place! Getting in/out of the centre is easy too.

Though out of town and rooms appear dated, everything is well maintained. The food is good, the staff is ever so polite and helpful. Services here are better than in some 4-star hotels. Surrounded by nature with a river view, a good place to relax. There are 2 scheduled free rides to town, you just need to get yourself organised where you want to be for the day.

Great place. Nice staff. The lady with the big glasses in the reception was very friendly and helpful with good English. Free unlimited coffee with a nice pool and lovely garden. Convenient to other areas.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the grounds keeper to the manager, every interaction with the staff was so pleasant. We were going on a six day motorcycle tour and had been trying to track down a small portable air pump to take on our trip. After spending the day searching Chiang Mai, we asked the desk attendant if he knew anywhere that we could find this specific pump. He said he would look into it and two hours later (10:30pm) the manager knocks on our room door. Not only did they find it, they had gone to the market after work, bought it, and brought it back for me.

Other than that, the rooms are clean, the food is great, and the setting is very relaxing.

Treat yourself to authentic Thai hospitality at this lovely boutique resort located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the bustle of downtown Chiang Mai. The garden and rooms are beautifully decorated in a rustic vibe. Excellent food and pool on site with nearby access to all needed amenities. Will keep coming back to Villa San Pee Seua for many more years.

Wonderful hotel owned by a local family, run by the charming daughter. Professional, generous and attentive to details, the management deserves 5 stars. Fantastic rooms, amazing garden on the riverside, a truly great experience all around.

Villa San Pee Seua is located next to Ping river and opposite to the main city. That is why it is so peaceful. I stayed here for 6 nights on workation as well as travelled around San Pe Seua and in the city.

It is not that far from the city. I went on running, zumba, and yoga in the morning or during the day before working. So, it is quite convenient.

I just don’t want breakfast at the hotel, but I had ordered food at the hotel - both breakfast set and made to order food. They are so goooooddddd. They also have pantry for their guests to heat some food they brought back. There are bowls, plates, spoon and fork, microwave, coffee machines, etc. So, I reheated the bread I brought from other shop that I want to try for snacking at night ;)))))

The room is very clean. The terrace is nice and I can just sitting there for the entire day, but I actually prefer sitting by the river while working more.

The staffs are attentive and their services are prompt with friendly smile ;)))

I will be back again prolly with my parents. I think they will love it.

It was a great place the best of the three places we stayed. Staff was kind and helpful. Room service was great! I will be returning again in a few months.

Excellent place to stay, relax and Enjoy Chiang Mai! Not near the center but it easy to go there with Grab! Recommend! The Employees were very kind! All of them!

Lovely, quiet, out-of-the-way hotel. Great view over the river and great amenities. The staff are great; they went out of their way to help.
