Masumi Spa

Masumi spa is an amazing place. We wanted to go to a spa and found this place. On arriving they give you a form to fill asking for all your details and allergies. Once that has been filled you get a cold towel and a welcome drink to begin with. Once this is done they take you to a place to clean your feet with bath salts. After this you are taken to your room where the massage starts. They ask you whether you would prefer soft, normal or hard massage. We initially said hard and then realized hard here is actually hard. We shifted to normal. The massage is so relaxing and you might fall asleep. The music was soothing and perfect. Once you are done with the massage you feel fresh and good. Definitely a must do when you are in Chiang Mai.

Bought the klook voucher for a 120min thai massage. It was super worth the value, masseuse had a strong enough touch but was thoughtful enough to check in every once in a while during the massage. Interior was clean, staff were so welcoming. I highly recommend this place. Would definitely do it again.

Impressive body massage! Totally recommended this place with the masseuse who knows which area to focus on heavy massage and where to be gentle. I had the body scrub and aroma oil massage was so fantastic. The scrub part was totally different from other place I’d been to. They scrubbed all the scurf on my body til the salt melt on my skin and they made sure to rub all out completely, I can feel my smooth and soft skin when showered it off. Plus one with aroma scent on my first step in and clean with Muji style decor. The price is more than acceptable comparing to the good quality massage I received, this place is going to be my favorite massage place in Chiang Mai. Make sure to call in for booking in advance at least a day. They will have the promotion from time to tjme as well.

Booked the traditional thai massage through Klook and called them ahead of time to book my slot. Service was impeccable and they served us with cold towels and some cold herbal tea before whisking us away to have our feet washed and dried. Afterwards they bring you to a room for your massage. The masseuse adjusts the pressure to your liking and constantly asks you if you are comfortable. It ended up being so relaxing that I slept for a good bit. Once the massage had ended, we were given some rice crackers and hot tea which was a great way to end the experience. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I’d happily come again if given the chance.

Clean, individual rooms, and a masseuse who knows what they are doing. I had Nui, she was professional. Nice foot scrub before and Tea after massage. Check for promos on their website.

I recommend you to make a reservation before going to this spa because sometimes it’s quite busy.

I had the 1 hour body scrub, 1 hour aromatherapy hot oil massage and a 30 minute foot massage and it was amazing. Highly recommend.

This place is great! My husband and I went here 5 years ago in 2018 and again twice this week! I love to get the foot massage or full Thai massage. Everyone is thorough and well educated on technique.

They provide a cold drink before and warm tea after. Prices are very stable and it’s easy to book. We will definitely go again!

I stepped into this place.. given me a bright pleasant atomphere.. friendly receptionist and good massage therapist. Worth for $$. Also served us with ice drinks that good for calm us down ... after massage, they also served warm drink and rice biscuit. Overall good. Will come again.

Hands down the best massage I’ve had in Chiang Mai! Everyone was very kind and the place had many amenities. They give you a sheet to fill out and you can choose the intensity of the massage. I chose “strong” and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend the Feet, Head and Shoulders massage. I would definitely comeback!

I came there for the second time. I'm impressed with their service and kindness. I coughed a lot because of the coldness. Staff adjusted the right temperature for me and bribg me a hot tea. I feel thankful for her. She is very lovely.
