Cross Chiang Mai Riverside

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! As a Thai person who’s used to luxury five stars hospitality, this has been by far one of the best service I’ve experienced. The rooms are sparkling clean, comfortable and spacious. The food is amazing. Breakfast by the river is great. All provided with great staff and service. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite chill. The restaurant Oxygen serves great food with excellent services. The hotel staff are super helpful and make our stay a wonderful experience. Our rooms had valentines’ decor on 2/14, it was very sweet and thoughtful.

A beautiful hotel that offers luxury away from some of the business of the old town. We stayed in the river suite and it was very nice - spacious, clean, and comfortable bed. The daily breakfast was also delicious and offers an opportunity to try some traditional Thai options alongside more Western food. The staff is incredible and always makes sure you’re comfortable. Only downside is it’s a little off the beaten path so you will need to use Grab or a tuktuk to get to the old town and markets.

Stunningly beautiful hotel that felt off the beaten path in regard to the more touristy area of the city. The local restaurant across the street is delicious. It’s about a $2 grab ride to get to most places within the city center. The service was excellent and we received a room upgrade. There were a ton of personalized, special touches throughout our stay. The only not so great thing is that laundry service was very overpriced and recommend trying to get it done offsite if you need to do laundry.

A lovely hotel slightly out of the hustle and bustle of chiang mai centre. Great service, stunning design. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Rooms could be improved: grout in showers isn’t clean, there is no comfy seating inside the room and they sometimes smell of damp. Really not bad though and the rest of the hotel is so lovely. Would stay again.

What an amazing place ! We had a perfect stay at Cross Chiang Mai. The staff is so nice and the view and rooms are breathtaking.
We are gluten free and they put all in place for us to have a special breakfast even one day when we wanted to go running and come back too late for breakfast.
I would recommend this place highly.

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The service is impeccable, and the amenities and hotel space are beautiful and clean. The welcoming and departing gifts are so thoughtful and made our honeymoon one to remember forever. Highly recommended place to stay in chiang mai!

It was beautiful stay during Chiangmai visit. Staffs were outstanding, very friendly and we were treated very well by all of them, especially FO staffs. (Poppy and FO manager-sorry, I don’t remember his name properly.) The facility was also very nice. We will definitely come back :)

We had lovely stay at this hotel. Loved the breakfast and stay. Amazing hospitality… view is spectacular. We were given early checkin. it was my birthday… the house keeping staff gave amazing surprise. Will surely visit again. Created memories at Chiangmai.

We loved our stay at Cross Chiang Mai Riverside. The staff was very kind and attentive, and was great at answering our questions and requests. They also gave us personalized gifts. The rooms are facing the river so it's very quiet to sleep at night. The hotel is located inside a pocket so it is isolated from the street noises.

The hotel breakfast is awesome. There is a variety of dishes that can be ordered a la carte and a buffet too. All the plates were good :)

The best service. I think I can say everything about Cross Chiang Mai with these words. From check-in to check-out, I was impressed by the excellent service of the staff every hour and three nights and four days. Unlike other hotels, breakfast service is a system that orders directly and eats, but it was nice to be able to order comfortably without looking at various menus. I can't forget a glass of sparkling wine with Pinggang View. As the entire hotel received fewer guests, it felt more private. On the day of check-out, the photo frame service was also touching, and I had to fly later that evening, so I came back and even provided a shower in the steam room, so it was perfect until the end. It's a great love from the staff. If you come back to Chiang Mai, I will visit Cross Chiang Mai right away.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at this accommodation. The staff and warm service really stood out and made the difference; especially Poppy, View, Ting and the security guards. We particularly liked that this was a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms, so it always felt intimate and inviting. The overall design is understated and you can spend your time around the grounds just relaxing in corners. We were fortunate enough to enjoy an upgrade to a room with a tub, which overlooked the Ping River. Even though it rained intermittently throughout our stay, the view was still beautiful. Breakfast was a mix of a small buffet spread and Ala carte mains, along with topless sparkling wine, which was more than sufficient without being too wasteful. The only complaint would be that I had trouble adjusting the heated water shower in room 302 – it always felt either too hot or too cold and didn’t stay consistent, but a minor point.

The best part of our stay was undoubtedly the cat that roams the property. I told the front desk that we booked the hotel because of the cat (N.B. it isn’t a resident cat but we still nicknamed it “the meownager”) and the staff presented us with a fitting souvenir at the end of our stay.

We were very happy when stay at Cross Chiang Mai Riverside. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staffs were very nice, polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The price were a bit higher than other hotels, but valuable. We will stay at this hotel again when future visit.

Impeccable service, warmest hospitality from all the staffs here. We really enjoyed our stay and had a super relaxing time. Breakfast was good and the ambiance overall very tranquil.

Driving is easy to get here and no problem for the parking at all. Restaurant is good, service is wonderful. The breakfast is excellent. We are having fun throughout the stay. No complaint. Definitely quiet and open view here. Photos match the reality. What are you waiting for?

Great place for a quiet stay. Not a kid's place. Location is outside the city center away from the hustle, yet only a short ride by cab. Service is top and very welcoming. Breakfast is excellent - with quite a few dishes to chose from a la carte - both Thai and Western. It was nice to try out the kayaks on the river. There might be events being hosted in the Oxygen restaurant over the weekend.

This was by far the best resort we've stayed at in Chiang Mai! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, and even set up decorations in the restaurant for my boyfriends birthday to surprise him. The room was clean, modern and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The best part was the Oxygen dining restaurant by the river, the food and cocktails were SO delicious! Thank you for making our weekend so special! We will definitely be coming back :)

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was beautiful and luxurious, the bathroom incredibly spacious.
The pool was clean, but there were a lot of bugs outside so we didn't use the pool as much as we'd hoped.
Because the hall doors to the rooms were outside, bugs could also easily follow you into the room, we seemed to have many mosquitoes.
Our favorite part was the amazing breakfast, it was a great way to start each day.
It was not walkable to the old city, but easy to get a ride with bolt.
