I feel Homey Yoga

This studio located at the middle of old town. I often to do yoga at here becuz it is such a green and clean place moreover all yoga instructors is a really nice person too. You guys just walk into the studio and roll out your mat. After that you will know why did i come here many times :) Have fun 🤜🏼🤛🏼

I came twice and had a great experience. Each class is different and the instructor offer feedback. The studio space is very clean too. I hope to be back again someday. I recommend it;)

The most wonderful yoga space I've ever been to!

I am very grateful to Aom. She is a super teacher. I really improved my skills and body sense thanks to her.

The classes are held in a very positive atmosphere. All the students are wonderful as well.

I started to practice yoga in Sydney from September last year and I have gotten lot of benefits with its regular practice. I didn't want to stop it, so when I arrived to Chiangmai I was searching where I could take some classes. I found "I feel yoga studio" very well located in the old city in Chiangmai and I have gotten an amazing experience with the Instructor Aom Sara and Mhai. They speak English and explain every part of the exercise and poses. They have a high level of yoga practice. Futhermore, they make gentle corrections to achieve the poses, so you can push yourself as much as you can and you could surprise yourself😊. Don't worry if you are beginner, everyone is welcome there. I have met there with people from Taiwan, Thailand, China. Everyone so friendly and flowing in the same energy.
They have options to get 5 classes in a month if you are a tourist like me.

Sara is an amazing teacher and she pushes you to your limits in a smooth and nice flow. I took a Vinyassa class. The studio is cozy and well equipped, creating a perfect environment for the yoga practice. It's really easy to find as it's located in the middle of old town. If you want to start or improve your yoga skills, this is the right place to do it. Thanks Sara!

Oam Sara is my lovely yoga teacher. I'm a beginner so I really appreciate her patience and caring attention. She is really warm person with soothing voice and gentle touch perfect to motivate me.

오전10:30-11:45 빈야사플로우 수업을 들었습니다. 아직 오픈한지 얼마되지 않아서인지 북적이지 않아 좋았어요. 시설도 깔끔한편이고 선생님도 친절하게 자세하나하나 잘 잡아주시더군요. 좋은 요가원을 찾아서 만족합니다. 치앙마이에 머무를동안 몇번더 들를 생각이에요!

Kru. Aom Sara is very friendly, smart and good teacher. This studio is a great place to practice yoga. สถานที่ฝึกโยคะเล็กๆที่แสนอบอุ่น มีความเอาใจใส่ และสอนโยคะโดยครูอ้อม ครูอ้อมจะให้ความเป็นกันเอง และดูแลเอาใจใส่ผู้ฝึกอย่างใกล้ชิด จัดท่าทางการฝึกต่างๆให้ได้อย่างถูกต้อง ลองมาสัมผัสและรับพลังงานดีๆกันที่นี่นะคะ รับรองว่าไม่ผิดหวังแน่ๆ

전 두 달 가까이 머물렀던 치앙마이살이 중 10회권 끊어서 다녔고 이 곳에서 수업들은게 돌아보니 가장 기억에 남는 순간이 되었네요!!
선생님으로 만났지만 수업 후엔 타이친구가 여러명 생겨있을거에요 :)

치앙마이에서 머무는 보름동안 I feel yoga studio에서 5회권을 끊어서 수강했습니다. 스튜디오는 작은 편이었지만 작은 만큼 아늑하고 깔끔하고 정으로 넘치는 곳이었습니다. 아마 다음번 치앙마이 방문때는 10회권 끊어서 더 열심히 다닐 거예요~~~~~ 늘 열정넘치게 가르쳐 주셨던 Sara와 Mhai 선생님, 정말 잊지 못할 것 같고 보고싶을거예요~~ 감사했습니다.

요가 스튜디오 때문에 여행기간이 짧은게 아쉬울 정도로 맘에드는 곳입니다. 꼼꼼한 가르침으로 몸은 힘들지만 선생님들도 같이 수업듣는 분들도 다 좋아서 수업듣는 동안 웃음이 끊이질 않습니다. 다음에 다시 치앙마이 온다면 또 방문하고 싶어요😭

第一天到清邁就在這裡練習，喜歡到後來還買了吃到飽，老師都非常有耐心，會徒手調整，給予很多體位法上面的技巧，還會幫忙拍照

建議上課之前先跟老師拿防蚊液，不會讓蚊子影響上課

숙소에서 가까운 곳 찾다가 깨끗하다는 후기 보고 갔는데 역시 깨끗하고 좋았어요 선생님도 친절하시고 태국어+영어로 수업해주시는데 반은 알아듣고 반은 눈치껏 따라했어요 잘 못 따라하는 동작들도 디테일하게 봐주셔서 많은 도움이 됐어요 끝나면 사진도 보내주심!

토요일 오전 9:30 스트레칭 수업 들었습니다. 요기 왕초보였는데 스트레칭 수업 재밌게 들었어요. 하루 들으실거면 따로 예약없이 방문해도 되고 가격은 250밧, 선생님도 좋으셨고 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ

올드시티 있을때 매일 갔다
모든 수업이 알차고 좋았다
선생님들 영어 잘하시며 수업도 수준급
사람 별로 없어서 2명이서 들은 날도 있었는데 개인 수업같아서 아주 좋았다

스튜디오가 작아서 아쉬웠지만
선생님이 친절하고 좋았습니다

가격은 일일 클래스 250밧이구요. 선생님께서 초보인 제 자세도 잘 잡아주시고 친절하셔서 좋았어요. 전 초보라 그런지 화요일에 하는 gentle flow 수업도 조금 힘들었어요 ㅎㅎ 그래도 땀 흘리고 나오니 어찌나 기분 좋던지! 단점은 요가원이 좀 작고 모기가 참 많습니다..ㅎㅎ 모기 스프레이는 비치되어 있으니 가져가실 필요는 없어요.
