The car rent Chiangmai

I rented their car for two days, their staffs are friendly, they check everything in-front of you, and mark all those scratches in the rental agreement.

please take note that their car is for use in Chiang Mai province only, further than that you'll have to tell the car rent company before hand, and they might increase the deposit.

the car is in excellent condition, i have fun travelling around in this small car with my wife and their helpful staff help me drove back and return the car that i park in front of the hotel because i don't have the time to do so.

i would highly recommend this company if you want to rent a car in Chiang Mai.

Most easiest process, fair prices, cars good condition, good communication very recommended

Good rentals, but do not smoke in car, they charge 2000Bath for smoking in car

Overall the car was fine and everything worked in the end. However, communication was not well. We said we’ll pick up the car at their office, so we were waiting there and called them. Then they suddenly said we need to come to the airport, so we went there. There one guy was waiting for us and drove with us back to the office (the same we originally went to). So in the end it took us 1h and endless calls to get the car. Similar communication problems with returning the car. Our flight back was early morning and I texted them on Line the day before that we would come around 6.30am to return the car, they said it’s fine. Then we went there in the morning and I called them, but the guy seemed very confused that we return the car so early since the office opens at 7am. I told him I texted them on Line the day before (what they confirmed). In the end the guy drove to the office but he said we need to pay 200 Baht extra for early morning return. It was weird because the day before, they didn’t say anything about that on Line. Anyways, we were happy with the car, but the pick up and return were a bit of a thing. Big feedback point: work on better communication with your customers. This is a major aspect of this business, to make it as simple as possible to rent a car. Which in this case, it wasn’t.

This is a review for Maya location. They rented a car and then called me later and told me they forgot to include insurance and I have to pay extra. That's about 8% price increase! In fact if I knew I'd rent elsewhere where I found a better deal.
