Excellent advice and service.
As soon as you walk in the staff are attentive.
Question are answered and in most cases dealt with there and then.
I had fillings and an extraction.
The extraction was done by a doctor who deals with Tooth extractions.
While I was in the chair and the doctor was dealing with the extraction, I was comforted by the dental assistant. So kind and caring.☺

I had very good experience with Chiang Mai Dental Clinic. Check up, Teeth clean and then deep cleaning plus 1 small filling. Good price and excellent staff- I can recommend. Not much discomfort.. no worries.

This Dental Center (part of CMai Ram Hospital) has saved no means to offer their patients a fonctional and welcoming interior architecture with clearly defined departments.
Despite the huge volume of open space, the Center has a very comfortable noise ambiant.
It allows absolute discretion between Front office & the Lobby which increases relaxation.

Their equipments, numerous private praxis rooms, 3D X-ray room, and hygienic levels are up to CEE/German standards.
Those dentists I met all had a good command in English and one even in German (having studied at Charité Berlin).
Each Dr is assisted by 2 to 3 dental nurses all being friendly and smiling even if those last mentioned are more fluent in Thai!

Positive is that everybody at those clinics seems to be very attentionned and polite... well most of the time!

One shall NOT ignore the Catalogue like  Menu  describing and billing each different intervention.
Better ask prior to any intervention a detailed explanation and a final bill. .

In order to not lose face they might give you the fault..in case you complain about the high bill or things done you never agreed to.

Yes, also rude can be the manners of certain Dr. and technicians which didn't even have the courage the give their names.

and their arrogant attitude can severly go wrong
for you as soon as these people come under pressure.

Very good services. Doctors are very competent and speak well English.
If you have an appointment, they usually respect the time of it. No waiting time.
Not the cheapest one, but worth the price.

Came here for a teeth cleaning. Nice, modern, and very clean facility. Staff spoke English well. I paid about $41usd total for a dental examination and complete cleaning. Probably paid a little more than most places in Chiang Mai but this was by far the nicest facility I passed by during my stay.

I’m a regular customer. I’m always happy with the services rendered. The clinic has a very professional and experienced periodontist.

Referred by Lanna hospital for a root canal. Really took care of me. Quick, professional and reasonably priced.

Went for a cleaning and they were quick and efficient, but a bit rough. My husband and I had never had a cleaning like that before. I also got x-rays. They lady who talked to me about my two remaining wisdom teeth really freaked me out. She said my nerves were in the way and I would have to return every year for new x-rays (which was not happening). I left and went to Grace Dental Clinic, the dental surgeon there assured me that the nerves weren't a problem and he could have both teeth out in 30 mins. I was so relieved I went to this other place. The lady at R was way off, and they couldn't fit my in for over two weeks, Grace Clinic fit me in the very next day.

普通洁牙收了1700🐷（doctor fee 880+medical service 820），嗯…什么药都没有，不知道这个medical代指什么。BTW，泰国洁牙费通常应该1500🐷以内。环境干净，服务尚可，医生温柔，就是操作速度快，弄的比较痛，在泰国多地洁牙前前后后体验了好几次，相较之下这家综合体验感无功无过吧。在清迈的朋友可以多看看别家对比下。

As for the quality of dentists - they are fine. I had 3 fillings done with no major discomfort expect maybe rought cleaning that was done in rush by a different dentist.

To be honest it is my mistake to trust the payment structure but did anyway. Planned to spend extra which is around 4000 baht because I was soothed with smiles and clean rooms etc...Spent almost 6000. Well, happens. 50 % of this payment were hospital fees and materials...I mean they charged me for gloves. Well, happens, just money and it is still cheaper then majority of Western Europe.

What really pissed me off, outside one dentist telling me different price then the other. is the administration composed o 7 people pretending to work. First time waited 30 minutes to sit on a chair because they did not inform the dentist, second time mere 20 minutes. What is more, after you finish you have to wait another 20 - 30 minutes to pay! What for? This is more like 70s public hospitals in moderatrly communist states. Bizzare. Either pay them more or get rid of them.

Asked my friendly dentist in BK and she said i should have paid at least 30% - 40% less.

Once again. The low rating goes for price and admin. Dentists were fine. Go to the smaller ones.

It was all good before today. So, my personal choice from now is: never again anymore. There was filling done on the 18th of March, it was broken after 1 month and 1 week. I came today to fix it. Same tooth, same doctor, same filling. After the work was done, they gave me a new bill. I asked why no warranty is here as promised? They said «you need to pay again because... it is different».

I've asked: what the difference is? Same tooth, same doctor, it is only your filling broken. They answer «because of the doctor has recommended you to put the crown».

I said nobody said that I'll get no warranty that time, how could I know it. They said «because you don't ask about that!».

So, I asked if your new filling broke tomorrow, should I pay again and again? They said «yes».

No. I can't accept the service like that. I'd better avoid it. Never again.

They only care about how to gain the money,especially the orthodontist that gives ridiculous suggestions of my teeth . Sometime the teeth extraction is very unnecessary,and they want you do it probably base on gain more money 😄😄😄
