Sanctuary Spa ChiangMai

Went to this Sanctuary Spa Chiang Mai today. The scenic was such a beauty. The manager was very attentive and was immediately gave us a welcome bottle of water. There my partner and I both selected the masseur. The room was clean and today and it comes with soothing massage music and the melody almost make me sleep throughout. Masseur was attentive and the strength is just right and he did ask me whether I am here for holiday and that’s all and throughout just concentrate the massage on me. At the end of the session I tip the masseur and thank him for his wonderful massage. At the counter we were amazed by the spa who gave us a compliment fruit mango and and coconut drink for our patronage . We thank the manager greatly, this is the spa we are talking about - 5 stars for the service. We will definitely be back and recommended to our friends.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best salon de massage in Chiangmai. I stayed in this city for 4 days and I came to have the massage every day. After the massage, the fruit and coconut were generously offered.

This Spa gets A+. I just had a 90-minute massage with Boon. He certainly knows his stuff. I was offered shower facilities before and after my massage, and after my full 90 mins of his professional service, I was offered fruit and coconut. I will certainly be back. Great service deserves a good tip.

I very much enjoyed my body scrub + 90 minute aromatherapy massage. Boon, the owner was very kind. He even offered me use of the sauna, which wasn't included in the package. Noam, the masseuse gave a very good massage. I highly recommend. Another nice perk is the coconut 🥥 and mango after your massage. I'll be back when I'm in Chiang Mai in the future.

I had two bad massages in Chiang Mai. My partner recommended Sanctuary spa and it didn’t disappoint. Did 1.5 hours with Khun Jo. He is very attentive. Asked about the massage and the temperature in the room. The owners were really nice. The room is very clean with private shower. At the end of massage, Khub Jo offered fresh coconut and sweet mango. I am impressed. We are now a fan and will be back!

Update. May 2023. Just had another great massage with Mister Ton. Very strong pressure. Great technique. The owner is very attentive. Highly recommend. If you want a truly skilled masseuse, you must try Mister Rom. Rom skills were impeccable.

I like this place. The masseur has great skills and good attitude.

Nice atmosphere and clean room. My massage therapist was exactly what I needed in terms of pressure/strength of massage. Professional, courteous and competent. I didn't rate it a 5🌟 simply due to the price. I find it substantially higher than others for the same treatment (45% higher). But that does not mean I will not be back, in fact I am already planning a return visit.

Update: I have been back 3 times now since my initial visit and I confirm my previous review for service and have updated it to a 5 star!!

Update #2: I continue to visit when I need a massage and it has become "home". I am always greeted with a smile by name. The service is always perfect and professional. I have nothing negative to say about Sanctuary Spa. I've stopped looking for another place for massages, this is it!

Very good simple Local massage salon in an old teak house. I liked the rooms upstairs. My Masseur was khun Joe, he was polite, but most importantly his technique was impeccable, his thumbs are very strong and he massaged my legs so well (they were sore from running). An excellent fresh coconut at the end. Thank you very much khun Joe.

Had two good massages at this place during my short Chiangmai visit. I think the general standard of the masseuse here is quite high. Came with 3 other friends and all of us had very good massages with different therapists. My masseuse gave a strong massage but it was never painful. Staff was very polite and attentive. Making an appointment was easy as they respond pretty fast on Facebook. It was also nice that there was a shower room in my massage room for me to wash off after my body scrub. And they serve you fruits and coconut juice at the end which I think is quite generous. If you prefer male masseuse then I think this is a good place for you as they have mostly male therapists. Thumbs up 👍

We took the 3 hours massage pack and it was amazing! Very relaxing, we especially enjoyed the oil massage! The staff is really friendly and profesional! The price is just a bit on the higher side :)

I had an awesome body scrub and massage with James this afternoon. Friendly, speaks good English, excellent technique and professional. The rooms are clean and tidy with a shower.... loved the fruit and coconut drink at the end... lovely place to relax in!

Nicely organized; there’s a shower and clock in each room, so if you pay for a 90 minute massage, that’s what you get. My man, Joe, took good care of me, even before knowing I’m a good tipper (at 74 I can afford to be and should). I returned a 2nd night and asked for Joe, but I’m sure all the young men are fine. The owner pleasant and didn’t try to up sell, which I appreciated.

Outstanding body scrub and massage. Ask for Joe. (To the owner, a suggestion: cut goes on the tables (like most massage tables have) for customers' neck to be aligned when face down.)

Nice staff,easy to book on facebook,cute and powerful masseur(made me feel sooooooo relaxed afterwards)It is more expensive than most massage in Chiang Mai,but the environment and the profession matched the price.(I will be back for Pit)

I took a traditional thai massage and it was great. Relaxing atmosphere. Very professional. Nice cold tea and watermelon at the end. Great value for the money.
