Absolutely Amazing! Walked in off the street and had a consultation and 2 sessions of acupuncture at an extremely low cost. Super, efficient, friendly, but very professional staff. Never experienced anywhere like this in UK! Highly recommended.

I commend the professionalism of everyone in this facility — special mention to Ms. Mint, the front desk officer for all her assistance, and to Dr. Fah for explaining every puncture, its location, its benefits, everything!

They don’t just usher you to the table to get serviced, they also know your health history, vital information, etc. Again, all are served here professionally.

The facility is well-kept, everything’s clean and I didn’t get the feeling/fear of catching any disease unlike other medical facilities.

Lastly, the prices are cheaper than everywhere else I’ve been for acupuncture services.

If you want to get a top quality massage that hits all the right pain points in your body, this is really the best place to go to.

TTCM is a government health centre, so it's not like the private massage shops you see everywhere in Chiang Mai. It's a professional establishment.

If you want an appointment, you should call them and book in advance. I'm not sure if they accept walk-ins. When you call, you'll be asked if you want a male or female therapist for your treatment.

I paid a one time registration fee of ฿250 as a first time customer, and ฿450 for a full body Thai massage. If you're visiting TTCM for the first time, you need to come earlier before your appointment to get registration settled. If you're a foreigner, you need to bring either your passport or passport copy.

At the registration counter, the nurse will ask about the physical ailments / symptoms you want to get treated for. After that, she'll run through some general questions about your health.

Once registration and payment is settled, you'll see a doctor for a short consultation before heading into the treatment room. My female masseuse was excellent. She knew what she was doing. Whenever she pressed a point that was very stiff, she'd continue pressing until it became more tender. They always finish up the massage routine with a hot herbal compressor.

For those who are looking for a solid massage experience, please don't waste your time and just come here. It's the best and you won't regret it 💯

HIGHEST HONOR to this establishment!! I cannot recommend enough - from technical massage skills to front desk customer services. Every part is extremely clean. Only small caveat is paying the initial consult and intake fee to set up your profile. Skip the questionable spas and opt for this clinic- the technicians are held to a higher standard.

I recommend therapists M57 Khun Niwit for stronger approach, and M12 Khun Nathalie for softer energy unless asked (both do tok sen hammer massage). M77 and M61 also decent. For Chinese medicine, Dr. Fah is top notch. She has the sweetest bedside manner and makes you at ease with her knowledge- cupping is included in price.

I must say the two male and female doctors on Thai medicine side speak English very well and were supportive of my various medical needs. From self-inflicted martial arts training leg bruises, to a foot accident at the beach, they went above and beyond to help. My deepest appreciation to the entire clinic.

Only other note: best to go in person to book and appointment since phone calls take longer (beginner to mid level English). The admin and accounting staff could be less cold, but then again, we Westerns are a lot to deal with -- they are not obligated. We could stand some humbling.

Very professional and caring environment. We had sessions of acupuncture and a few massages. Only positive experience. Plus, the place is lovely.

I’ve never done acupuncture in Chiang Mai so I just googled where to go in town. I saw many great reviews about TTCM and decided to give it a try. I must say that when I do medical visits I value three main things. 1. Patient - Doctor Interaction (ie. Bedside manners, will they get upset if I ask questions, etc.) 2. Friendliness/Helpfulness of staff 3. Overall quality of service.

So I was pleasantly surprised at my first visit when I met Dr. Fah. She was so friendly and helped explain the whole process of acupuncture to me, and answered all of my questions. Since my first visit I have been back 20+ times as I am aware that my condition will take awhile to recover. Each time I can honestly say she is so patient and kind and answers all of the questions I have. She is also so empathetic, understanding and genuinely gives me her full attention as I express some of my concerns. She’s an incredible doctor and so helpful as I continue to work towards my recovery.

Since I have been getting acupuntured here many times, I know for a fact that the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. K. Pa and K. Mint are the two that I see most often so I had the pleasure of getting to interact with them more. I can tell by the way they work that they have been doing this for a long time and that they are so service minded. K. Pa has done cupping for me many times and I can tell that she knows what she's doing and pays so much attention to detail to help me feel better. K. Mint loves interacting with patients when she can while still maintaining efficiency. She tries her hardest so that patients don’t have to wait a long time as she knows that can make the experience less pleasant. When I go each time, I know that I am in good hands by the staff and doctor. Very professional and consistent. พี่ภากับพี่มิ้นท์สุดยอดที่สุด :)

Having seen many medical professionals in other places in Thailand, in the US, and in New Zealand, for both western and eastern medicine, I believe that the overall quality of service, affordability, and attention to each patient here have been the best by far. Now my family and friends get treated here as well. I can honestly say that they are the very best medical team I have the privilege of getting treated by. Despite English not being any of their first language, I appreciated that they still try to communicate in English to show that they care.

An affordable and nice space to get acupuncture done in the Old Town of Chiang Mai. The doctors speak English, we’re kind and took the time to listen to my problems concerning my muscle and joint pain. Highly recommend!

I've been going to TTCM since 2019 and I really love my acupuncturist Dr Fah. She explains what organ every needle relates to which I really like. They also have a western General Practioner there to see patients too.

I went there after a fall, resulting in extremely painful sciatica.
I saw Dr. Fah, and she did acupuncture. The nerve pain has subsided to an ache.
I am returning on Saturday to do it all again.
The staff are excellent and very prompt.

One of the best places for massage in Chiang Mai in my opinion. The centre integrates tradition and modern massage techniques, as well as blending western and oriental massage philosophy. You do need to register to be a patient, and it is run under Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University.

It is recommended to call in advance to make a booking as it is usually fully booked!

Highly recommended!

Schedule in advance your stay out! Noticed that after 2nd and 3rd session something starts to shift. They know what they do and I felt very safe. Natalie in Thailand massage was incredible attending to my very sensitive areas and I felt lots of care in her hands. As someone giving therapy too, I am sensitive to loving hands!

My mother in law had terrible back pain during our stay in Chiang Mai.
We came here and got instant treatment.
Wow! She also felt much better after that.

You have to pay 150 Bath for registration once. One hour of massage (the best!) costs 300 Bath.

This place is phenomenal. The care here is incomparable. My knee is feeling much better - I can bend it again - helpful for knees to bend, right? Also, the facial acupuncture helped to brighten my face. I look younger! Thank you, Dr. Icii and staff.

I have been coming to TTCM for a while now and I am more than satisfied. I’ve been trying to do acupuncture consistently and they have been very helpful, with great results. I suffered from severe restlessness and agitation due to psychiatric medications that truly destroyed me, and I have been trying to resort to all alternative treatments and I have to say that acupuncture therapy at TTCM has been the best.

The doctors are very helpful and knowledgeable, and the registration is very seamless, and they’re very flexible and easy to communicate with.

They have been a big part of my healing journey and I have all the respect and love for them.

I also did cupping treatments, and they were very good as well. 🙏❤

Thank you TTCM 🙏
