Sky lentern festival 2018 in this place. Big flat grassy land that belongs to I believe the Army.

Perfect location. Very rural feeling and lots of horses to ride. Sheep grazing in the field. Cafe next door and kids can learn to ride here. In Mae Rim 20 minutes drive north of the city.

Recommended highly by Captain Dee.

Amazing place for bringing out the kids to play with other kids, while the parents can enjoy a nice dinner and watch the kids play

Great recreation area in Mae Rim. Close under Doi Suthep so very peaceful and fresh air. To the west of the main roads so very quiet. Horses to ride here, and sheep grazing on the open pastures. Motorcycle riding on trails too. Restaurant here is very nice, so overall highly recommended by eBikeCNX, and the group riders really enjoyed it here. Well worth a stop if in Chiang Ma I.

We come here with the kid quite often to fly kites and ride bikes. It's free and the kids have tons of area to run around and have fun
