Excellent experience. Very responsive and helpful, all in English. Driver details were sent the day before with a picture of the car. The driver got in touch separately to confirm the pick up. Arrived in early to collect us, lovely clean car, careful driving. Would definitely use again.

Great service from start to finish. My driver Arm was super helpful and highly knowledgeable. I can feel his passion in his work and his love for Chiang Mai in overal. He also helped me to book a good hotel in Mae Chaem and be ready for my marathon race there. It was not only a car charter but a customizable memorable trip in Chiang Mai with an excellent driver. The trip cost is inexpensive and cheaper than my expectation. I definitely recommend this service; and thank you so much Arm for doing your best.

Great service, very helpful for tourists, me and my partner got stranded about 45 minutes out of the city thinking we could get a grab back to the old town from our day out, unfortunately we were wrong 😂and so we found this company online. They arranged a taxi straight away to come collect us and take us where we needed to go, the driver was very friendly and it helps that both office staff and driver spoke English.

This taxi service is reliable and can call to the airport for late or early flights. Speaks English pretty well.

They have great cars and friendly taxi drivers for your needs, at reasonable prices - of course dependent on where you're going to and from. And what we love also, is that they share photos and contact details of the car and driver that you're getting ahead of it arriving, so you know what and who will be collecting you for your journey. In January of this year, my wife and I contracted the tour service to visit the Inthanon National Park. Who guided us was Mr. Arm Desu, who was very attentive to us, being punctual about the departure time and taking us to know several tourist spots along the way and also helped us to take great photos. It was one of the best tours we did on our trip to Thailand. Exelence service. Highly recommend to all who are visiting Chiang Mai.

We drove all around with Arm to sightsee and it was super fun. We enjoyed the whole day! He knew the places,history very well - and was fluent in english so it was very easy for us to understand the whole culture. and most of all, he is the best photographer he knows all the great spots to take pics - if youre with him, you’ll get tons of amazing-est pic of yourself :D thank you so much for such an amazing trip, I would definitely ask for his guidance(if hes okay) next time when I visit chiangmai again. Always great service , on time & reasonable rates. I prefer CNX over Uber as rates are generally the same or lower & drivers have basic understanding of English. Unless you are fluent in Thai , it can be difficult to communicate with most of the Uber drivers. I am learning Thai , but not fluent so I appreciate it when a driver can understand a bit of English , and CNX does their very best, just as I do , to reach a decent level of communication. 😃 The SUV's are new and they keep the air conditioning very cool, which is much appreciated. Best taxi service in Chiang Mai, and the drivers are very professional. 💭🙋‍♀🙏
