Perfect Service, rented the Scooter for a few days in Pai, rode around seeing the sights, then down the 762 corners to Chiang Mai, and returned it to AYA there, and there was no issues. Easy and friendly.

Rented a 125cc bike for 200 THB and went from Chiang Mai to Pai only. The bike worked well and had no issues :) The bike looked decent too. They did not check your driving licence. You will need to pay a deposit fee for the helmet and the bike.
I feel the prices are reasonable.

Aya service is the only shop that allows you to rent the bike and return it when you reach your destination (with payment of a fee to bring it back to the original shop) and also helps you to bring your luggage over as well :)

We had such a good time with the scooter from Aya. We went to Pai from Chiang Mai on a Honda Click 125 and we can recommend everyone doing it and getting a scooter from this rental company. They are really nice, helpful and patient with answering all the questions. Also the service of sending the luggage worked great and it arrived way earlier than estimated! 10/10 🌟🛵

Ps: definitely stop at the restaurant “my friends 1095” on the road, have a drink or some food and meet the cutest 80 year old owners.

Really good service. Was given an upgraded scooter for same price as one reserved had been mistakenly rented.

Bag transfer to Pai was really efficient and arrived before us, and meant could enjoy the journey and waterfalls without our luggage.

On return to Chiang Mai was told I'd paid for a day extra and was given a refund, very honest and a great way to do business!

Was hesitant to use this company at first due to bad reviews but ended up giving them a try as it seems to be the only company operating a 1 way service from Chiang Mai to Pai with baggage drop. Rented a 155cc bike and was in and out of the shop in 10 minutes - Bike had low miles and seemed to be well serviced, bags arrived in Pai on time with no issues what so ever!

Will be using them again for the return trip to Chiang Mai

Not sure about the bad reviews, had a fine experience with Aya and hassle free rental. Response via WhatsApp was a bit slow but ended up just going in person and got a cheap motorbike for a few days.

Was convenient as we then took the minivan service to Pai with them too, which again was good.

reliable bikes. fair price. drove from Chiang Mai to Pai and continued to drive through the Mae Hong Son loop and back to Chiang Mai. no issues at all. if you return your bike in a different location they charge 300 baht service fee.

Very good deal and the staff was pretty cool. We extended for one more day , no problem, scooter was in very good conditions. They can transfer your luggage to Pai for 100 bath. Very helpful and staff was very accommodating! Thanks again !

No problems hiring the bikes for multiple days and drop off in Pai (from Chiang mai). We only paid the first day and a deposit at first, and in the end it was recalculated with the bike rates (150 a day + 300 service fee for drop off in Pai)

We rented a motorbike click honda 160cc to discover around pai. The motorbike was brand new 4500km , and worked like a charm. Aya service offered the transport of our luggage and everything went well. We will come back :-)

Rent motorbike from chiangmai can drop off in aya service pai have only one shop service for Tourist I think the best shop.

Very good service, comfortable 150cc scooter, luggage transfer from Chiang Mai to Pai. In Pai we asked if it was possible to bring the luggage to our hotel 2,5 km from the center of Pai. With an extra cost of 100 Bath this was arranged for us.

Quick and fast services. We like to use Aya personally and for business. Price is great and rentals are in good condition. Bag drop service is amazing. Can rent a bike and have them take your bags up. It’s a win win. Will be using this service from here on out.

Good place to hire a bike if you're riding from Chiang Mai to Pai, if you want a 160cc try get one of the Honda clicks.

Aya offers a very convenient service, for scootering to Pai. They take care of your luggage and you can leave the scooter in Pai. The scooters are quite used, so just do a general check; tires, brakes,… They’re flexible so you can just ask for another one.

Good place, friendly helpfull staff. I don’t know why there so many bad reviews since I had the best experience for scooter rental here. I got a Honda click, 125cc drove to Pai and we could extend the scooter there. When I came back to Chiang Mai I also could extend. 200 bath for the scooter, and also a possibility for insurance. Good place, amazing service!

We rented a scooter for driving to Pai (one way) and were very satisfied with the experience.
160cc scooter was 500baht per day, plus 300baht because it was only one way rental. They drove our backpacks to Pai for 100baht per backpack.
The scooter was very comfortable to drive, although it was a bit old with not the best brakes.
There was also no problem to extend our rental for an additional day.
Would recommend!

Went from Pai to Chiang Mai. Only company we could find that did that. Was a great experience. Have to pay a little more but best way for is to do it and no hassle at all

We rented two scooters and found the service very straightforward and uncomplicated. Extending the rental was easy and our scooters were in good condition.
