Phoenix Adventure Park

This place is adorable. We found it by chance when we were returning from the flower farms in the area. We stopped for lunch, which was really worth it. I believe it is cool to participate in adventure activities too. I recommend it to anyone who likes outdoor activities, a little different from what is found in the city, but it is also worth stopping for breakfast or lunch.

This is the nearest adventure park that we can find from where we stayed in the city. 50 minutes drive by our own car. Parking is free. This park is adults and kids for all ages. ( we are family of 5 with a 9, 7 and 2 yo). Zipline minimum age is 8 or 20 kg kid at least. Some park only offer zipline and some jungle activities so family but babies has limited activity. But this park has a small train ride that cost 90 B for adult and free for 2 yo below. There's a large playground and a field with sheep's at the train stop in the middle. The staff are great and recommended me and baby to see and snap pictures for the zipline activities done by my older kids and hubby and take the train and wait for them at the cafe in the middle area where they will finish their activity. There's gelato and refreshing drinks available there too. Playground is beside the cafe so they spend around an hour there before taking the miniature train back to the entrance. We bought the ticket upfront in Klook Package A around 700B ( most limited activity 6 zipline stations and a few other things and train ride). This is perfect for little kids as they get tired easily.

Booked this through our hostel, such a fun activity and our guide “bird” was so friendly and made the experience worthwhile :)

Definitely a 5 star experience loved every minute of the zip lining experience . Did the 24 platform one def worth it . The train ride for lunch was fun too . The Basil chicken is one of the better ones I’ve had in Thailand . Wear light clothing and trainers and go out and have fun !

By a 8-year-old boy.When I went to phoenix adventure park, there was only a train and a Zip-line. The Zip-line was very safe because they have 3 strings hanging on. The location they chose to put the Zip-line is very quiet and peaceful so I advice you to get your self ready to go to "PHOENIX ADVENTURE PARK"!!! THANK YOU FOR READING MY REVIEW!!!

After I was done doing my zip-line, I went to go on the train. As I sat on the train it was really fun and there was also a dog running beside us but if you are scared of dogs, you do not need to worry because I don't think the cute dog will be running after you. Half way through the train ride, it started to rain. But there was umbrellas on/in the train. (Just to remind you, umbrella is for free.)

Stopped here on our way back from the elephant sanctuary. Our kids are 7 & 9 and they were able to do the zip lines and aerial course. Nice updated facilities and good equipment. Guides are friendly and speak good English. They do have loaner shoes (we were in flip flops), but you should bring your own. The shoes for the kids were too big, and too small for the hubs. We made them work though. They are cash only, so plan accordingly! They also have a little cafe that serves food.

Great set of ziplines. Staff everywhere were friendly and helpful and looked after our family wherever we went. Highly recommend

We purchased a small program package for the zipline because we have a family of 4 with young Children (9 and 13). I was not sure if my 9 year old daughter is willing to do the Zipline. It turns out that she wanted to do more. The staff were so friendly and very helpful when we were on the Zipline. After the Zipline we took a small train to another park where the playground is and a small sheep farm you can feed them.
Kids had a blast and wanted to come back again. Definitely recommend for a family trip!

Take the small train to the coffee shop, good coffe

Price starts at 700 baht, which includes 6 ziplines, a few highropes bridges, and a train ride and water and gear. We did this one. It felt like 10 minutes, but it was very exciting. It was probably 30 minutes from start to finish, including the train ride. All friendly staff!

I dropped a tiny little earbud during the ropes course and expected it to be lost for good. I was very surprised and happy when the many of the employees started looking around the course for it. They ended up finding it and even offered to mail it to us. This service would be unheard of in the U.S. and I could not have been more happy. The employees were also extremely kind a helpful in general, offering to let us try the fruits that grew in trees along our course.

Had a great time the family. The children enjoyed the Zip line. Go the whole way (24 Zip lines). You can then take a break at the coffee shop. The baked cheese cake was delicious, as well as the ice cream. Good selector beverages. Staff are very friendly, the two guys that were with us during zip lining were very well trained and professional. They were very helpful in explaining everything and friendly. Highly recommended!

100% recommend! The pick-up and drop- off service was smooth in a comfy air-conditioned van. Don’t judge the meal options by the picture, the food was better than it appeared in the photos. If you book directly through the park the driver will ask you to pay first upon pick up. I’m not sure if credit card option is available, so better to double check when you book.
One of the instructors went above and beyond kindly offering to take photos/ videos for me as I was on my own. He did such an amazing job too!
At least one of the instructors are with you at anytime to check you are securely hooked onto the zipline, so don’t worry about safety.
Once you’ve completed the course you get transported on a cute mini train to the restaurant and back after for your journey home. Kids will be able to enjoy it too, for toddlers there is a play ground area by the restaurant. Guests visiting later will be able to enjoy more of the restaurant area in the future as they were busy planting more trees and setting up a camping area during my visit.

I LOVE this place!!!! If you have a kid, just pick this Zip line. I would recomend everyone! I joined it with my 9 years old son.

UP! 1 VERY SAFE! Actually I worried about dangerous accident, BUT It was really safe. Don't worry!
2 All equipment was clean, and well cared for.
3 The staff had kind, helpful attitude with smail, and took care of my son very well.
4 I love this nature atmosphere, I was happy just working over there.
5 Meal was good. And you have to have a coffee at the second floor of main building, It was great! Maybe Latte was only 55bath.

Tip! Book 'Large Program(S+M course)'! I booked only 'M' course, It took about 40 Min, Not so long. My son wanted to do more, so I had to pay the money of 'S' course after finishing, It couldn't discounted. (I paid the discounted money at my hotel)

Perfect place if you are new to this type of activity. It's not too hard to make all the platforms. Even if you're in trouble then the staff supports you. Really cheerful crew :)
Place looks really nicely, tidy and professionally which is quite impressing as for Thailand.
Oh and it's quite cheap for all that you get (2x taxi, food, water)
