Gaan was incredibly helpful. My girlfriend and I booked the Chiang Rai temples, Karen village, Golden Triangle, and the Laos border tour. Our Guide Wan was incredibly knowledgeable. She was filled with information and she has a wonderful sense of humor. It’s a long day but you get to see so much and I think you definitely get more than you paid for. I highly recommend this tour. Gaan, if we’re ever in Chiang Mai again we’ll be back to book another tour. Thank you for some incredible memories.

We had a great experience with Chiang Mai Travel Plus. We spontaneously decided the night before that we wanted to go to Doi Inthanon. We dropped by 5 minutes before closing, but Kanchana was very patient and helpful. She guided us through the tours and helped us find the one we wanted. She was very understandable and even managed to change our booking, as we changed our mind for another tour. She texted me on the day of the tour to ensure we got some coffee and breakfast before the drive and she kept us informed about the driver the following day to make sure we got on the right van. The tour itself was great - got to explore the beautiful nature and landscape of Thailand, trekking in the jungle and visit small local villages in the mountains. Our driver and tour guide were both very engaging and made sure we got to learn about the history and culture of Chiang mai.
We would definitely go back to this place and recommend it to other travelers looking for some good tours around Chiang Mai :)

I booked a few tours from here and the owner, Gaan, was extremely polite and helpful with arranging my trekking, ATV, and elephant tours. She helped me arrange the pick-up and return trips to my hotel and even gave me her contact information in case I ran into any issues with the tours.

On another note, I saw that someone (Jack S) gave this place a one star review, but it appears that he did not seem to understand that this is a tour agency and not the actual tour company itself. It's like going to a tour agency to book a flight with Singapore Airlines and then complaining about the flight being delayed. His issue should be with Singapore airlines and not the tour agency itself.

A travel agency like this allows you to book hundreds of different tours from one location, usually at discounted rates. I definitely saved a few hundred baht on my tours because when I arrived at the entrance of the ATV tour, I saw that the price list was higher than what I had paid for the same tour.
