Nice mall to shop and browse around. Good prices, I can see why many Thai people come to this mall instead of the other more modern ones like Maya and Central. This place also has the cheapest movie theatre that I have seen as well. If you're on a budget, definitely come to this theatre. Grocery store is located here as well if you need to shop for food

A older mall with so much potential. Some great shops, where you can find lots of bargains. The mall is usually quiet, but gets busier after 16:00. Some local foods stalls in the basement, a movie house on the 4th floor, offering the latest movies in English (at half the price compared to the other malls), and some interesting shops on the other levels. Massages from150 Baht, Dance Lessons, Music Stores, Electronics, Clothing, Shoes, and so much more. Enjoy some great bubble tea and shopping.

A nice place for shopping a food. There's a nice bakery on the ground floor and some nice food stalls. Outside the mall there's some sitting area near the steps. On Saturdays and Sundays they have loads of delicious food stalls outside the mall.

This mall is surprisingly comfortable to shop for clothes, shoes, souvenirs and house hold items at an affordable price. While a little run down, the sales is great and they even have tourist card for more discount.

There's even music instruments shop and old vehicle shop. I would definitely visit again if I'm looking for clothes n shoes.

If you are visiting Thailand for the first time, you would want to stay here, especially summer when Thai weather can be very hot. This complex was built long time ago and doesn't have the elegant look, however, it was built with a lot of thoughts for the visitors. There are 2 hotels, shopping mall, theater, restaurants, food court, super market, parking structure, and small night markets every day in front of the complex. You literally do not have to walk out of the complex for you to experience pretty good quality Thai food. I typically loved the food court and daily night markets. More over, entire complex is air conditioned, thus you won't feel the heat at all. If I am visiting less than 2 weeks, I would definitely stay here again as cost effectiveness can be quite different for the long term travelers. (Much cheaper to rent a montly apartment.) However, the hotels are affordable. I think it was around $15/night during December 2018.

This place is the jam. They have an awesome street food market just about every night. Hella cheap places to shop. I don't even know what else to say you just gotta go check it out.

They call it a "low-so" mall but trust me there's nothing wrong with getting a good deal on just about anything you can think of. They have a cool movie theater there as well that plays some movies in English.

One of my favorite spots in Chiang Mai! KSK features a variety of cheap and delicious food and drinks, and an endless amount of shops filled with hidden gems. Get your 30 baht rice and curry in the basement, and then head upstairs for a 150 baht Thai massage. I recommend spending an afternoon here!!

This is the mall that keeps on giving! We are staying in the hotel upstairs and as we explored each floor, there are so many interesting retro features that I really loved! The wafting aroma of movie theatre popcorn, old school arcade games on every floor, cheap clothes for sale, such a well stocked grocery store with tons of variety and great spot to pick up souvenirs. Food court even had a guy playing live music which really added to the whole ambience. We also came across the beautiful garden outside, and the most unique playground I've ever seen made out of wicker or straw material. Very cool!

I know the mall is old and the layout is weird. But it's a good mall with what you need. Fairly local prices and it's got a bowling alley and a karaoke. I quite like doing my shopping here. Do be aware that they charge 5 baht for motorbike parking.

Very old mall but huge. They have some niche shops and activities such as ping pong tables on the top floor or a bowling alley. The prices here are great too.
The bottom floor has a huge grocery market and a food court that ocassionaly host food events.
It's very spacious and somewhat charming if you like this eary dead mall feel.

There's a food court in tops supermarket that's decent, and another one just outside the supermarket in the shopping centre. The prices here for clothes are very reasonable and better than the newer shopping centres. I particularly recommend a $2 shop on the 2nd floor which has a lot of bargains, and clothing stores on 3rd floor (unfortunately can't try). Also has cheap hairdresser and message.

My favorite mall in Chiang Mai.
They think of new events, have live music bands and something exciting going all the time. This might be the oldest mall in town, but it's the coolest as well - and the management does a great job competing with the other malls.

Large old building full of Thai things. I wouldn't say they have everything but pretty much all of what tourists look for in the city. Massage, food, souvenir, cloths, market, even a club. If you haven't wondered the streets for those things yet, this is a good place to start your Chiang Mai city life.
Be aware the Top Market is way overpriced on many items including fruits. Maybe due to incease in tourists.
