Thai Art Tattoo

Got an urge for a new tattoo so popped in and got seen straight away. Friendly and a great price, the tattoo artist had the design drawn up quickly and transferred. Had the tattoo a couple of weeks now and it’s healed really well, clean lines, good amount of ink, bleeding a bit heavier than usual but put that down to the design of the tattoo and how much ink was needed. Really happy with it and would definitely recommend these guys.

Got a tattoo done here in 2015.
It was made with the poking method, not by machine. Healed in no time.
Still looks great 8 1/2 years later!

Look, there’s plenty of studios now compared to my first visit in 2017. If you wanna get the standard little turtle tourist tattoo, it really doesn’t matter which place you choose. But! When you are here for real good artwork, these guys are the real OGs on the island. After all these years, I keep coming back.

Only got tattooed by Tong yet and he is the best tattoo artist here on koh Tao in my opinion. Super friendly, always reply fast, tattoos quick and good, and they are cheep too, but always leave a little tip ;)

Puy is the best artist by machine, he is really good at drawing....
And Pepe's Bamboo tecnic is the best I've seen so far. Every work is clean and amazing. If you are thinking about getting a tattoo this is the place. (( I am tattoo artist so I know what I'm talking about ))

Got a tattoo last week there from tattoo artist Piu. It was perfectly done as you can see at the picture. He took his time and listended to me. Was quiet a lot of colour, and he was done very fast, like 45 min. And every line and filling was as I wanted. Well done. Can only recommend this studio and Pui. Thank you mate.

Hands down the friendliest bunch of artists. All with their ow style. They do some the best bamboo tattoos on the island and are very reasonably priced. If you have something already in mind then they can do it to the point or if you are on sure about what you want or style of design then this is the place for you. I have had 15+ tattoos with them no and even fly back from the UK to get my tattoos

Amazing work by very genuine people. I originally came by the shop to get a piercing checked. Pepe drove me across the island to seek the advice of a friend of his and I felt very well looked after.
I then proceeded to get a Sak Yant bamboo tattoo and it is beautiful. Super clean lines, not a single mistake. Finished the tattoo with a proper prayer 🙏. 100% would recommend to anyone.

I came in for one tattoo and after speaking with Pui, I had three pieces done here. Pui put his artistic eye to creating the work from our consultation based on rough ideas we discussed. I am very happy with the results.

My husband and I went to four tattoo places until we finally got to Thai art tattoo and we directly knew that this is the place!
He was so kind, patient and most importantly creative!
We did not really know what we wanted and he helped us make our vision a reality!

Best Tattoo shop in Koh Tao!!

Amazing staff, super patient and work with you to get exactly what you want. Can’t recommend these guys enough! I didn’t get many quotes but this place was slightly more expensive but so worth it. They prepare their fresh needles in front of you, spend plenty of time getting the transfer perfect to work off and then respond to your needs whilst having the work done. It was my first tattoo and what a great experience I had! They also provided bespoke aftercare advice which was lovely! Zero bleeding or plasma leaking too - fantastic!

This is my second time in Thailand, and 3 years ago I got my very first tattoo done here. They did such a great job then, and now 3 years later, they did 2 more tattoos for me. Coming from Canada, I have a high expectation for clean and sterilized equipment. This place is good for that, it's a little hole in the wall place (as are most tattoo shops in Thailand), but as someone who is very picky, they do a great job. I like fine line tattoos, and they did an amazing job again! The tattoo artists there Pui (I think his name is) was there 3 years ago, as was the man I booked my appointment with at the front. Can't praise them enough.
