I am so appreciative of Dr. Soontaracharn’s work. We came to Chiang Mai so we could get another general cleaning from him. His level of thoroughness is unmatched. He spent a good deal of time cleaning and scaling my teeth meticulously and it felt deeply satisfying knowing the sounds came from buildup being removed. I welcomed the entire process and when I took my last rinse from the water cup, I ran my tongue along my teeth and they felt like a smooth marble surface. It is selfish to expect the doctor to continue working for a long time and not ever retire as we are making a huge effort to come to CM from the U.S. but we want to continue to receive this level of care and detail from him for a long time.

BEST dental experience⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am a world traveler with typical New York City/European discernment. I applaud quality AND heartfelt care. Dr. Suttipong and staff provided exemplary service (smiles, great English, precise work and advice). Tartar is his enemy-- he is very thorough in cleaning. He encouraged me to keep my bridge a bit longer (I have aesthetic not functional problem with it) ... meaning he could have convinced me to spend 42K baht/$1200 USD if he wanted to rip me off. I got 2 fillings and a deep clean. A month later I chipped my old bridge from eating and he fit me into his fully booked day. PLEASE- do not hesitate to book. Edit: then months later I decided to replace old bridge and he matched the teeth color perfectly plus again great service experience 🥲

Office: very clean, the doctor and assistant wear full PCP for protection so you can breathe freely. Wooden, natural and charming decor makes you comfortable. Receptionist seems to love her job.

This is a special place, rare to find these days. My wife and I have been patients here for nearly a decade.

The staff is wonderful and Dr. Soontaracharn is exceptionally skilled, meticulous in his attention to detail and unwilling to compromise on quality of work.

He will not accept payment until he is satisfied that the work meets his unique standard of excellence.

Beyond their skills in dentistry, he and his staff are patient, kind and understanding.

Dr. Soontaracharn, the God. What a great doctor. Someone who loves his craft, is obsessed with detail and works tooth-preserving. He has mastered old school dental aesthetics, he and the staff speak very good English and they are all courteous. He's not out for profit. The prices are very humane.

I did little research and found Mukmai Dental Clinic, a small dental practice in the Old City neighborhood of Chiang Mai that belongs to Dr. Suttipong Soontaracharn. And I feel so lucky that I met with Dr. Suttipong and his team. He explained everything he was doing and gave really thorough answers to all of my questions. Best dental experience! Thanks a lot.

Had my teeth cleaned and boy, he is thorough! It doesn't feel great, but it's not supposed to. My teeth feel cleaner than they have felt in years. Unlike dentists in the US, he did not try to push a bunch of unnecessary procedures. The price was reasonable, the office was very clean and the staff was friendly. I definitely recommend!

Had a wisdom tooth out here and now go back for regular check-ups and teeth cleaning. The dentist is very friendly, thorough and gentle. Nice reception staff. Prices are very reasonable.

The best teeth cleaning and dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Suttipong is a fantastic dentist and really cares about educating you on your own dental hygiene. He would show me the before and after (cleaning + filling) with a little mirror, which allowed me to see the quality of his work in action. I will definitely be back!

I had extensive dental work done here in April. This work is of the highest standard and I am very pleased with the outcome. The Muk Mai Clinic is very professional and efficient, the receptionists are kind and helpful. My dentist was great!!! He did an excellent job and everything was exactly as he said it would be. I can highly recommend this clinic!!!

An absolutely brilliant Dentist. The doctor is very clever & gentle. We’ve been going there for almost 20 years.

I've been there because I have blood in my mouth (and not only after cleaning).
The dentist was very nice, speaks well English, and did a good job. He explained me my problem etc.
I paid 1.200 thb for one hour cleaning with 2 person, which I think is a very fair price.
He even told me if I still have blood in 3 days, I can get back and he will treat my problem for free.

Came here to get my teeth cleaned, walked in to make an appointment, and was given the next available slot which was in 2-hours time. The dentist speaks English well, was very thorough, and attentively cleaned my teeth, taking around 50-minutes to do so. I was told beforehand that I might be charged 1000~1200bhat, depending on the state of my teeth, and 1000bhat I paid. No long waitlists and a very reasonable price, I don't know about his other treatments/services, but I definitely recommend him for teeth cleans.

The dentist at Muk Mai is the best in the world! My dentist at home in the USA complimented him on the work he had done. And his prices are very reasonable. I'm sorry, I don't remember his name, it's incredibly long! Speaks excellent English.

This is a first rate practice. The doctor cleans your teeth with both ultrasound and manual scraping. Best cleaning I have had done in years. He makes excellent recommendations for mouth issues.

Dr Suttipong did a variety of dental work for me during February and March 2016 that I was very happy with. In addition he was gentle and kind. The office is very relaxing and had bottles of water available, a blessing as it is usually quite warm outside. His daughter and wife who did the scheduling were also kind and very attentive.

I have to rate the doctor Supithong 5 star for my personal experience. I thought I crushed my teeth on the hotel wall but it winded up with a failed root canal causing infection. The doctor patiently advised me what the condition might be over the phone when I was still in Sukhothai, and greeted me with last minute walk in just before clinic close. He explained my condition thoroughly, after that he offered me two options and suggested to prescribe me antibiotics and buy myself some time so I’m able to continue my holiday and get treated when I fly home. At the end he only charged me 800 Baht and I can finally eat again after days on congee. Very professional and highly recommended! Thank you so much doctor!
