I always take my Maazda here for service. They are very professional and polite and I always get some sort of surprise. This time they cleaned the engine and washed my car when I took in for a battery change. It was spotless and looked brand new even though it’s 5 years old!

I have even had to “drop in” for an issue once or twice and they have always helped me right away when they could.

If you want superior care and customer service for your Maazda this is the place to go.

Yos from Mazda Chiangmai Service Center is very helpful. I drive in w/o appointment to seek urgent help on power steering issue. Yos checked immediately and another Mechanic also test drive together with me to find the issue. After test drive, Yos advised me that it is safe to drive back to Singapore and back to workshop who done the overhauled steering rack for my car. Also print the diagram show me the possible parts at fault

This service center and its staffs deserved more than 5 stars. My car had been having problems with ECU controller and the issue was on and off for a few weeks. But every time I had issue, the manager sent technicians to my place to check and pick up the car to service center. Despite their weakness in English communication, they tried best to explain the cause of the issue. The staffs are friendly, nice and professional. Thank you for excellent service!! 🙏

Fang shops could not fix. Chiangmai mazda fixed it in an hour. Good on you mazda.

第一次来这家店做保养，工作人员服务很好，休息室舒适，安静。吃的点心少了一点。其它都不错。

ศูนย์บริการดี แจ้งเคลมพวงมาลัยมีเสียง ทางเจ้าหน้าที่เช็คมีอาการจริง ทำเรื่องแจ้งเคลมไปศูนย์ใหญ่ที่ กทม ให้ทั้งๆที่ประกันคุณภาพจะหมด ในอีก 1-2 วัน ทางเจ้าหย้าที่ทำงานเร็วมาก เคลมง่าย ไม่ยุ่งยาก แถมมีรถให้ใช้ระหว่างซ่อมด้วย ประทับใจครับ

ช่างที่นี่ อัธยาศัยดี ใส่ใจลูกค้าดีเจ้า ห้องรับรองมีขนมกาแฟอร่อยๆให้ตวยเจ้า

บริการดีมากตั้งแต่รับรถจนส่งรถ ชี้แจงรายละเอียดรายการที่ต้องเปลี่ยนดี พนักงานให้บริการดี ห้องรับรองสะอาด ปรับทับใจครับ

ถึงผมจะไม่ใช่คนเชียงใหม่ เป็นแค่นักท่องเที่ยวมาจากกรุงเทพ แต่คิดว่าที่นี่ให้บริการดีกว่าศูนย์ในกรุงเทพที่ผมเคยเข้าใช้เสียอีก

พนักงานสุภาพมาก คิวว่างหาง่าย และทำงานตรงเวลา มีการรายงานสิ่งที่ทำให้เราทราบ

เอารถเพื่อนเข้าตรวจเช็คเครื่อง มีปัญหาเร่งเครื่องแต่รถไม่วิ่ง
